Had a horrible approach to my concerns. 100% reason enough for me to go somehwere else just to not have to deal with her a 2nd time.

Fantastic experience: I thought I’d need multiple surgeries and a second mortgage. I didn’t. I can’t say enough good things about Brewer Dental Center in Billings, MT. By the time I finally called, I was in a lot of pain — my dental issue had started causing serious headaches. Embarrassment and fear kept me from facing it for years. By the time I finally called, the staff got me in not just the same day, but within an hour. On Wednesday, I saw Dr. Wilde and Aubrey. They immediately knew what care I needed and communicated it clearly. I was so impressed by how decisive, efficient, and professional they were. By the end of the visit, I had a treatment plan, and the staff worked with me to make sure I could manage the costs and start treatment right away without extra stress. On Thursday, I had Dr. Singer and Savannah, and they were wonderful. I have a low pain threshold and was super scared of the injections, but I was amazed that they were almost painless. When I asked about it, Dr. Singer explained that she does a lot of pediatric care and uses a very slow injection technique because it reduces pain and helps keep kids calm. She uses the same technique with adults, and it truly makes a difference. Addressing the pain and preventing further trauma was the priority, but the team still cared about how my teeth would look afterward. That kind of care means so much to me. After just one root canal, I already feel huge relief, and my smile already looks more beautiful. I feel confident again. From the front desk to the financial staff, everyone treated me with kindness, patience, and zero judgment. They took my concerns seriously and made me feel genuinely cared for. If you’ve been putting off going to the dentist because of fear, pain, or embarrassment, I can’t recommend Brewer Dental Center enough.

Fantastic experience: Had to go in for an emergent issue and brewer dental took care of me perfectly. Hadn't been to the dentist in years, partly due to issues with the procedures or service. Brewer exceeded my expectations and for the first time ever I had a pain free and (mostly) anxiety free root canal. My respect goes out to these people because they know their jobs and they dont mind keeping you informed. Appreciate the quick resolution, and thank you all so much for being so kind and compassionate. Will be returning for everything dental in the future.

Negative experience: My wife Mary Ann Keenan and I have been Brewer Dental satisfied patients for years and years. No problem with the dentistry. But the third-party financing organizatiojn Brewer employs is somewhat of a rip-off. Mary Ann decided to pay off her bill today (around $4400 instead of the $5500 or so balance). But somehow the quoted $4400 suddenly came with a $130 "processing fee"! Seems an excessive amount to simply endorse a check or make a creduit card payment. John Lowry

Fantastic experience: Jared and Justin took care of me today in cleaning my teeth. They were very personable, efficient, and accommodating. They were really good about anticipating what I might need and making sure I was comfortable. The process was quick and easy and they did a great job!

Fantastic experience: So I’ve been terrified of the dentist since I was a child (basically I had some experiences of pain during cavity fillings & my former dentist didn’t believe me, continued on with what they were doing, and it scarred me for life) and even decades later, it’s really difficult for me to find the courage to go to the dentist or even make an appointment. But the entire staff at Brewer has always treated me with so much kindness and respect for my situation. They don’t judge me for being scared and they always have a chair available in the room for my support person to come with me. Unfortunately Novocain (the numbing medicine) isn’t very effective for me but my hygienist and dentist are really understanding and still do everything they can to make me comfortable. They have great communication and always listen if I ask them to stop or take a break. I also really appreciate that they offer sedation; going for a filling or crown a little less scary when sedation is an option.

Negative experience: I’ve been using this dental office for my children, and they recently referred me to the adult side of their practice for future care. My son had a procedure done there, and although they ran my insurance beforehand and confirmed coverage, we were later billed as out-of-network. It turns out that only certain dentists at that location are covered under our plan—not the entire office—something that wasn’t made clear during the referral or insurance verification process. Unfortunately, despite being directed there by their own staff, the dental group isn’t willing to adjust the excess charges. I had to cancel all of my appointments which were coming up because I didn't want to be charged out of network again. So the appointments I had set up almost 6 months ago were removed from the calendar and now I am scrabbling to find a new dental provider with appointments available within the next couple weeks for my entire family. Take Away: Be 100% sure this dental provider is in your network because they have no idea if they are or not. Additionally, they are not willing to work with you on the charges due to their negligence.

