The technology they use is incredible: instead of the messy trays and material to make an impression, they just used a small wand to scan my teeth. The whole process was smooth and comfortable, and I didn’t even feel the needle during the numbing (which has always been the part I dreaded most). The team was professional, kind, and really put me at ease. I’m so glad I found this office and will definitely keep coming back!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t had the best luck with dentists in the past, so I was a little hesitant going into yet another new place. But Miami Dental Sedation Spa honestly blew me away. Everyone there is super friendly, the vibe is calm (not cold and clinical like most spots), and they actually take the time to listen and explain everything. I felt comfortable the whole time — which is saying a lot for someone who’s usually anxious in the chair. Finding them has been such a relief. It’s the first time in a long time I’ve actually felt good about going to the dentist. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I just had another appointment at this dentist office last week. I was seen this time by Dr Sanchez, another great dentist. He makes you feel very comfortable and very calm. He's always explaining what he's going to do next and him and he's assistant Erika are carrying out a conversation that you don't even concentrate on what he's doing. Erika is a sweetheart she started me on the gas which also helped with my nerves. I will never go to another dentist office that is not this one. They are all super, super nice.

Fantastic experience: Being a cardiologist does not mean you will not have heart issues. Being a mechanic does not mean your car will not break down. This past Christmas break I fractured a tooth doing something I tell my patients not to do. Well, Dr Vidal did a PHENOMENAL job restoring my tooth and Erika did a “work of art” with the new crown she fabricated for me. I’m very proud of the team we have!!

Negative experience: I started off having a good experience with this office but then logged into my Aetna dental insurance account and saw that they tried committing fraud by billing my insurance for a deep cleaning that they never did (it was just a regular cleaning). My insurance company denied their claim. The female office manager also seems sneaky because before this I had an estimate for a filling with IV sedation and when I asked her why the estimate she gave me didn't have the service itemized of exactly what cost what...the estimate just simply said $1200... she didn't respond to my question and simply said "thats the estimate."

Everyone was super nice from do u want water. From. The moment Aisha answered the phone and knew exactly what I was asking about and could answer my questions with no hesitation and then yes folk she was on point. To scheduling and cleanliness etc etc. Well, I canceled my daughters and rescheduled her for here. Good dentists are hard to find so I am super happy we have a new spot I feel comfortable with. Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom teeth removal here and everyone was very kind and reassuring. After the IV was inserted I went to sleep and woke up without any pain, procedure all done. I have horrible anxiety surrounding dental procedures but they helped a lot. Dr. Vidal did my consultation and he had a great bedside manner. Dr. Grider did the extraction and he did a fantastic job. I will be going back for any future dental procedures.

Fantastic experience: Have you ever been scared to go to the dentist? Have you ever felt pain or discomfort during a procedure? Have you ever been reprimanded or made to feel guilty about your flossing habits or frequency of visiting the dentist? This is the place for you. I have been coming here for years. Even though it’s a 45-minute drive each way for me, I will not visit another dentist (I’ve tried.). Dr. Vidal is an artist. I have had cavities filled quickly and painlessly. The worse part of my root canal was having to bite down on that xray plate (seriously! It was over before I thought he even started and I didn’t feel a thing!) It is always a positive atmosphere there. I avoided the dentist for years because the last dentist I went to I was made to feel terrible about not flossing enough or the correct way. Not a single person at Miami Dental Sedation Spa has ever had anything negative to say! Only positive words and solutions! All of their employees are friendly and welcoming, even offering a coffee or water upon arrival. Yes, their name says “sedation” but I’ve never needed to be sedated because Dr. Vidal is truly mindful about making sure I am comfortable and painless throughout each procedure, constantly checking in to make sure I am comfortable, offering plenty of anesthesia, a blanket and choice of music. PLUS, free nitrous/ laughing gas if you want it, to help you chill and calm your nerves and any apprehension you may have! It is easy to make appointments, and I’ve never spent more than 10 minutes in the waiting room! This is the dentist you will be telling your friends and family about.
