Fantastic experience: I do not normally post anything but Dr. Ralff's office deserves special recognition. I was leaving for vacation on Monday when a dental emergency arose 2 days prior to leaving. I could not wait to contact my dentist. Actually called a few minutes before they opened. Amber was able to get me in and out within an hour! Unbelievable!! They saved my vacation. Would not go anywhere else!

She is a perfectionist and does a wonderful, thorough teeth cleaning and polishing. Dr Ralff did a follow-up exam and is quite pleasant and offers additional dental advice. Fantastic experience: My relationship with dentists before Dr. Ralff was akin to a cat's relationship with a bathtub – pure terror! But for many years now, Dr. Ralff (yes, the original and now his son!) has managed to consistently put my dental anxieties at ease. I swear, he must have some kind of calming superpower. Fantastic experience: Everyone in Dr Ralff’s office is very friendly and welcoming. Office is very clean. Hygienist took her time checking my gums and tongue for any irregularities. She thoroughly cleaned my teeth, no pain. Dr. Ralff checked my X-rays and then checked out my teeth asking me if I had any concerns. I told him about a tooth that was bothering me and he fixed it right away. Receptionist scheduled my next 6 month appointment with no problems. I would recommend Dr. Ralff and his office highly.

Doctor Ralff saw my problem, diagnosed me right away & I go back on Tuesday for a procedure. No worries at all! The staff was absolutely fantastic & were great with the help I needed. I broke my tooth a week ago and was told I needed a root canal but Dr Ralff told me I only needed a new filling. He is very caring and down to earth. The moment you walk in the door, you’re greeted with smiling faces that make you feel welcome. Dr. Ralff and Dr. Ralff, Jr. and all their staff always take very good care of you. They explain things thoroughly and you’re not rushed out the door. They take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and that your teeth are done right, the first time. I just left the office after a two hour procedure that wasn’t scheduled and they didn’t make me feel horrible about keeping them past closing time. They wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and happy with the work they had done. I highly recommend them.

I've had work done by both him and his son and It's always been a great experience and that is coming from someone who gets very anxious about going to the dentist. I'm 67 yrs old (worked 42 yrs of my life), on medicare with supplemental ins.(Medigap) with no dental Ins.Wish I knew him years ago when I did have Ins. Him and his staff are very good at what they do. they took care of me very good and gave me all the info that I needed.Don't wait for the government to take care of you(they won't),go see Dr Rallf.