Fantastic experience: The doctors have always been great with me. Justin is a phenomenal hygienist! He doesn't just clean your teeth, he explains what he is doing all along the way, and provides great tips to make your teeth better!

Fantastic experience: I was turned down at my original Dental appointment due to a potential health risk resulting from high blood pressure which I was unaware of. A few weeks later, after consulting my health Doctor and being put on BP medications and lowering my BP , my Dental appointment went smoothly and without incident. Thank you Dr. Clark! September 2021, I broke my front right tooth and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Holloway for a temporary implant replacement. December 24, I broke the temporary replacement and got it replaced on 12/29/21, again with Dr. Holloway! On 02/23/22, I had a cleaning with Debbie (hygienist who reminded Dr. Holloway of a molar abscess) and a mold made for my permanent front tooth implant. So, I have a future appointment for the permanent front tooth implant and the abscessed molar extraction, with a future molar implant! I was totally impressed with the care provided by the Hygienist (Debbie), Dr. Holloway's assistant (Johanna) and a big shout-out to Dr. Holloway for taking the time to explain my implant procedure and the procedure to remove my abscessed molar. What a great group of dedicated, dental professionals! 0n 03/22/22, Dr. Holloway installed my front tooth implant, removed my abscessed molar and cleaned the abscess. I was out of the office within an hour. Thanks Val and Dr. Holloway! I return for molar replacement in 6 months and look forward to it. On 06/16/25 Tammey did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and Dr. Holloway did an excellent job of capping/repairing one of my front teeth!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wilde and his assistant were the best. Made me very comfortable during a root canal. They were very thorough and it was pretty much pain free. The assistant was awesome and answered all my questions. Overall I would rate them a 5!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the treatment I am receiving and my teeth are tuning out fantastic. I do my dental work without anesthetic and so far four crowns and multiple fillings later I am very pleased. Dr Wilde has been very gentle and has done a great job.

Negative experience: That "free" gift isn't free! I came in for a cleaning and it was all supposed to be covered under my dental plan, yet these clowns sent me a bill for $37. So, a little plastic cup they called a free gift isn't free. Be warned! This is a scam!

Fantastic experience: This is my regular dentist I see locally, Dr. Holloway and his team specifically. I just can’t speak enough to how kind, patient and professional they are. As someone who has terrible anxiety (in general) but absolutely for the dentist they really make it such a positive experience. I know when I go in they will be accommodating and keep my teeth right at minimal stress on my end. They explain processes and steps to me so I am informed and never surprised. I had a procedure done today and went in nervous as always but left happy, comfortable and with a better smile for it, as always. 10 stars if I could. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: I have referred several to the Westside Brewer clinic. From greeting to checking out just great friendly staff. Justin is an awesome hygienist. He has a great attitude, very knowledgeable and very thorough. He answers all my questions and has great input on my dental health Chelsea in the office was extremely helpful getting my son rescheduled for his appointment.

Fantastic experience: I am visiting my son here in Billings and while eating breakfast Wednesday morning, one of my wisdom teeth broke. I have never had to use an emergency dentist before but chose this place. I am retired and do not have dental insurance, They were able to see me the same day as well as willing to work with me for payment. They were terrific! Gave me a temporary until the permanent one comes in. They were kind, friendly, professional and treated me with respect. A great business - plus 2 locations! I highly recommend this business. Fantastic experience: I just moved here and my brother suggested coming here. So happy I did, I love everyone in there. They all are smiles friendly, helpful and listen very well. They really took proper time to look my teeth and mouth over. I absolutely love it here.

