Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Dove Dental after many years of seeing another dentist. I was pleasantly surprised to discover how much more modern and patient-focused dentistry has become. From the very beginning of the new patient process, I was treated with respect and compassion. They showed me aspects of my dental health that my previous dentist had never addressed. The staff ensured that I understood all their concerns regarding my dental health, outlining which procedures were a priority and which could wait. For those of us who have been going to traditional dentists for many years and have wondered if there is a better option, Dove Dental has clearly demonstrated that there is.

Fantastic experience: Never have I got to a dentist office and everyone greet me ,but they did at Dove. It's like a big family feeling. Took all my anxiety away. Not to mention I called several and couldn't get me in until end of next month. Not here they got me right in. And there wasn't a long wait to get back got me right and got to work. I recommend them to anyone that has anxiety about dental work.

The staff are always helpful and friendly, the doctors are knowledgeable and courteous. They have the newest equipment and the facility is always well kept and organized. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My entire experience was wonderful. I was originally told about Dove Dental by a friend who highly recommended them. Starting at check-in, I felt welcomed. My wait time was almost nonexistent. The woman who was taking my images was super sweet and calming. She made sure to inform me about each step as we progressed. I didn't feel nervous at all because she kept me informed throughout the entire process. The atmosphere was wonderful. It felt like everyone working there enjoyed their jobs, the people they were working with, and us patients. The dentist reviewed my images with me and explained what he saw. Everyone was kind and fun and kept me at ease the whole time. Upon leaving, they continued talking and joking with me. Even though my appointment was over and I was heading out, they were still friendly and engaging and not dismissive. I felt seen, heard, and taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have only been twice, but had an amazing experience both times. Ive struggled with dentists heavily promoting invisalign and neglecting to tell me what I actually need to get done. Dr.Dove was straight to the point on what I needed and at my visit today he did exactly that along with being conversational and very professional. Everyone in staff is kind and helpful, not one thing to complain about. I will never go to another dentist after finding Dove Dental.

Fantastic experience: I love the staff at Dove dental and appreciated how accommodating they were towards me and my disability❤️ When I came in for my last visit I was in back pain, and the front receptionist was nice enough to help me put an OTC pain patch on my back and made sure to check back in to see if it helped once my appointment was over. I really appreciated the time I got to spend with my dental hygienist too! She’s was so sweet, she was a great listener, and I appreciate how that she made me feel cared for. I really enjoyed all of the time I got to spend with the Dove Dental group, and am looking forward to my next visit! If you’re looking for a Christian owned company who lives out Jesus in their work space, this is the dental office for you!

When I called the office they were able to get me in the same day due to a cancellation. During my visit, Emily and Dr. Dove attentively listened and were very receptive of my concerns. They discussed potential causes of the pain and explained options to address it in an easy to understand manner! The staff there is soo kind and helpful…From the front desk receptionists to all the gals who have taken such care during my treatment…. I am super impressed with the positive connection and teamwork communication Dr. Dove has with his staff!! Very professional with a HUGE dose of genuine positivity that goes a long way in my book!! I was there for over 3 hours getting my crowns prep and the entire time I loved seeing and hearing the positive interactions and compliments exchanged by all staff!! The ladies there really work together to help each other and I loved being in that environment!! Makes everyone’s job more enjoyable and makes the patient feel like the priority!! The Christian music is definitely a plus and Dr. Dove has such an excellent chairside manor with his patients it feels like family! So kind and gentle, he is confident and answers all questions. The staff is eager and friendly to help educate along side him. This really makes a difference in the atmosphere and how I was received as a patient in their office!! My family recommended Dove Dental and I also would HIGHLY recommend them!! 10 STARS for sure!!! I bet this is such a fun place to work!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dove Dental Group for a second opinion on getting a crown. I was able to have an exam one day and get a same day crown the next day due to schedules working out great. Fantastic experience: Had to bring my 3 kids with me to my first appointment, all under 4. The dentist and assistance were so accommodating and were adamant it wasn't a problem at all, definitely unlike any other office I've been through. Cost is also a big part of my treatment plan and the dentist never once sounded condescending of my situation especially with me missing most of teeth. Overall very professional and will be my dental office moving forward, i cant say enough about how much respect I was treated with compared to other places

Fantastic experience: I had my regular cleaning done today and I’m just always amazed by how kind and caring the staff is. They know that I have a busy schedule and even though I showed up a few minutes late for my appointment, they were still able to pull me back right away, take x-rays, clean my teeth, and have the dentist check my x-rays and teeth in under 40 minutes. My next cleaning appointment was also scheduled before I left and they double checked that I was still scheduled for a cavity repair later this summer. They asked how I am doing and genuinely cared about my overall wellbeing which can be rare to find in a dentist office. I 10/10 recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: Dove dental is a great place. They don’t over X-ray your teeth like most places. The doctors are great. They don’t push you to do teeth if you don’t have the money. They allow you to wait until next year when your insurance benefits are full. I’ve been at other places where the doctor makes you wait long times while they work multiple patients at the same time. It was miserable and took long. They didn’t respect patients’ time. You should give dove dental them a try. They are so much better.

