Fantastic experience: We have been long time patients at The Smiley ToothTooth primarily in Sulphur Springs. We went to the Rockwall location for the first time and were just as impressed with their staff as we have always been. Everything was very clean, organized, and well taken care of. All the ladies we interacted with were so nice and caring. After we left my daughter started complaining of something sharp poking her after her treatment. We called and they got us back in right away to take care of it very quickly and with e we absolute best positive attitudes.

They had a very interactive floor for the kids to play on, toys on the wall, a movie playing, We didn’t have to wait long until they called us back but if we did, my kid would be entertained. They were quick and efficient and listened to my concerns as well as my sons many many stories. Will definitely recommend to any parent!

Positive experience: I love the dentists here. They are thorough, communicate clearly and always answer any questions or concerns. Dental assistants are a hit or miss. Some are really good at their job when it comes to interacting with the child and some are just there to do their job and don’t care for the customer service. The office is clean and my son really loves the interactive screens in the waiting room. Having TVs above the dental chairs helps relax my son. After the appointment you can take a photo in the Photo Booth and my son always looks forward to it. Overall, I would recommend this office because my son’s teeth are healthy and he’s always in good spirits after the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Grandchild had tooth pain. Face swollen. Got us in with in a few minutes of call. Had dental surgery scheduled a month away but they changed it to next week. Very happy with his care. Everyone kind and considerate. And as an added bonus the waiting room is fun for all ages.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at Smiley Tooth today. Everyone was SO kind and patient with our 20-month old who had a significant injury to one of her teeth. Dr. Mai was incredibly patient with all of the questions and concerns we had as parents concerning our child’s treatment and prognosis. She never made us feel rushed during her busy day. The assistant who took x-rays did a fantastic job. Overall great experience.

The dentists, dental hygienist, and staff at Smiley are always very friendly, make our visits welcoming, and go out if there way to make my son as comfortable as possible. He gets better each visit and for that we are so grateful. Dr Lopez is phenomenal and is so patient with him. We are so thankful.

We were so worried but they did such an amazing job explaining what was needed and the best options. They allowed me to stay back the entire and help if needed. Fantastic experience: I brought my 3yo to get a second opinion on work she needs done! They were able to confirm my insurance and schedule during my initial call. They were great with my daughter. They explained why the work needed to be done and long term effects. They went what i feel was above and beyond to provide me with the additional paperwork i requested. Glad I chose them and we will be returning patients. Plus the Photo Booth is the cutest touch, my daughter loves her picture.

Fantastic experience: This is the best pediatric dentist I have found in the area! They were very thorough and explained everything in great detail so that I understood exactly what needed to happen for my daughter. The only dentist that went step by step over the xrays and made sure I knew what I was looking at! I highly recommend them to anyone with littles or an anxious parent.

Fantastic experience: My 14 year old son has opted to remain at Smiley Tooth (vs moving to our adult dentist). He just got his teeth cleaned this morning and when I asked him for a description of the cleaning he said “Pleasant”. That is about as good as you are going to get from a 14 year old teen!

Fantastic experience: My 5 y/o had his checkup and as we drove up, he got SO excited! It’s hard to excite children about the dentist office. So this made me feel really good to bring him here. The staff is warm and friendly and the establishment is neat and clean. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mai is the BEST! My son did very well in her care. She knew he didn’t want to break his streak of missing school and needed his procedure to be on a school break. The SS office wasn’t able to accommodate that but Dr. Mai was able to get him taken care of in her other office the next week. The Rockwall office especially was very nice and helpful.

We were referred here because my dentist spoke very highly of them. Everything about the office is so exciting and inviting to kids when you walk in. My daughter immediately ran in and started playing with the games and exploring. Everyone from the techs to the dentist took their time with her and were so patient and kind and walked through everything they were going to do. The billing dept was awesome and I can’t speak highly enough about Nena who really helped us out with our insurance. We have an upcoming procedure and I know we are in good hands. It’s worth the 30 min drive from Plano!