Negative experience: I have called daily during business hours multiple times this week. Not once did my call get answered, I had to leave voicemails instead. Still, I have yet to receive any call back. A few months prior to this, someone answered, but I was told we had to wait 3-4months before there was an opening or to call back daily for a possible cancelation to hopefully be seen sooner. My children have been with brewer since birth, and I have been with them even longer than that and never had an issue until these past 15 months. I'm flabbergasted and angry about how bad the overall process has managed to become. We are searching for a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this place enough. Multiple coworkers and their family members have gone here, Ive had a root canal and all four wisdom teeth plus a molar pulled here. All of it was quick and smooth sailing. Their dentists and hygienists are great at their jobs!

Fantastic experience: Yes I just Love Everyone at my Brewer Dentist on the West end . Plus it’s such a wonderful blessing you are 2 minutes away . When ever I have a concern . They always find a time real fast to get me in. Plus I moved here from Spokane Washington the only Dentist Office I went to for over 30 years ! Thank heavens I picked BDC to be my Dental office . Now I have been coming here to BDC for 8 years. First place I went . And I just knew this was Dental office .! I love seeing the girls at the front desk . Always friendly kind and helpful. Plus I love seeing the hygienist! They are so kind and I’m so relaxed . I saw Lacey for the first time yesterday it was awesome. I come there every 4 months to get my deep cleaning . Fantastic experience: Brewer Dental West is the most professional and the most caring dentist I have ever been to. It starts with the ladies at the receptionist seat. They always greet you with a smile. They make you feel very welcome. They treat you with respect and show that they care. They greet you with your name to make it a personal experience. The dental assistants are also very kind and caring. They ensure you are comfortable. I have dental anxiety so they help me with nitrous oxide. They don’t bill you for it so that really makes things easier. Dr.Wilde is very professional and very gentle. He is so kind. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are doing okay. He has helped me when I was having a bad day and he even reached out to other people to make sure I was ok. I want to thank Brewer Dental West for being so awesome! On my way out the ladies at the front opened the door for me because I am on crutches. Very thoughtful of them!! I give them an easy 10/10.

Negative experience: Made an appointment. Gave them my insurance information my phone number ss number and date of birth. Took off work for the appointment. I show up they canceled my appointment because Medicaid said my insurance was expired. I don’t have Medicaid and I have never had Medicaid. They didn’t even get ahold of me and made no apologies for canceling.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my positive experience with Dr. Wilde and the team at Brewer Dental on the West End. First and foremost, I want to express my sincere belief that all the services provided were of the highest quality. Throughout my time there, I was consistently kept informed about the procedures required as well as the associated costs in advance. I've been a patient at Brewer Dental for almost a decade, primarily for routine dental care like cleanings and minor procedures such as cavity fillings and one crown placement. However, recently I encountered an issue when the tooth beneath the crown cracked, leading to an infection that required immediate attention. After discussing the options with the team, we decided that a dental implant was the best course of action. This involved a six-month process of bone growth followed by the placement of the implant. The entire process went smoothly, with each step executed perfectly. Today marked the final stage, where the new crown was placed on the implant, effectively restoring my smile. The result is so natural that you wouldn't even know it's not my original tooth – truly amazing! Despite living in Colorado, I chose Brewer Dental for their professionalism and reasonable pricing. I'm incredibly satisfied with the care I've received and plan to continue entrusting my dental health to them in the future.

