Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Floss and Gloss, the minute I walked in everyone was so friendly and helpful. Tracie was so helpful with the entire treatment plan. Snow and Fatima were our dental assistant and was informative giving all the information on our treatment. I had A04 surgery and they gave my my permanent teeth same day and they are amazing. This is your one stop shop. Thank you floss and gloss for everything.

My family and friends recommended the Floss and Gloss Dental Clinic in Bedford, TX, about two hours from home. It was definitely worth the trip. This clinic is simply the best in the Dallas area! My experience began when I made an appointment. On the day of my visit, the front desk staff greeted me warmly. The dental assistant, Snow, and the hygienist, Javier, were incredibly friendly and gentle. Javier’s cleaning was exceptionally smooth, and I experienced no pain afterward. Dr. Patel is the nicest dentist I’ve encountered; the entire team was professional and approachable. Their work felt like magic! What impressed me the most was their reasonable pricing compared to other dental offices I’ve visited. They took the time to explain my options and genuinely cared for me as a patient. In my opinion, this level of care is rare in a doctor's office. I am looking forward to my next appointment in three months—a significant statement from someone who usually fears going to the dentist. I highly recommend this clinic! Fantastic experience: Update: came for my annual and was in and out within 45 mins! The doctors, techs, hygienist, and front desk are all such a joy to be around. What a great experience! The staff is great, they really made my day with jokes and compliments. Dr C did my exam and filling. She was super gentle with the needle and gave me the perfect amount ! By the time she was done, I was already able to feel my cheek again. The dental hygienist was super social and gentle with my cleaning. I can’t wait to come back for my wisdom teeth removal and Invisalign! And I appreciate the office staff with their communication of the Drs running behind. Luckily I live 10 mins away so coming back about 2 hours later wasn’t a biggie. Update! I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed on Friday afternoon. Stopped bleeding the same day. Was eating just fine by Saturday. No pain. Swelling was minimum & down practically same day. What a WONDERFUL experience. Thank you Dr N Patel and staff! I love your office so much!!!

Fantastic experience: I went for the first time to get a dental cleaning. I liked the way the staff guided me through the process to get my x-rays and how they explained what my insurance covers and what it doesn't. Dr. Patel gave me a diagnostic of the state of my teeth, and what shouls be prioritized. The dental hygienist did a very good job and the amenities provided by the Clinic (Netflix) helped to make the cleaning much more relaxing. During my visit I felt and was treated as if I was their first and only patient. They were very concern that I was ok and not in any pain, before procedure was started. I was giving options as to how and what procedure I want to do first and shared their thoughts and allowed me to decide. Fantastic experience: Dana, Dr. Patel and Javier did an outstanding job with my tooth extraction. Dr. Patel made sure I did not feel any pain or discomfort every step of the way. Dana was also checking up on me to make sure I was OK. Javier took his time to make sure my teeth were thoroughly cleaned and polished. Even the front desk were very helpful in making sure I understood the payment plans options and I was taken care of. I cannot praise these guys enough. I would without a doubt recommend them to family and friends!

Negative experience: NEVER ever go to them to get a root canal treatment. I went for a regular dental cleaning and was told I needed two root canals and that they could do the treatment on the spot. That day i made a huge mistake. I had the root canal treatment and was told I was bleeding too much and had too much swelling so they could not put the temporary crown on and needed to come back a different day. When I went back they still could not properly get the temporary crowns to fit. When my permanent crowns came in THEY DIDN’T fit! So they send my mold out again to make me new permanent crowns with two open holes in my mouth with no temporary crowns. The second set of permanent crowns came in and they still did not fit correctly. I had one tooth pop out multiple times and had to be cemented multiples times with them. Finally I found a different dentist and he was able to treat the issue of why the crown was not sitting properly and I have had no issues. In the meantime the second root canal was now causing pain. Come to find out that crown was placed with incorrect margins allowing bacteria to re-enter my root canal causing an infection. Here I am almost 1.5 years post the original root canal still having issues. I have had to undergo a revision root canal. Moral of the story do not let them treat your root canals.

Fantastic experience: Fatima did a great job!! Doctors are great with children and will help you through the whole process. The entire staff is patient and comforting and the procedure was done extremely well.

Fantastic experience: The whole team was extremely professional, courteous, and accommodating. I called a few dentists in the area because me I had a chipped tooth and it was killing me. The staff got me an appointment the same day. Snow was the first on the staff to work with me, and she explained everything well, and made the process easy and stress free. Dr. Patel was very good about explaining the work I needed done, and she shared her opinion on what needed to be done now, and what could wait. I had not been to the dentist for a while, so I knew I needed some attention. Lastly, Javier did a thorough job of my cleaning and did a great job. Negative experience: I did few of the root canal from this place and all my crowning done here chipped off after less than 3 yrs.. I kinda regret getting my teeth done here.. they even charge 75$ for each fix. Just one crown fall off would have been my problem but almost all of them fell off within 2-3 yrs

Negative experience: My wife (M.S.) is looking for a new dentist after feeling disrespected during her visit today. She has consistently brought up the issue of excessive buildup, hoping to find an explanation or solution. Despite mentioning this concern during several visits, the response has always been the same: she is told to brush and floss daily. Today, both the dentist and hygienist repeated that advice multiple times, even after my wife clearly stated that she brushes and flosses every single day. The dentist even questioned her with disbelief, saying, “Every day?” rather than taking her concerns seriously. This made her feel like she was being doubted rather than supported. Instead of exploring other possibilities or asking helpful questions, like checking her technique or considering other causes for the buildup, they offered nothing productive. The experience left her feeling unheard and defensive, which should never happen in a place that’s supposed to care for patients.

Fantastic experience: I came here for a second opinion and decided to go with this place! The office has a homie feel to it, and the ladies here are super sweet. What I love most is that they didn’t just tell me what to do, but actually gave me options on what could be done moving forward. Negative experience: I felt as though I was speaking with a sales associate rather than a professional dental clinic team. Their focus seemed to be on selling various advertised products rather than providing tailored care. They asking to many personal questions special that lady called Lucy at reception. She look At you from top head to toes. As scanning machine. I underwent a gum laser as that good for gum, which was marketed to eliminate bacteria in the gums, at the time, my gum health was in excellent condition and all my x-rays indicated that . After that I began experiencing root infections, which was a concerning development of that laser.

Knowing the staff by first name basis is so underrated, it feels like visiting family instead of a checkup. Patient And they work fast! Your in & out in before you can get good and comfortable. Dr Patel and Her Staff are amazing at explaining your service plan, treatments, payments etc so you’re not left playing phone tag w/ your insurance company. Love my smile and this office!

Fantastic experience: Was very pleased with the service I received. I needed an extration and bone graft and Dr. Patel is amazing. No pain and the procedure was over before I realized it had begun. Kudos to her and her staff for an awesome dental experience.

Fantastic experience: My experience was excellent. The Dr was very concerned with my comfort and was efficient and quick with the procedure. The only pain I felt was the numbing shots. Will be continuing my oral care here, I've found my dental doctor.
