Fantastic experience: The people at Highland Lakes Dental are great! I had my teeth cleaned today by Luz and she was very thorough and did a great job. It included a X-rays and afterwards a dentist (Dr.Moore) came in and checked the X-rays and went over everything and I was on my way within 45 minutes. Very good experience. I’ll be back in six months!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this practice and with Dr Moore and Monica. My experience could not have been better. I had a crown replaced that had come off from another practice and a thorough cleaning. This is no my home dental practice. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Highland Lakes Dental! The minute I walk in I am greeted by a friendly face, everyone in the office is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Nieves is also very kind, attentive, caring professional explaining exactly what I need to require for my dental hygiene which I personally like in a Dentist. The office staff answered all questions regarding financial costs so there were no surprises!!! You don’t find that in most dental offices today! If you’re looking for a Dental office that’s clean, professional and upfront about cost this is the place for you!!!! I have been coming here for about 2 years and will continue because it is the Best!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The office staff was friendly & very helpful in explaining my bill & insurance coverage. Bianca took my information & x-rays with a a smile on her face & was very gentle in placing the equipment in my mouth. Dr. N was sweet & asked great questions about my dental work in the past. She informed me of what she would do next and I was pleased with her practicality. Today's appointment 7/22 was for a cleaning. It was wonderful to hear my teeth looked good & cleaning was gentle & completed in an hour. My hygienist Chenessa was awesome! ( i think that was her name) It was my 2nd time having her, but was very pleased with her chair side manner & how she made me feel comfortable as she cleaned & fluoride my teeth. I am so pleased with everyone at Highland Lakes Dental! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I had a cracked tooth (no real pain)and was able to get in the next day. They put a temporary filling in and scheduled a date to take care of it at a later date. Always a good experience here.

Fantastic experience: I was disappointed that they didn't take my insurancee anymore. Went to another dentist that did take my insurance. Was totally frustrated because they wouldn't clean my teeth unless i got a deep cleaning for an astronomical price. Called Highland & got an appointment almost immediately. Every hygienist I've had at Highland was exceptional in the past 3 years. Going forward I will just pay for my dental care because it's so worth it. Thank you!! Had my 6 month check up. The hygienist, Sarah is awesome!! As a bonus my insurance changed and they accept it. Thank you Highland Dental!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Highland Lakes Dental for over 6 years and I can say that it is a top quality service. DMC Ishbel Nieves-Reyes and all her staff, including her administrative assistants really care that your needs are attended to without waiting too long. They are very kind and professional, Luz Mora is my favorite hygienist because she makes me feel comfortable and confident in her performance.

Fantastic experience: Chenessa performed my cleaning very efficiently and with great care. Dr Nieves fixed a problem with a rear molar. The experience was excellent.

Negative experience: My wife and I had been going there for years and thought they were excellent, but they recently decided to no longer accept our insurance so we've had to cancel both appointments due to massive price increases.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for nearly 10 years and always receive excellent care. No one ever tries to upsell you on anything, and all costs are clear.

Fantastic experience: I went in for my semi annual check up and my teeth were cleaned and all was good. I did not like the floride treatment. It left a thick stickiness on my teeth. The next time I will just avoid that treatment. Thanks for a happy place to come to.

Fantastic experience: Highland Lakes Dental is the best dental office from the front desk to the hygienist up to Dr Ishbel Nieves Reyes. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. They are always on schedule. I have never a waited a long time . Alway go right in. Dr Ishbel Nieves Reyes was very kind and thorough explaining what I needed to have done. She answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I can't say enough about how great this place is. Very satisfied and pleased with their professionalism. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nieves is NOT a good dentist. She is a GREAT dentist. I have been seeing her since 2019. I had an implant problem since 2018 as the tooth came coming off the stem. Two fixes later and failures right after the fixes she figured out the problem and fixed it permanently. She also saved me $8700 worth of work recommended by another dentist as I took a year in another state to take care of a friend and a dentist there recommended it. I came into Orlando for my nieces wedding and sought a 2nd opinion from Dr. Nieves last November who said she wouldn’t do any of the work recommended. It wasn’t needed. Thank you Doctor.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Highland Lakes Dental! Everyone is so kind, helpful and friendly. Every cleaning I've gotten (4 times a year) has been fantastic and everyone is so kind about my sensitive teeth. Dr. Nieves has made several implant crowns and they are perfect!

It is minor but felt large to my tongue. They set up an appointment and it will be a quick fix. I love the work that has been done by this practice. I started coming here in the fall.