Fantastic experience: From the call with Payton to walking in to a friendly staff was totally amazing Then came Lucy OMG what can I say totally wonderful caring and understanding. Then the Dentist Dr Schmidley was so caring and kind. I have severe PTSD and I felt very safe. The warmth and caring atmosphere was so helpful to me. Again I would definitely recomend this place. If they treat adults this wonderful can u imagine how great they would treat your kids. Fantastic experience: The best dental practice I have ever been to!! I can never say enough good things about Dove Dental! Due to severe dental anxiety I would avoid the dentist until I literally felt like I was dying because I was too scared to go!! Now with Dove, I’m no longer putting myself through unnecessary suffering because they take such great care of their patients! Seriously the SWEETEST staff, cheerful greetings upon entering, minimal wait time plus a stunning & clean office. You can most definitely tell the staff really love their job there. From the moment I arrive, they make sure I’m comfortable, clearly explain what their plan is for my visit, explaining the steps, allow me to wear my headphones, and even turn the overhead light off. They’ve always made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time and I leave with all my questions answered. I recommend them to everyone I know, seriously!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shimmer, Dr. Dove and their assistants do an amazing job on my teeth! I had several fillings done and could hardly feel the needle pinch and they feel and look great. My husband and I have had dental traumas in the past with other dentists, but these folks are very understanding and make it comfortable for us. We are so blessed to have found such great people to meet our whole family's dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I am someone who is terribly apprehensive about going to a dentist. However, I had one of my front teeth break off . I had to search for a dentist and a friend suggested Dove dental group. I knew I was going to be a new patient and thought it would be weeks if not a month or so before I could get in. They got me in in two days fixed my tooth within an hour and I couldn’t say enough about how great they are!

They take into account how you feel, if you’ve had past bad experiences at other dentist offices and are weary, they will take their time with you and explain exactly what they are doing as they go along. For living in such a large town, they really make the experience feel personable. The entire staff there are always so pleasant and kind, and of course always with a smile on their face.

She called (stressed) and was able to get in that morning. This was one of her first "adult" situations that she had to handle "on her own". Your entire staff was super kind and helpful. New to town and my first visit was like rolling out the red carpet. I was surprised on how the staff attended to me and with questions and allowed me to express what I wanted and their feedback was wow! They told me what I needed and didn’t need. Listen to my concerns and came back with a plan I was completely comfortable with. Little humor here and there but they made me feel so special I had to pinch myself. The dentist follow up with the same care and actions. It’s hard to write a good review. But this dentist office is just so awesome. I was not nervous once I was greeted. I felt safe and comfortable. Negative experience: I had been going to Dr. Graf for several years & then to Dr. Dove when he took over. For years, twice a year I went & would have the occasional cavity. Then they moved to where they are now & got some new people. Went for a routine checkup & cleaning & the new hygienist tells me I have periodontal disease that's going to take several appointments of scrapings & procedures to fix. She said the people who had been working on my teeth were either not educated enough to catch it or didn't "want to the bearer of bad news". These would be her coworkers that I'd been seeing for years. She didn't even clean my teeth on this day. Was too busy trying to sell me a water pick & several expensive procedures appointments. I now go to a different dentist & have not had any issues like she said.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful first appointment at Dove. Appointment was scheduled as an acute short visit but I needed to establish care. They were accompanying, kind, and went out of their way to make the appointment a positive experience. I have had difficult experiences with dentists in the past feeling rushed and quick to drill on my teeth. That has given me some anxiety and hesitation about seeing the dentist. Dove was a 180 experience from those previous. Thankful for their care - it was consistent with the reviews given here on Google. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: This place is ridiculous. I’d recommend stay away from here as much as possible :). We had an appointment set up, I called 2 weeks before and told them I wouldn’t be able to make it because I couldn’t afford to get the work done. They still made me prepay (which doesn’t make any sense I would’ve just gone to my appointment if I had to pay for it anyways) and bumped my appointment to the end of the month after which is January. They called me 2 days before my new appointment and said “because it’s after the new year you have to pay an additional $40 because you paid last year” My experience with this dentist office the other time I’ve been in was also terrible. Took way too long, and wasted a lot of my time and money.

