Positive experience: Hygienist was great. Crazy busy. No parking when I arrived, and dentist so busy he never came in. But the person that cleaned my teeth was fabulous.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is always pleasant. The wait times are never long. The facility is always nice, clean and organized. Most importantly from the teeth cleaning to the actual dental procedure are pain free, efficient and done with care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I tell you what the black girl that graduated from TSU has to be the best , most detailed, most professional, inquisitive, intelligent, talented, talkative, studied her craft , perfectionist Dental Hygienist! I mean I wouldn’t care if she was purple or blue she’s the G. O.A.T . I really enjoyed her , she was very personable, showed she cared . I was feeling down yesterday personally and she don’t even know how her energy changed my life , changed my day around . She really cares about people and how they feel . She broke everything down . I was so excited to get my goody bag with a new toothbrush and all the fixing . Most dentist got away from giving that bag out . The Dentist that I saw was cool as a fan . Fantastic experience: Great doctor and his assistant and wonderful front desk staff. First this dental place , accommodated on very short notice due to one of implants that was installed out of state , was loose . Not all dentist work on out of state work done by other doctors . Doctor ( I forgot his name ) not only fixed the loose implant , that was giving problems for couple months , but was very reasonable price. Doctor was very knowledgeable and I had very pleasant experience. Would strongly recommend for not just taking care of my dental issues , but also price was reasonable. Negative experience: I had an appointment for a cleaning. I showed up and expected there would be some extra x-rays/details they needed as it was my first time there. 1.5 hours later and 6 different scans/prods my teeth still weren't cleaned. I was provided with quotes for service I didn't even ask about and left with nothing accomplished. When I told them I wasn't interested in the extras and just wanted my teeth cleaned I was told, "We are just trying to keep your mouth healthy" Well, Linette, don't you think cleaning my teeth is a good start to a healthy mouth?!? Had they provided me with the service I asked for and then at the end suggested the upsales, I would have been all about it and probably would have scheduled to complete the things they quoted me for as well. I left not mad, but super sad. I was really looking forward to my cleaning. I called and was going to share my experience with the office manager, but she never called me back. I did however receive this link to leave a review.

Thirdly, Dr. Fox listened intently to my immediate needs and my future beautiful smile goals! Truly listed and just made me feel as if I were his only patient! Fourth , last and such an amazing spirited dental assistant Faith calmed me when I started feeling anxiety regarding my root canal and crown procedure. Fantastic experience: I was in pain from a broken wisdom tooth. My husband called at 8:30 and I was seen at 9:30am. Dr. Fox and Kat were amazing and got me taken care of quickly. So thankful for their help!!

Fantastic experience: Always the most professional and expert treatment at this dental office. In certain circumstances, the dentist will give you a call to check on your status after a particular treatment, making sure you are progressing appropriately.

Negative experience: Left with a busted lip after my dental procedure. Always trying to upsell me.

Positive experience: Had to wait a long time to be seen, about 1 1/2 hours total. Had some x-rays taken and a paste put on a tooth to desensitize it. That was the extend of my appointment. Not sure how effective it was but I am now using Sensitive toothpaste. We’ll see how that goes.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is super nice and are more than happy to work with your schedule or whatever your needs are. Dr. Maizan will also call you after your procedure to check in, which is a nice personal touch. Highly recommend Dr. Maizan and his team!

Everything is so upfront..I know exactly how much my next procedure will cost. The office is beautiful..I recommended them to a couple of friends...they also use them!! Fantastic experience: So glad I found Franklin Dental! It’s a great practice with a welcoming staff. Dr. Maizon is not only skilled but is so good to communicate about the treatment plan. He is thorough, but will not recommend treatment that isn’t needed. The dental assistants are also skilled and very calming which I need since I struggle with dental phobia.

Positive experience: When I checked in at 8 AM, there were two young ladies at the front desk, 1 had a breakfast bowl sitting in front of her (she was on my left as I walked in the front door. She was, I think, painting the other girls nails or hand so that girl checked me in with her unoccupied hand. I felt they were very unprofessional. My cleaning with the hygienist and visit with the dentist were great. 5 stars for those 2!

