Fantastic experience: First time back to the dentist in two years, and the staff at Lifetime Dental Care made it such a smooth transition! I loved how mindful and considerate all of the staff were. By giving a quick tour of the practice, providing a new patient goodie bag, and being super considerate with the bitewings during X-rays (biting down sometimes hurts and this was minimized as much as possible), the staff made me extremely comfortable and relaxed. Thank you again for an amazing appointment! ☺️

Negative experience: I’m severely disappointed with Dr. Jung. She consistently ignored my concerns and I’ve been in agonizing pain for weeks with no answers. I came back in Thursday after visiting the ER hoping she would be able to do something after I told her what the problem was just for her to tell me there was just for her to say there was nothing she could do and then charged me $130 for 1 XRay photo and a 10 minute talk. Something she could’ve told me over the phone. I hate to say it but this place is all about the money with zero care for their patients. I won’t be back.

I’ve always ended up seeing the female dentist during my visits, and she is absolutely amazing and kind. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: Felisha was very gentle and addressed all my needs. I hate going to the dentist but going to lifetime makes it a lil bit easier. Easy scheduling over text, price has always been openly communicated to me so I could Come back after getting dental Insurance. So glad my dental insurance is accepted here! Saved me a ton, I love the parrafin wax to make my hands soft and warm, options for massage chair, blankie and heated neck wrap. Everyone involved was super intent on communicating to me what I needed, what I would have to pay, time involved, etc. love this place

Negative experience: My family has been coming here for years. Always loved Brad and he always took good care of my families teeth. The new dentists here are just not good. They charged me $3,000.00 for my sons dental work and the whole experience has been a disaster! Your only as good as your worst dentist. The staff here is amazing and I hate to leave but the new owners are making them lose loyal customers.

Fantastic experience: After having the same Hygienist, Julie, for 15 years, she was promoted and I was assigned another. So I met Paris and Shauna today. Julie was a hard act to follow, but Paris and Shauna were outstanding. They put me at ease, made me feel comfortable and safe--it was truly a great experience. These two professionals put their all into their work and I am so pleased to have either of them work on my teeth. Congrats to Julie for her skill, caring attitude, and excellent training--to the benefit of staff and patients alike. Lifetime Dental lives up to every good name and reputation they receive. Fantastic experience: Lifetime dental does great work! My hygienist today was thoughtful, thorough, and explained everything well. They offer warm blankets, a hot neck wrap, chair back massages, and paraffin wax for the hands during your treatment to help you relax.

Dr. Morgan really took his time explaining my options and treatment plan. He was also able to complete my procedure the same day. The front desk gals were warm and welcoming. Fantastic experience: As a new older Dental patient I was apprehensive as expected but once the doors opened to what I would consider a very comfortable and relaxing waiting room my anxiety lessened a bit once I was led to examination room and had my exam by Dr Morgan and his assistant I was relaxed. Negative experience: Horrible experience! They seemed extremely nice when I first started working with them, very accommodating. I referred all my family, grandma, dad, mom, wife. Last year, things changed, i chipped my front tooth and they accommodated quickly, but did the filling wrong and i re-chipped my tooth a couple weeks later, they counted both as emergency exams, then they did a filling on my back tooth because i had a cavity, shortly after all of a sudden i need a root canal on that tooth and they charged my for another “emergency exam”and quoted me $2200 for a root canal. They seem very nice and accommodating, but when it comes to doing any work, i wouldn’t trust them as every filling ended up with issues. Plenty of great dentist in the tri cities for much cheaper, all of my family is switching. Also, when i asked them if they could do anything to waive the third emergency cost or take some accountability, they read me a script. Told them to cancel all future appointments and i was going to leave a review and i never leave reviews, they literally said “No Problem” Unreal, stay away!

Fantastic experience: Called to make an appointment for an exam and cleaning and was able to get in same day due to a cancellation. Taylor, the hygienist, was extremely gentle and very knowledgeable. The dental office feels more like going to a spa with the warm paraffin wax hand treatment and blanket that were provided. I also appreciated Dr. Mendoza’s friendliness and willingness to explain the condition of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: If you have terrors and negative experiences which prevent you from taking care of your teeth as an adult now or if your kids are new to dentistry visits, this place is your HAPPY TEETH and People OASIS. When I moved here from Spokane in the late '70's, I needed a new Dentist. My Spokane Dentist was amazing and he helped me overcome my childhood terrors of THE DRILL. I was still dreading any tooth crisis but took action when I had to. This is actually PLEASANT HERE even when you get fillings and teeth cleaned. It helps to have a Dental Insurance Plan but they can give you alerts to possible issues after X-rays and exam so you can plan. Everyone here is patient, positive, helpful with you and very Professional.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience. I had Shauna as my hygienist today and I felt like I was in great hands. She was very thorough and made great conversation throughout. I have told everyone I know to come here. I told them I was engaged and they even offer free whitening trays to engaged couples! Will definitely be taking them up on this offer.

They were able to talk me through the process, give me a little pampering with paraffin gloves, and put me at ease. The process was much less painful than I anticipated. It was swift and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Went in for my semi-annual teeth cleaning on October 4th, 2024. I have been going to Lifetime Dental for several years now. Today I got to be with a new dental assistant. She was very polite, positive, and professional. She put me at ease immediately as she explained everything that she was doing during the x-ray/ cleaning procedures so I could understand. She had a really great sense of humor and was very patient with all of my questions as I am a very curious person. I felt absolutely no discomfort what's so ever and we discussed how I could clean my teeth more efficiently and offered options to make that happen. There was no hard sell in trying to get me to buy additional products. She was just so extremely helpful in giving me information so I could decide whether or not I wanted said products. I would never consider going anywhere else. This dental facility is top notch and is the premiere in the Tri-Cities as far as I'm concerned.

Fantastic experience: Great experience as I had a crown put in before my first cleaning, as both the waiting time was minimal, very professional setting when you walked in the front desk is super helpful and sweet. And the few Dentists I’ve dealt with made me really as ease as past dentist were not as easy going and made me worried to go. Overall glad I found Dr.Brier’s Lifetime dental and will be bringing my whole family here moving forward.! Also the blanket and neck pillow they bring if you want it of course, is the cherry on top.!

I called 2 minutes before closing they stayed on the phone with me for 10 min to make sure they received my prescription and it would be filled thank you