Negative experience: To be honest, I was not at all satisfied or happy with the results. But at least it's temporarily accepted. If I can't temporarily accept it, I don't know what to do. I told myself it was okay. Your side was wrong from the beginning, I wanted them to be flat and straight, moving inward, but your side thought I wanted to keep them the same and push them from the inside out. If I don't detect it early, one thing is for sure, it will be very difficult. bad. Because I don't have a place to move in, your mistakes have made me stressed every day for the past year. It was supposed to take a year for them to move in and I would have nice teeth, but I didn't expect it….still thinking about it now makes me so angry. And now even though everything is over, chewing between the jaws is still not good, because the bite and chewing on one side are misaligned. I know your side won't be able to fix it because it's clear from the initial steps of exploitation... it's completely wrong. I should have made you pay and compensate, my current teeth are only temporary and not beautiful, my bite is misaligned, and when I smile it looks distorted. My previous teeth before I came to you, although they were a bit crooked, were very straight and not distorted like they are now. Before, I had a very natural smile. Now every time I smile, I'm afraid people will see that my teeth are crooked. That's it. A truly terrible experience. I spent more than 12,000 USD for all the services there from braces, extractions, cleaning.... but my teeth are still not as flat as I would like, they are still crooked, even though my teeth are very easy to do. Because there is no more space left to move into, your side should clearly understand what the customer said from the beginning to avoid the same situation with customers later. No one is crazy enough to spend more than 12,000 USD to keep it like that. Everyone wants to have flat and straight teeth, but no one wants a protruding mouth. I don't want to make a big deal out of it and look like I'm out of luck. Luckily for you, I don't ask for my money back. But I definitely don't trust you anymore. I didn't think such a big dentistry could make such a stupid mistake. This is a lesson everyone should consider when discussing with doctors there. Make sure they understand what you say and what you want. otherwise it would be like me, the rest of the customer care is quite ok, except for what I said above, currently my upper teeth are still protruding and not as flat as I want so I am quite unhappy every time I look at the mirror. Now that it's all over, I don't want to talk about it anymore, I'll look elsewhere to see if they can fix it or not.

Positive experience: I went in for dental work, & as most everyone breathing, do not like the dentist. However, I found the employees here very nice & even comforting reassuring me everything would be ok. The lady that helped me was very warm & friendly explaining what she was going to do as the appointment went along & also asking if I was ok. I'm very impressed with the service I received here. I would refer people to this dental practice because of the service I got here on this day as it was a pleasant experience.

Negative experience: The receptionist at the pediactric and orthodontic clinic licked her fingers to separate my paper work, then proceeded to pass the papers to me. The hygienists took their gloves off, set them down , then put the same gloves back on. I only witnessed them sanitizing once after I mentioned the reusing of gloves. Great service for my husband and I in the West end and heights clinic.

Negative experience: I came in with a chipped filling in late 2022. After speaking with the dentist he said I needed to fix my tooth with a crown and that redoing a filling on the tooth would not fix the issue. I made sure to verify this with the dentist before moving forward to get the crown. Fast forward a year later with a new crown in my mouth and my insurance company has completely denied the claim. This included a full year of back-and-forth with BDC claiming that I did need the crown and 3 different dentists at the insurance company claiming that I did not need the crown. Instead of actually calling me and talking to me about this issue, they just send a bill and expect to get paid in full for their terrible recommendation. Terrible customer experience!

Fantastic experience: We love going to Brewer Dental. They are always so nice and explain everything. My daughter just has her wisdom teeth removed and they were amazing caring for her during and after the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the most professional, well organized ran dentist office around. Drove 8hrs just to come here. Will continue to drive for the way I get treated all around! If you have any kind of ptsd from a dentist this place will turn that all around for you! Dr Holloway does amazing work and all of his asstants go above and BEYOND to make u comfortable ♡ Even had the one put chapstick on for me, the sweetheart almost made me cry with that gesture of kindness! Negative experience: They are good for getting you in fast. I’m not sure about the quality of materials they use and the work they do. I got my crown done last year but there is something not right about it. I feel like it’s not sitting there properly and getting food stuck. My coworker also had har crown chipped. My other ones has no issues and they’re at least 10 years old crown. We have Delta Dental PPO and I still got charge I believe 1k for 1 tooth?! Over priced for the quality. Sorry I will take my business somewhere else. However, my husband just had 2 crowns they are going to put in. We shall see and will update this.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment to get two crowns put on with Dr. Holloway. Christie the assistant had me in the chair just before my appointment time. She did pretty much everything and then had Dr. Holloway come in and put the actual crowns on and check everything. She did a great job and was fun to talk to. Dr. Holloway got everything done and I went out to check out with Jamie and I couldn’t of think of a better way to end it. At this point I have had no problems whatsoever so hopefully things will stay that way. Thanks to everybody BDC. I checked out with Jamie and she is great as well. Did not see a dentist today. I had the option to see one but it wasn't necessary. If I were a Dentist I would want these 2 employees working for me. The girl that checked me in did great as well but I did not catch her name. Hopefully this is not too confusing. Scott Armstrong

