Fantastic experience: There is ample parking for patients. New patient processing went smoothe and the Technicians were pleasant and knowledgeable The appointment went smoothly and I'm looking forward to return for my teeth cleaning. Well, I went back for my cleaning and easy cleaning my first visit I was very pleased. The Technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable, she answered my questions and at the end of the visit I again was very satisfied .

Fantastic experience: Thank you Dr.K and Mayra ! I just want to say a big thank -you to Dr.K and his assistant Mayra . Dr. K is such a kind and caring dentist.He always takes the time to listen and make sure I’m comfortable. When he gives a shot , you seriously don’t even feel it ! I’ve had a few treatments done with him ,and every time it’s been a great experience. He’s an amazing dentist and a wonderful person, and I’m so happy we have him here in town.Mayra is also super friendly and helpful _together they make an awesome team! Negative experience: Don’t go here. Need a cleaning, they’ll send you elsewhere. Need dental services, they’ll send you elsewhere. In the end, they waste the visit and X-rays your insurance would cover.

Negative experience: Well i have to say it was the worst dental experience of my life. I haf a major infection and they should not have attempted to take my tooth out till the swelling went down. After about 45 min of trying to numb it and still working on it when there was still feeling in it and was in more pain then when i got there i was asked if i wanted to be referd to an oral surgen. Not a good day at allnow i am taking 3 times the antibiotix then i was. I would not recomend this place at all.

Fantastic experience: I required an emergency extraction and everyone at this office went out of their way to give me a safe, friendly, affordable,and quick experience despite the fact I did not have a scheduled appointment. Best dentist I have been to in a very long time, thank you Crossroads!

She was gentle but thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer my questions. The cleaning was the most comfortable I’ve ever had, and my teeth have never felt better! You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and loves what she does. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, kind, and professional, I can’t recommend Sammy enough.

Fantastic experience: I called they got me in as soon as they could I had a hot tooth extraction just like it sounds not very fun took care of it paid on my way out feel like a tiger and a little boy pulled the thorn out of my paw thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I had two crowns put in by Dr. Roy and assistants Claudia and Andrea, who were very kind, patient and gentle. They worked at my pace. Most importantly I had no pain at all through the whole process of doing two crowns. I've been going to Crossroads Dental for care and upkeep of my dental work and can not say enough good about them.

Fantastic experience: Clean office, friendly people and my initial consultation was very thorough and eventful. They even provided me a blanket when I was cold .

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Crossroads. Found them through a web search, they seemed to have the best reviews here in BHC. I was surprised I was able to get an initial appointment the very next day - very unusual from my past experiences with dentists. I showed up early to fill out the paperwork, but once that was done, was brought in right on time. Andrea was the hygienist. She was very nice, courteous and explained throughout what was happening, or going to happen. Andrea went to work, very thoroughly, and efficiently. X-rays were taken, teeth were cleaned, flossed, polished and some fluoride thrown on top for fun. And Kourosh (sp?) came in and did the final check. They were both very friendly, and answered questions, offered suggestions, and I felt genuinely interested in my dental health. My only question was the number of x-rays and scanning. I've never had that many pictures taken in over 60 years. But if it helps, then it's all good. Thank you. See you next in February.

Positive experience: Very friendly staff and the facility is very clean. Only down side was I was there for about three hours when I only got a exam and X-rays done. Dont understand how just a simple exam can take three hours. Was offered a cleaning but didn't want to have to be there even longer.