Fantastic experience: I have only the highest praise for Dr. Maizan and his staff following my unexpected crown replacement today. They were able to see me first thing yesterday morning after the crown came off the night before, and Patti, the assistant, took great care of me following Dr. Maizan's assessment. Dr. Maizan came in early at 7:00 this morning to replace the crown, along with assistant Evelyn, who was efficient, knowledgeable, experienced, gentle, and kind throughout the entire procedure. I have a years-long anxiety with dental procedures, and Dr. Maizan was very sensitive to this. He took the time to listen to my concerns and to assure confidence in his work during the procedure with gentle touch and explanation of each step he was doing. This is a busy practice, but he interacted with me as if I were the only person in the building. On top of that, he called me last night to see how I was doing in anticipation of this morning's procedure. The efficiency, expertise, and personal interaction I experienced were stellar in every way. I cannot recommend Franklin Dental Care and Dr. Maizan and his assistants highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I know "care and quality" when I see them! I moved from Michigan 2.5 years ago, and I looked for a good dentist in our new neighbourhood (10 miles radius), especially that I knew I was in need of some implants. I tried an office that opened next to the medical office where my wife works. Unfortunately, the way they cleaned my teeth left me wondering if the dental hygienist was either a beginner or very superficial... Technically, I got an expensive "teeth polishing"! I also asked for a quote for 2 implants and a bridge ... Their price made me seek a second opinion/quote, which took me to Franklin Dental Care, where I've met Dr. Sean Fox and his team! I was deeply impressed with his skills - both professional and personal! Their quote was 20% below what the other office quoted me, and when my new implants and new teeth were installed (after a 6-months process), the next day they felt like they were mine forever! Perfect fit and great looking! Next, I met Miss Anna, a highly trained hygienist (who works in spa-like room), who discovered that I needed treatment for my gums - something that the other office completely missed! Thank you Dr. Fox and your great team! You got 6 stars from me! I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Overall, great care from the hygienist. She was great to deal with and did a great job. The reason for the lower score was getting an appointment through the front desk!!! My appointment was cancelled by the dental office and then I could not get rebooked. It took many calls, texts and different people to work on it and approx 6 weeks.

I had an emergency with an infected tooth and Dr. Maizan got me in and out of his office within an hour an a half and I was so relieved. He eased my fears of being at the dentist. I had a crown done there, and the whole process was easy and pain free. Dr Maizan calls his patients from his personal cell after each procedure to make sure you’re doing alright and to answer any questions you might have… the service is top notch and you can tell he actually CARES about his patients. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing dental work.

Fantastic experience: I have been with them for over five years. And I would not truly go anywhere else. I am completely satisfied with every part of my visits. I love the staff, the business office the finance office they were all so kind and understanding and patient and Dr Maizan my dentist I could never see going into anyone else. I think the thing that I like is that he calls every night after you’ve seen him to make sure that you’re doing OK. It really shows that he cares.

Fantastic experience: Franklin Dental and Dr. Maizan set the gold standard for quality dental care. He uses state of the art technology and his warm and caring approach sets him apart. The office is extremely efficient I've never had long waiting room times usually in within 10 minutes which is helpful for a busy professional during the work week. Even after moving from the immediate Franklin area still make the trip and will continue to do in the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: We fell upon this place by accident and we could not be more happy what an amazing Dentistry. Dr Paul truly cares so much for his patients. Major dental surgery under anesthesia and every one on the staff is phenomenal. Nothing better than getting a phone call from your dentist the night after a procedure to see how your doing and him giving you his personal number so if you have any questions or problems he wants you to call him. Best dental clinic EVER EVER EVER.

Positive experience: Longest, most painful cleaning in years. Lots of X-rays taken. If my gums weren’t red and swollen before I came, they were when I left. Pain lasted thru the holiday. Supposedly was to be given a rinse but it was a toothpaste for preventing cavities, not gum disease. Laser treatments - I doubt I will do this.

Fantastic experience: The parking lot is a safety hazard and in need of resurfacing in a bad way. My Mom was trying to navigate the parking lot using her walker and she was struggling. She kept saying she felt like she was going to fall, it was so bumpy and torn up. Dr. Paul is the best dentist I’ve ever had. His expertise is above the rest. His personality is also the best and that’s one reason I come back.

Fantastic experience: If you want to be a family at a dental practice this is your home. I had appointments with both doctors and they are wonderful. I appreciate the honest advice I hated leaving my last 2 dental offices because they were just the best but I was wrong. Franklin Dental is the best!

Negative experience: This was my first visit. Went for a cleaning. It took at least 30 minutes before starting my cleaning due to them trying to sell me on services that I did not want. Cleaning was the most painful I ever experienced. Hygienist seemed to rush through the cleaning after denying services. Felt like they were commission driven. I will not return back.

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain before going to Franklin Dental. It was my first time there, so I didn’t know what to expect. My dentist was very personable and professional. He pulled out my tooth quickly and without any pain. I felt so good when I left, it was the best decision I could have made. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional as well. This is an office of wonderful caring people!

Negative experience: This was my first time to this office. Honestly, for a cleaning, I was very disappointed. 30 min of the cleaning was spent measuring the pockets on my gums, 10-15 min cleaning and polishing my front teeth, with no scaling/cleaning on the back teeth. There was also no bowl to rinse my mouth and spit out. Rather, the hygenist rinsed my mouth with water and put the suction into my mouth and asked me to close my mouth for suction. Never saw this done before in my life, and I'm over 65. Also, they were actively selling me crowns for 3 of my back teeth - yes, eventually they will need crowns but they are not a problem now. Why start making trouble in my mouth now?

Fantastic experience: Dr Maizan and his technicians were AMAZING when I needed their help on 10/11/24. I had broken a molar and no other office would see me without a significant upcharge. Not only did they get me right in, they explained everything they did before they did it, showed me an itemized cost before starting (VERY reasonable prices) and were very gentle when numbing, drilling, and all that is involved in placing a temp crown. Dr Maizan even called me at 1930 that evening to make sure I was doing ok. I was blown away by the small town care they took, and the exceptional professionalism shown by all. THANK YOU!
