Fantastic experience: My husband has seen Dr Schafer twice now and had to have tooth extraction. Dr Schafer and his staff are outstanding in courtesy and service, and gentle, caring, and highly skilled. I recommend them highly! Update: We have both been back in for cleaning and other services, and still just as impressed! Every person we have dealt with there is warm, welcoming, sympathetic, and great at their jobs! I wish I could give 6 to them! Update: We have now been seeing them for many years and have seen the 2 other dentists, Dr Patil and Dr Patel, both extremely nice, gentle, and professional! The hygienists are also excellent! I have recently called for an urgent issue and they got me taken care of right away! Addition: I broke a tooth last week! Jen was so sympathetic and got me in ASAP and Dr Patil fixed it beautifully! Dr Vinay is a real ARTIST! And his assistant Karen was so kind! So grateful to have such caring and skillful professionals to rely on in my hour of need! I can't thank them enough!

And as always, when entering that office that team of ladies are always so welcoming and caring and wanting to meet my needs and of course for Dr. Vinny, for me he’s a godsend. I’m almost 79 years old And he treats me with such respect, gentleness, kindness, and thoroughness anytime the need for a dental care comes up in my circle of friends, you guys are the ones that I highly recommend thank you so much for all that you do for me and a scale of one to 100 they’re 2010.

Because of the limitations & distance to a VA dentist, I decided to seek care in the civilian sector, and I’m so glad God revealed this facility to me. The service and treatment here truly exemplify commitment, dedication, & devotion to dental care on every level. From the front desk staff, to the assistants, specialists, & the dentist( Dr. V) I was treated with a combination of knowledge, professionalism, & warmth that made my appointment a thorough, yet pleasant experience. I highly recommend this practice to anyone searching for an honest, trustworthy dental team. They are knowledgeable in their craft, focused on patient care, and most importantly, they ARE NOT driven by money. After going through more than six different dentists & over $40K plus out of pocket since 2012, I left this office feeling truly blessed.

Negative experience: Completely disgusted at how I was talked to by an employee at the front desk in Cosner Corner. I called because I was pulled over by police and I immediately called the office to explain i would be late. The lady said thank you for letting us know drive safe and we will see you soon. Upon arrival the lady at desk first response was you're 19 mins late. I explained I was pulled over and I called and spoke with someone. She then proceeds to tell me I can reschedule. I was livid because I left my house to come to this appointment, get pulled, to be told I can reschedule or what 2 hours to be seen. I will no longer be going to this practice if this is how they treat patients.

The team works like clockwork, giving patients unrushed time and treatment from the office staff to the technicians, hygienists and Doctors ! I appreciated being shown the photos of all my teeth as well as the Doctor’s explanation of what I was looking at !!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a dental patient at Neibauer - Cosner's Corner for a few years, and I've had excellent dental care from both Drs. Patel and Patil, and their staff. More recently, I had a minor dental issue arise on a Friday afternoon. I contacted Neibauer with the hopes of being seen within a week or so, given their busy schedule. Fortunately, I was offered an appointment less than an hour after my contact. I was seen by Dr. Patel, and my issue was resolved in less than 15 minutes. Simply put... Thanks to Neibauer for their excellent care. The advances in dental services over more recent years are quite apparent, given the care I've received. These two dentists and their staff have been my best experience over the past 60 years.

I find the office to be very professional and all Dentists, hygienists, and office staff are very welcoming and friendly. My Dentist is Dr. Patil and he has earned my confidence after meeting him and receiving his sound advice and forward movement regarding my personalized treatment plan. Dr. Patil displays wonderful patient engagement, is an active listener, and provides clear and thorough responses to concerns and questions.

Fantastic experience: You definitely get the small town, friendly and everyone recognizes you vibe from this place. It feels a lot like home. I know, I know, that’s a weird thing to say about a dentist office, but I’ve spent a lot of time here. The staff is friendly, and the dentist has given me a number of discounts on the dental work. The office is clean and the equipment taken care of. So thanks Neibauer at Cosner’s Corner for always taking care of me.

Positive experience: Their work is ok, very poor customer service and scheduling practices. Need to reschedule? Even with days notice? Too bad, you might as well just wait for your next appointment in 6 months. You will also get high pressure sales pitches for Invisalign that highly imply your teeth will be ruined if you dont get them. I just kind of gave up and started going to my boyfriend's dentist even though its further away.

They are not money driven but patient driven! not often you find places that actually care about you instead of your wallet. Everyone is very friendly and nobody judges for any issues you may have, even if it’s your own lack of care that caused it. Every single person from the front desk to the hygienists are caring and helpful. Dr. Patel is, as always, amazing! He’s quick to ensure your care and expedient in any pressing matters. Positive experience: The dental hygienist was thorough. I saw the dentist about 3 minutes; he scanned my teeth briefly and remarked that the x-ray showed no issues so he’d see me for my next regular checkup. The dental assistant commented there were no appointments in 6 months so I would have to be 8; I stated that didn’t seem right for regular patients. They finally found a time in February instead of April.

Negative experience: I had a very strange experience here. I moved here last month and made an appointment as a new patient and am needing to get an implant. I went in and gave the receptionist my xrays on a cd from a specialist and she told me they wouldn't look at them. I told her they were for an implant and she told me I should go see an oral surgeon. I told her when I made my appointment that they told me they did implants. She again told me to go see an oral surgeon. She obviously did not want my business so I am now looking for a dentist who can do implants as well as practices general dentistry and perhaps has a more helpful receptionist.