Negative experience: I am so afraid of dentist that It had been a VERY long time and I was suffering. I canceled a few appointments locally (an excuse!). When I called Crossroads they sounded so caring I kept this appointment . Everyone from the front desk- Tiffany to the tiny but so professional Dr. Kayleigh calmed my fears. Mayra explained each procedure in detail . Thank you all I cant wait to smile again. Unfortunately Dr.Kayleigh was not there anymore. I will only return to get my xrays.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the service from Crossroads who treated my son for an exam, cleaning and extraction. He was very scared and Tiana made him at ease. The Dentist was great too reassuring him with every step. My son came home and was excited to share his experience with his dad and brother he said it was actually a cool experience with the numbing and pulling of his tooth.I don't think I will have trouble getting him to a dentist again. My other son a few months back had a cavity and again everyone was great.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in I knew this would be my dentist. Everyone was so nice & cheerful. The office was clean, the exam rooms were fantastic & the hygienists AND my forever dentist are absolutely wonderful. Once in a chair I had the most intensive & comprehensive exam in my life. My BP was actually almost normal, not a bit of 'white coat' stress at all. The best part was they understood the need to use my insurance by 12/31 & I had 3 appointments within 10 days to use as much as possible. I am smiling & happy. It was the most positive experience I've ever had at the dentist & I will be seeing them every 3 months from now on. I 100% recommend them.

Every single one of the staff members are very professional and very friendly. It is truly A whole entire atmosphere when you walk in of a good energy and Automatic comfort. I like everybody’s every single department that works in this office from the front desk. You have Davetta Who is saying hi and know my name from my day one she’s so personable. Then we have Sammy and we have a Sam and they are the most sweet girls ever that will just be like doing anything they can to get you in and make their appointment times work with yours. Breva and Angela can’t say good things about them. Now I What can I tell you about Dr. Kayleigh….?? This is gonna be the first time in my entire lifetime I’ve ever had a Dentist actually tell me that a color was not matching my other teeth next to it. I’ve never had an honest in us like with such integrity such love for her work and a passion I would follow this dentist to any state if she could work on my teeth for me. She is just amazing and Great and I recommend this Office. I’m telling you Literally best Office ever. I also am telling you they hire great dentist. They had a dentist there when I frustrated he was terrific, but there was even a better replacement so I am so happy that I found this place and it was just the luck of the draw. It was kinda like a gamble here so I am just very happy and I would recommend crossroads, Dental and Blood city to anybody. And if you don’t take my word for it, you can look me up on all my social media because I actually am like a free walking advertisement for them and I just do it because I like the office so much and personally from my own experience, I know it’s really rough to find a good dentist that you can trust and do good work. I am not one to be a gatekeeper so if you’re looking for someone New to be your Dental provider Just get a room at calling try them out. I’m not getting paid for this advertisements lol but I’m serious. They’re the best around and you can look myself up online cause I’m always talking about them since day one so I give you my word and this is a small town so you gotta trust me on this one go and see Dr. Kayleigh and the rest of the staff at Crossroads Family Dental Are all amazing and definitely Make the top five list of providers in this town. And they would probably take that number one spot.

I went there after not having seen a dentist for several years and they made me feel very comfortable about that and I had excellent care, I fabulous dentist has the very best chair side manner and has been very gracious and helpful to me during this journey to get my teeth up to par. I have had the same assistant every time I have gone there, and there have been several, Claudia has been so attentive and sweet and kind to me, I believe she is genuinely interested in my dental health process. I especially appreciate how they have integrated new technology to streamline things and their knowledge of it is top-notch! I’m so glad I found crossroads dental.❤️

They take care of it usually the day you go in or usually the follow up appointment. My dental hygienist Sammy is amazing and very personable. I cannot say enough about this office.

Negative experience: Was not happy with my whitening. Also the last couple times I been there i always get trainies working on my teeth and this time the whitening. They are already showing yellowing after 4 days. I don't drink coffee, Wine, sodas, etc. Clean my teeth 3 times a day and after I eat. I am getting porcelain filling om the back of of upper front teeth in 2 weeks. I want the your Top Specialists to work on my teeth for the amount of money I will be paying. I will find a new dentist if I cannot get experienced personal to work on my teeth especially for the amount of money I am paying out of my pocket!!!!.

Update Feb 11 2025: Crossroads still maintains the highest level of patient care. Hygienists may come and go, but with no decline in professionalism. Hygienist Sammy Covey gave me an excellent cleaning this morning, and in record time: less than 30 minutes. I also want to compliment the front desk staff, who all came aboard with the change in ownership. Under Angela's leadership, I've seen an unfamiliar group of individuals come together into an efficient and customer-focused team. You all have my heartiest appreciation.