Fantastic experience: I had a new patient visit today to get a crown, and this is by far the most thorough exam I've ever had at a dental office. Dr. Schmidly was kind, gentle, and efficient. He even hummed quietly with the Christmas music which was sweetly comforting. Jaye was energetic and super friendly. I spent the most time with Audra, and she was absolutely lovely but incredibly professional. I am happy to say I have found a new dentist's office!

Fantastic experience: Dove Dental is one of nicest dental care practices I’ve ever been to! I struggle with mental health issues therefore sometimes my mouth suffers from not properly cleaning. But at Dove Dental everyone is so understanding and doesn’t talk down to me like some other places. I never thought I’d say this but I love the dentist, but only if it’s Dove Dental (haha). I’d recommend this place to everyone ESPECIALLY if you have dental anxiety. The staff is so friendly and comforting. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I have had a fear of dentists since one bad experience 6 years ago. None of the dentists I went to helped to alleviate that fear until I went to Dove Dental. Dr. Dove and the dental hygienists that have worked with me have been so kind, patient, and understanding. If I ever have any questions or fears they always address them, which has not been my experience at different dental clinics. I had two deep cleanings and two cavity filling appointments and I’ve felt my stress lessening at each one knowing that the team at Dove dental will take me seriously and do careful and gentle work. Fantastic experience: My family travels a lot because of my husband's work. I have 4 kiddos and any time I've taken them to a dentist they put them on plans of getting cavities filled that span over months and months. Because of this we usually miss follow ups because we are out of state again. I talked with a wonderful woman at Dove Dental and they made a plan to get all of my daughters work done in the 2 month time period we knew we had. So incredibly thankful to Dove Dental for getting her teeth fixed! Also, my daughter is 11 and highly recommend them for kiddos. They are incredibly accomidating and friendly and patient. Fantastic experience: READ THIS IF YOU HAVE DENTAL ANXIETY: This is the first dentist in years that I have actually gone back to. Dr. Shimmer is so very kind and patient, excellent at communicating. The staff is wonderful at listening to your concerns. I have extremely high anxiety at the dentist, and they've all been very good at working with me to minimize that as much as possible. I feel encouraged to speak up if I need something specific to feel more comfortable. This place is amazing. Update: 9/20/24 - still going! Kathy, the dental hygienist, just did an amazing job on my follow-up and cleaning. She took her time and made sure every step was communicated and comfortable. Thank you!

Ive experienced traumatic injury in unnamed dentist office and broke the head rest on their chair! I started going to Dove about 6 years ago and no other dentists will ever touch me again. They are compassionate. Understanding and accommodating to my needs that aren't even dental needs! They have my stress ball ready for me. They have a blanket ready for me! They have an xray bib that I use as a weighted blanket just help relieve my anxiety! These guys go above and beyond every time! They really are the best THANK YOU DOVE DENTAL!

Fantastic experience: Walked in & felt very welcomed. Everyone was super nice, Linda at the front, Jay the hygenist, and Dr. Schemmer. This was the first time I have ever laughed in the chair while getting a cleaning. Jay & the rest of the team of hygenists were awesome, they truly have a great working relationship. Best part, I was NOT pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. I am not a fav of fluoride, I wanted my coffee ASAP. I declined it without any pushing to have it done. I now understand why all the reviews are so great for this place! Well done Dove Dental!!!

Fantastic experience: Hands down one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. The staff at the front desk are nice and the hygienists and dentist are friendly and personable. I really appreciate the fact that the dentists are willing to explain dental concepts to you as well as let you see images and X-rays of your own teeth so you can be confident that the treatment prescribed is actually needed

Fantastic experience: It was my second time since they moved. I have been busy and didn’t have time for my dental health. Anyway it was again great experience. Dental care is usually not very pleasant experience for me but it was amazing and they explained every step and detail. I felt very comfortable and I would definitely recommend Dove dental group. In fact my husband will go here!

Fantastic experience: I grew up fearing Dentist because in the 1950 dentist were brutal. I am now 77 and I now know it does not have to be that way. My wife is now going to Dove Dental and she was commenting about how gental her care is now. She has Dr. Schemmer and is glad she does. We believe in our LORD and this office also Believe In Our LORD. They are not only very knowledgeable, they are caring. I can not say enough good things about this dental group.

Fantastic experience: This place was amazing! The staff was so friendly & VERY informative. During my visit with Lucy & Dr. S, I felt so comfortable & in good hands despite my extreme anxiety toward dentist visits! I even received a handwritten card in the mail a few days following my visit. Definitely my new preferred dental office, the 1Hr+ drive is worth it!