Negative experience: Had dentures done at the heights location. Told the doctor the bite isn't right and they are too thick so my bottom lip sticks out. Looking at them the teeth are too long and not even over where my gums are. Told him 2-3 times it wasn't right. Made some adjustments and still not right. In my opinion they need to be remade and done correctly but he said there isn't anything else t hat can be done. Pretty sad when they won't correct their mistake

Fantastic experience: I got a bit crabby because I had to wait. I left yesterday. They all were so nice, so pleasant, and so efficient calling me back and rescheduling me!! I should have been more understanding of the unexpected problem with another customer that caused the delay! I had my rescheduled appointment and the best teeth cleaning ever. I would probably get only one star as a customer, but BDC gets 5 stars for customer care!!

Fantastic experience: In a world where going to the dentist is a scary proposition, BDC aims to change the perception of what a dental experience can be. From the moment you walk in the front door until you leave, you will be made to feel welcome and comfortable. You are always greeted with a warm reception by their friendly staff. Their office is modern, professional and comfortable. The hygienists staff and dentists are amazing. They are super friendly, competent and caring. You are paired with a hygienist and dentist on your first visit and they will be your dental team each time you visit BDC. This allows you to "get to know" them and it allows them to get to know you. I'm not a dental technologist, but BDC uses, what I can only imagine is, the latest advancements in dentistry. The tools they use for cleaning teeth are really incredible and makes the old metal tools, and scraping of teeth pretty much obsolete. If you have anxiety, well they can give you little nitrous oxide to take the edge off and help calm the nerves. Like most people, I was never a huge fan of going to the dentist, but now that I've started going to BDC, I don't mind it so much. They do an excellent job all the way around and for anyone that is looking for a positive dental experience, I highly recommend giving BDC a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: From the first phone call through my procedure, this place was amazing. Katie was very helpful in making sure I had everything I need and went out of her way to help me find it. Kim was so great! She was very kind and patient and cool to talk to. Dr. Homer was the best! He got my tooth fixed during my first visit and took his time and made sure it was done right. Even the shot was a breeze (from a big fat scared-of-shots baby) If you need a Dentist to feel confident going to, THIS IS THE PLACE :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Brewer for several years. Today I had just a cleaning and was helped out with that by a new hygienist named Justin. I’ve had a lot of great hygienists over the years but will say he is a step above. He said it might not be the most comfortable but it’s thorough when he got to a sensitive spot. Then he said his OCD was taking over in a certain area. I’ll take that kind of healthy OCD any time on my teeth! I just wanted to mention him because it was a good experience. Keeper there…

Fantastic experience: I am always very impressed with the staff and service here. After my first experience with a more serious process than cleanings and xrays, I am now impressed enough to write a review. My jaw would not open wide enough for the procedure, but medication reduced the inflammation while I waited for the next appointment. The procedure itself went swimmingly. No pain during it!! I felt comfortable, safe (under very competent care), and calm. Fantastic experience: I came in only expecting to get x-rays and set up my next apt. for a root canal, but Dr. Homer was able to squeeze me in immediately within the hour. It was the biggest relief for me to not have to suffer this toothache over the weekend. He is the best!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was cordial and friendly. I like going there. My appointment at Brewers was very good. I will return to Brewers for future dental work. The only uncomfortable feeling is my inner lower lip that I tried to bite through thinking it was food, at lunch. I stopped that food and finished with a liquid "food". The place is still very tender. I rinse it with Listerine. I have liked all the people who have worked on my teeth. They have been professional, friendly and caring about my comfort,

