From the moment I called, the entire staff was amazing—caring, professional, and efficient. But I have to give special recognition to Ivonne, who was my true customer service winner. She immediately made me feel comfortable and secure, empathizing with my situation and reassuring me that they could help me in time for my trip. Being in the hospitality industry myself, I know great customer service when I experience it, and Ivonne absolutely delivered. She is without a doubt a customer keeper.

Fantastic experience: I took my toddler there for her first visit and they were great! They made her feel so comfortable and cared for. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist, dentist, everyone was easy to speak to. Even when you contact the office via phone, they are very helpful! I totally recommend you take your toddlers there for pediatric work.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best!!! I've had a few visits in this office, including an upcoming appt today. As long as they are around, I do not see myself going to another dentist. Even if I were to move out of the area, I'll make the trip. Great dentists are hard to find and the support staff are incredibly personable and kind. The attention to detail is top notch and as cheesy as it may sound, they definitely upgraded my life :)

Negative experience: Worst experience! Made an appointment for my wife and I to have our cleaning. We were told at arrival that our cleaning would not be possible, only an oral exam. Our primary concern was a cleaning and this process was never mentioned over the phone or harassing amount of texts this office sends you after you book an appointment. Oral exams and cleaning are always done together, guess it’s a good way to charge the insurance multiple! Stay away from this dental office, they’re just looking to make money.

Fantastic experience: I moved to the area not too long ago and found Complete Dental Works. I was dealing with a re-infected root canal from years ago. I ended up proceeding with a tooth extraction. They are very friendly, detailed, gave me all my options for next steps, and walked me through the process every step of the way. They definitely make an effort to care about your dental hygiene and be as thorough as possible to make sure you are comfortable

Fantastic experience: From the very first conversation on the phone to book my appointment, the staff member was extremely helpful & super sweet. It did not feel rushed and she made sure to answer all of my questions. Then the day finally came for my appointment and Yaneth the dental assistant was super sweet, knowledgeable and put me at ease. The equipment is up to date, soothing music playing in the background which is a perfect combo. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location/ office for any visit.

Fantastic experience: First, let me say I am very impressed with how clean the office is and the modern technology they have to conduct dental exams. The exam was very thorough and the dental assistant, Yaneth explained everything she was going to do. Dr. Cantuarias was also thorough and sweet. She even took the time to give me some insight on the various dental services they offer. Angelina did an amazing job with my cleaning! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time coming here and it will definitely not be the last. Great experience! I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Horrible management last month I had an appointment with one of the dentist in this office who when over my TX plan. I asked for a print out of my TX plan wish they provide but it wasn’t sign by the Dentist or even stamp. The Dentist who took care me he was super educated and well knowledgeable of what I needed and want. However when I send my TX plan to my 401k they advice me that the doctor did not sign the paper and all they needed to do was sign so I can sent it back. Made an appointment for the next day at 430 pm because they said they will have it ready the next day. Around 1pm I got a call from them saying that the Onwer who doesn’t seem really educated on her profession referred me to Hackensack hospital with no reason at all. First if you believe I have to been seen by a specialist you have to tell me face to face why and what is the Diagnosis you believe why I have to see a specialist. Not make one of your office staff call me to cancel my appointment and tell me I have to go to Hackensack with no excuses. Is Call HIPPA . Clean office but I will not recommend this Dentist to anyone just because that lack of professionalism. Don’t let them fool you. It takes time to find a Good dentist or Doctor been in the field for 11 years. Wrong person to play ring around the roses.

Negative experience: I had a great experience with the Dr., he was very knowledgeable & gave me a great explanation of what I needed to get done. The entire evaluation was about 2 hours long which is not a big deal since it was a thorough examination; the reason i’m giving two stars is for the following: I decided not to go with the treatments they recommended as it conflicted with my time, I put an initial deposit & then requested a full refund prior to signing the treatment consent. I went in person to put in the request & was told it needed to get reviewed with the doctor & a financial representative therefore i had to come back another day which is inconvenient since the original reason i cancelled was because it conflicted with my time. I waited about 2 days just for their financial representative to call me to confirm my refund; It’s since been more than 10 days since the call and i have yet to receive that money. Not to mention that when i do receive that money I’m going to have to wait a few days for my bank to process it. I also asked for my CT scan & x-ray where i also got the run around that it needed approval from the doctor & to come back in person as the ct scan is too big of a file. I’m not sure why the xrays specifically couldn’t have been sent the same or next day via email or why there isnt a patient portal available for convenience. I usually have patience for these kinds of things but all I’ve been getting from the office is lots of run around & inconsistency which reflects in my review. Update: I never got my CT scans that i paid for and only got my xrays… its unfortunate that although the doctors are great, their office staff and business practices are not. Do not go here if there’s even a slim chance you may need your own medical records.

Positive experience: U did the new patient $99 special (which comes with the cleaning) They did a lot of tests on me which is great but unfortunately i need a deep cleaning and my teeth aren’t the best so i was taken to the office, and they ran a treatment plan for me. It cost 1,800 And of course i have to do this treatment before i get my cleaning that I already paid for So just be beware, and don’t be fooled like me also I was there for over two hours! Other than that I just wanted to leave they were nice and professional other wise

This is the first dental office that you can see whats inside your mouth as you watch then scan on screen. Will definitely come back.

Positive experience: Clean office. The staff is friendly and strives to be as professional as possible. First time new patients will have to endure 2 hours of xrays and additional scans. No cleanings or procedures will be done the first session. You'll have to schedule another session for an actual cleaning. This could be communicated ahead of time. There policy is to have prepared for your procedures.

My turn to be checked up , they called me and did the process ( the person who i dealt with was (is) Nice , accommodating and warm). On top of that all she is smart and she will explain everything to you before it was done to you. Doctors and staff were so easy to talk to. Fantastic experience: Making an appt was easy, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Office is beautiful, newly renovated and nice and bright. Mariel was my dental assistant and was absolutely wonderful - explained everything and walked me through what she was doing. They have awesome brand new equipment/screens where you can see in real time all the photos and X-rays that they do for diagnostics. Dr. Ro was very nice and took his time telling me what his findings were - didn’t rush at all even though my appt was at the end of the day. Also gave me lots of good info without lecturing, which I really appreciated.
