Fantastic experience: My favorite dentist ever!! Dr. Walding is caring, gentle and funny. He ACTUALLY cares about our family. Orietta is an amazing hygienist, very friendly, sweet. and knowledgeable too. Pam always takes care of my billing at the end, she’s compassionate, asks about my kids and makes sure my bill is correct. Our family loves Walding dental!

I go to the office on Pipkin Rd, and they have fit me in for small emergencies (crown fell out, chipped tooth, etc.) and always treated me well. I have my own private hygienist, (I feel like I’m her only patient), Jazz! I love her! Everyone on staff is friendly yet professional. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Fantastic experience: My experience was very good! Oretta was kind and explained everything that she was doing. Then Dr. Walding came in and checked my teeth and said that he would see me the next time I had an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Hi my name is Elizabeth A , I had my cleaning done with Jasmine last week . It's been a few years now and pray for many more . Jasmine is the best wherever she goes I will follow. Jasmine's takes pride and joy in her work and it definitely shows. She is friendly, professional, a perfectionist, very caring, considerate, explains everything throughout the cleaning step by step no surprises. She deserves more than a 5 STAR ⭐️ GOD BLESS

Positive experience: Had to wait a couple of months for a new patient appointment, but it was absolutely worth it! We were seen within minutes of arriving, and the entire experience was excellent. Dental Hygienist Pop was thorough, friendly, and took the time to explain every step to my child, which made them feel completely at ease. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that when I first called, I requested two appointments — one for myself and one for my child — but only my child’s was scheduled. I chalk that up to human error, and honestly, the care was so great that I don’t mind waiting for my own appointment!

I appreciate how she helps me get best care navigating insurance & explaining things in a manner I understand. Dr. Carter is always kind & gentle making it a painless experience. Sina was an awesome Dental Tech as well. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My dentist, Dr. Bakir, is with Dental Associates of Florida. He is temporarily working out of the office of Walding & Associates. Dr. Bakir and his dental assistant, Lauren, took extra special care of me on my recent visit. I was there to get 2 permanent crowns. My gums were very sore so Lauren had Dr. Bakir check me and he decided to numb the area prior to removing the temporary crowns. I appreciate their concern and decision to numb the area of the crowns. I was comfortable through the rest of the dental visit. Dr. Bakir and Lauren are personable and knowledgeable; my thanks to both.

Fantastic experience: As usual, another great visit with Dr. Walding. Had to get some filling done. I was taken in less than 5 minutes after I arrived, eventhough the waiting room was full. I was in at my appointment time. Like usual, everyone was very pleasant. The doc came in, chatted for a couple of minutes and got right to work. I was in and out of the place in about 1/2 an hour.

Fantastic experience: Staff was professional, experienced, capable, and friendly. Pam listened to my concerns and complaints and took steps to correct the issues. It feels to good to have professional people who care about you and genuinely listen to you.

Fantastic experience: My Dental Hygienist Jen is amazing. I have seen her for years and I have never had better. The staff is always friendly. The offices are clean and they play really good music. May not seem like a big deal but for me it’s the whole package.

I could tell from my first visit a few years ago that she genuinely cares about every person she cares for. She is gentle, she is efficient, she is so kind, and she does a tremendous job. I hope she doesn’t, but if she ever went to another office so would I.

Fantastic experience: My son and I both go to Walding and Associates. They are so well staffed and very professional. The hygienists are wonderful and I am very picky about who does anything to my teeth. They always make sure to explain what insurance is paying and then what you owe if there is anything the insurance doesn’t cover. Dr Walding is also very nice and caring. It’s a great place to go if you are looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Let's start with the waiting room. My wait was about five minutes. The receptionist was as always friendly and helpful. I was escorted to the room by a very nice lady my apologies I am not good at remembering names, who assisted the dentist with my procedures. I had 3 fillings on top in the front. The numbing shot was as painless a it could be, and I felt no pain during the fillings when the feeling came back there was as still no pain and my teeth looked good. Thank you Dr. Walding.

Was able to get scheduled for initial appointment quickly & left with detailed plan & cost for recommended care. Grateful Dr. Walding was able to complete a difficult extraction so I didn’t have to see an oral surgeon - WooHoo! Highly recommend!

The fabulous finance manager Ms. Pam is fantastic in walking you through the billing process. Overall the entire Walding dental staff is great and highly recommended by me. Negative experience: My 10 year old son has been a patient for 4 years. In the beginning there was always resistance when my son did not want the gas. The dental assistant for our last 3 visits has been contentious and rude. To the point of making my child very uncomfortable. We are currently looking for another dentist

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Walding for almost 30 years. He does amazing work and has always been very thorough and professional. I have never felt that he has ordered anything that wasn’t necessary for my teeth. His staff is always warm and welcoming as well.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a crown that fell off. Dr Walding was professional, concise and quick to get it back on. Crown feels great today! Will be switching all my dental care needs over to their office.

Negative experience: I wanted to like and support Walding and Associates— they are a business ministry partner with the JoyFM and claim to be a “Christian business”. They have not been transparent AT ALL. They brought me in for an evaluation and then told me I couldn’t choose to get a standard cleaning, they would only do a deep cleaning— which would cost me $500. They filled one of my teeth— two fillings but failed to tell me that because they did them both at the same time, my insurance wouldn’t cover my second filling at all. They also failed to submit my entire bill to insurance for approval stating “we know they don’t cover that so we don’t send it in”. They are very quick to over treat and over charge their patients. The office staff isn’t available for calls during business hours and they are “so busy” that the office staff calls after 6pm to resolve issues and had the audacity to ask me to ask my insurance to call them in the afternoon “when they aren’t as busy”. I cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone. The few fillings Dr Walding completed were not filed and finished properly so I was in pain for a week before having to come in to “have it fixed” and it still isn’t fixed to the full but I can’t bring myself to go back into their office to try to fully fix it.

Fantastic experience: We had another fantastic visit at the dental office! The staff is always friendly, patient, and amazing with kids. They make the experience fun and stress-free, and my child actually looks forward to going! Thank you for consistently providing such a welcoming and caring environment.