Fantastic experience: My experience was very good!! I love getting the text messages reminders!! Everybody is super nice and try very hard to take the best care of me. I am a little nervous at the Dentist.. Brewer Dental is the best. It is so wonderful that they can always do what ever treatment that pops up in my mouth!! When you need your teeth cleaned ask for Lisa, she is very gentle and the nicest person ever!! I have seen many Dentists at BDC, and have never had one that wasn’t very nice. They have the very best and newest tools, so their procedures are quick and painless. They pulled my Son’s wisdom teeth out, and he did very good. No pain afterwards. Awesome place!

Negative experience: My family has been going to Dental Brewer since 1994 and I will not return nor will my family return. I don’t even know where to begin. If you do have concerns or complaints, they won’t listen. Their answer is you can go somewhere else. I do not recommend them anymore. Cleanings and cavities are fine but if you need braces or implants, be prepared for a cluster of a mess and a massive headache. I however will not be returning for any dental care. Fantastic experience: I called and was able to get an appointment within an hour. Everyone was very professional, yet welcoming and warm.I ended up spending four hours in the chair after all possibilities for treatment were presented to me. The fact that I was able to get in and receive treatment all in the same day was amazing! I am very pleased with the care and understanding that was shown to me.

Positive experience: While both the dentists I had seen were amazing, Holloway and Wilde, the heights had me go to their other location only to be informed that Dr. Holloway didn't have time, not his fault. Luckily they were able to squeeze me in that day for an extraction. Dr. Holloway's bed-side manner was amazing and Dr. Wilde was only the 2nd dentist in almost a decade that got me numb for a procedure.

Fantastic experience: Tayler was great at keeping me calm. She was kind and attentive if I had any pain. I felt relaxed and much calmer; I have anxiety and panic attacks and it can be very uncomfortable for me. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The Dr was very nice and took care of the issues I was having. They both listened to my concerns and I was very please with the service they both provided.

Fantastic experience: Have been seeing Brewer Dental for years and am completely happy with them. Dr Halloway and Val did their normal excellent, professional job and made two efficient extractions and a crown repair nearly painless. I recommend them highly. 7/25/22

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Brewer Dental. They got me scheduled quickly and were able to get my fillings done in less than 30 minutes! I felt no pain whatsoever and the staff was very professional. I have a slight fear of needles and they were very accommodating and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: Lacey was incredible performing my deep cleaning. At 60, this was my first experience with this procedure and the expertise and techniques were top notch. Very diagnostic in approach and thorough. I told Lacey I think she should consider going back to Dental school because she already has mastered so much of the skill sets. Negative experience: The staff at every interaction were pleasant and very accommodating to getting in with appointments. With that being said, I went in for a root canal that has left me with more trouble than the initial discomfort being experienced. Since having my procedure I have gone back 3 times stressing that my bite was still off and it was causing discomfort. And that’s not even accounting for the fact that when I was having the initial procedure done the dentist assistant heated up the tools too much that resulted in not only burning my mouth/face in 3 places but the doctors finger as well. As of today, to resolve an issue that I didn’t have prior to any work being done, the dentist resolved to grinding down my front teeth. This has made what was a level and perfectly functioning tooth uneven, and yet again did not resolve the issue. It’s unfortunate that I had to learn my lesson the hard way in the fact that I should have just waited to be seen by my trusted dentist rather than an establishment that was quick to get me in and charge for the work and send me out on my way. I should not have to have my other teeth messed with to fix something that changed with the work that had been done. Ultimately, I regret going to this establishment and having this work done.

