My son had a really bad toothache and nobody could see him..I called multiple dentist and it was gonna be at least a month before.they could see him.But Dental Arts took him in the NEXT DAY !!! Fantastic experience: Dental Arts, in Cullman, AL is a wonderful office. My Aunt is 82 is a new patient since beginning of 2025 with no dental insurance. She needs some extensive dental work. They are kind, gentle and fair pricing.

Positive experience: They were nice. Once the dental assistant finished cleaning my teeth the only thing left to do was the dentist had to come and look at my teeth before I could leave. It took her 30 mins to come look at my teeth for about 1 min to tell me I’m good to go. That was a little frustrating. They are super nice, but I wish a little more time efficient.

Fantastic experience: I have used Dental Arts for years and I am very happy to have brought my daughter for her second dentist appointment after I learned they take kids. Her first appointment at another establishment was not very successful (to no fault of theirs). I was a bit apprehensive about this visit, but the staff was wonderful and accommodating. Thankfully my daughter behaved too, they even managed to get X-rays of my 3 year olds teeth! I cannot recommend Dr. Bartlett, Dr Byerly and their staff enough!

Negative experience: Terrible place with snooty people or should I say snooty women because it’s literally only women working there which I found weird but whatever it’s 2025, and even worse are the dentists attitude. They took out my silver fillings to replace with white ones. I had no pain or problems with my teeth or fillings until they touched them but of course I listened to the dentist because I figured she knew best and now my teeth and right side of my face have been in horrible agony for over a week and getting worse each day. And instead of fixing anything or helping me all they did was refer me back to the VA because I’m a disabled veteran and was referred to them by the VA because of proximity to my house. I came back because and i got met with the attitude of they just didn’t want to deal with the hassle of helping getting it fixed. Also the dentist said the VA will not pay for a root canal which is a lie because I just got off the phone with the VA and they will approve it. So the dentist didn’t want to admit her mistake and now I have to have a root canal on a tooth that should have never been messed with in the first place because the dentist wanted to replace the silver with white filler and then after messing up tells me to go back to the VA for them to deal with. So this place will use you for a cash grab but does not have your health as a priority just your money.

Positive experience: In the process of a partial. Been years since going to a dentist.Had last pulled today. Fitted for partial. Every visit has been great. This is from someone who is terrified of a dentist. They told me the plan on the first visit and approx how much it would cost. Has not varied from it. Very very pleased with Dr. Bartlett and all the staff.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this place to any and everybody! The women that work here are all so nice, very knowledgeable about their work & great at reassuring you when you’re nervous lol. I was having my teeth cleaned in the same room as a little girl today and I could tell that she was a little nervous, like most kids are, but the kind woman cleaning her teeth kept talking to her the whole time she was there and making sure that she was fine and not stressed about having to be there in that moment. The women working here make having to go to the dentist something to look forward to <3

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with this business despite their professional approach. I called and scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, but when I arrived to sign in, I was informed that they had attempted to call the day before to confirm my appointment. Since I didn’t confirm, they gave my slot to someone else. At no point during the scheduling process was I told that failing to confirm could result in my appointment being given away, nor was this mentioned in the voicemail I received asking me to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. Had I known that confirmation was necessary, I would have gladly called. Unfortunately, this lack of clear communication left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the overall experience.