Fantastic experience: Every single interaction with Brewer's staff member was so friendly, comfortable, and personal. From the office staff, to my awesome dentist, and especially Lisa who spent an extensive amount of time on my cleaning. So much information to each question and concern that I had. I left feeling like I had a new friend, Lisa! I wish every person would try Brewer's, as you can't imagine how comfortable any business could make you feel so good. Always; each and every time I "have" to go to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: My wife, son and myself have been using Brewer Dental for a couple years and love them. They are very kind and professional. My son is 18 and profoundly Autistic. He needs extra care and patience. One of the benefits is that they use anesthesia in their clinic to make things easier on those who need it. My son sees Dr. Clark for his dental work. Dr. Clark is excellent with him. I would recommend Brewer Dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience at Dr. Clark's office. Lisa, the hygienist was gentle and my teeth is cleaner, & smoother than ever. My husband and I travel full time and needed a maintenance cleaning and the office staff was able to accommodate us with short notice -- Thank you! Overall, the staff were pleasant, the office & restroom were clean and even received a bottle of water & a choice of fleece blanket or umbrella. The office is a bit warmer than I'd like it to be but other than that, I still highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I really love Brewer Dental Center-well as much as one can love the dentist! I go to the west end clinic and every time I walk into their office, I am greeted by warm and friendly staff, their waiting area is clean and comfortable, and they are super efficient! I enjoy talking with my dental hygienists and they always make me feel comfortable and explain the process as they go. The DH’s do such a great job that I only see the dentist for 5 minutes and I am on my way! I highly recommend BDC!

Fantastic experience: TOP DENTAL CARE!! HANDS DOWN!! I don't believe I have ever been treated so nice by a dental practice in my life. I have seen several dentists at this practice and found that all of them really do care. I recently had a nightmare of an incident that was handled so well by Dr. Shumway. He and Bonnie took control of the problem, explained what was going on and devised a treatment plan that so far has been invaluable! I can't say enough about this place. Dr. Hansen and Dr. Clark have been extremely beneficial as well. Nobody wants to go through pain and dental pain is something that scares the Hell out of me, but I can honestly say my experience with BDC has been unsurpassed in satisfaction. From the inception of making the appointment, to being greeted with a smile (a real one at that), the experience only gets better because they explain things in a manner which is understandable and conducive to your treatment. The facility is clean, organized and well staffed. I simply won't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: A portion of the filling of an upper molar fell out one night. I called the next day and I had an appointment in 2 days. I was in the dentist chair at 0830 and after Dr Homer looked at the problem he told me I needed a root canal and a crown. I asked him if it could be done by 11:00 . I told him I was only in town for the day and it was a five hour drive home and my sister was with me and not feeling well. It was a tremendous amount to ask of him because he had other patients besides myself. Much to the credit of he and his assistant they had the root canal done and were in the process of making the crown when I left at 11:30. They allowed me to leave and get my sister and come back and then they placed the new crown! They went out of their way to squeeze me in and do all in one day so that I didn’t have to drive back to Billings a second time. I am grateful for all they did and I want to make sure they know I appreciate their efforts. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: They were great explaining things to me, made me feel comfortable in a new setting and walked me through all the pricing, my co pay, and any cosmetic that I was looking into. They worked with my schedule and what was best for me and I feel like I knew what was going on throughout the whole thing, I didn’t feel confused about anything walking out. Fantastic experience: I always have a good experience when I go in for dental work. In this case, I was late getting there and it kind of messed up their schedule. I felt really bad about it. Everyone was so kind and professional, they adjusted some things and made it work. I want to thank Taylor and the team for the great work they did that day and everyday!

Fantastic experience: I had an 8AM appointment, and only waited for a minute or two in the clean and comfortable waiting area before being taken back for my teeth cleaning. Kylee was my hygienist, and she is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, efficient and honest in her recommendations. I would highly recommend Brewer Dental Clinic to anyone. They also have a very convenient text reminder service before appointments. I just wish they had their pediatric services back up and running, because my 4-year-old son loves going here, too!
