She is awesome and does a great and complete cleaning on my teeth. She is very caring about her patients. Then she asked Dr. Kruger to come in to exam my teeth. Dr. Kruger is the best Dentist I have ever had. He is very compassionate, caring and extremely knowledgeable about my Oral Health. Dr. Kruger is forward thinking in his practice. His knowledge about Dentistry is remarkable and is why I will continue being his patient, as well as refer my family and friends to his practice. Thank You Kathy for a job well done. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dental practice for many, many years. Due to a very bad childhood dental experience and a serious phobia of needles, I have always hated going to the dentist and only went when desperately needed dental care. Then one day I found Dr.Kruger. He and his staff went way above normal to make me comfortable and as much at ease as possible. Here I am, about 15 + years down the road, and I still get a little uptight when I need to go, but as soon as I get there, the staff is so friendly and calm that it makes me relax. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a first time dentist or looking for a change.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! I am always taken great care of, my children too. I appreciate being able to schedule back to back appointments for myself and two children. In and out in no time; children are comfortable with the staff and procedures. Convenient location, despite the roundabout circus you need to drive through in getting there. It's actually proving helpful since a left turn into the lot has been eliminated. Great service and lovely teammates; welcoming atmosphere.

Positive experience: The staff is fantastic! Don’t agree with the no pain meds policy. Tooth pain is probably the worst pain there is , and I went 4 days before my route canal .

Hygienist Kathy was gentle, friendly, and extremely thorough during the exam and cleaning, Dr. Marion was so incredibly kind and took the time to answer my questions related to cosmetic treatment options, and Office Manager Ursula was beyond accommodating with my schedule when looking at future treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Greenwood took the time to actually SHOW me my cavity via mirrors which was her idea and very much appreciated. I hear too many stories of dentists filling cavities that aren’t actually there or finding extra ways to make money. I have 100% trust that Dr. Greenwood is looking out for her patients! Positive experience: My first visit to a dentist. I had tooth pain and gum bleeding after some goat meat. Dr Greenwood and her nurse were really thorough. Had a XRAY of of my teeth which they didn't charge me for. Dont quote me on this lol, your case may be different). She prescribed a medication that's really helping with the pain and swelling. The bleeding stopped.

The cleaning I had done was very well done and the hygienist was very pleasant and informative. Fantastic experience: First, I was treated like family. I went in for my first time for a cleaning with Patti. My previous dentist’s office was supposed to send over x-rays and they did not. So that this office could provide the best care for me they took many x-rays and without charge, since my dental provider would not have paid twice. Dr Marion was very thorough with her examination and provided me with a wealth of information. And when she had to administer Novacaine into my jaw, she took so much care to make sure there was no pain! So glad I found Family Dentist of Blue Ash.

The hygienists spoke about how they enjoy working there, and it was very evident that this was true! My hygienist really took the time to educate me on different things/ problem areas that I can work on and was very patient with me. I had my 3 year old with me and they were all ready helpful, giving him toys to play with and helping to keep him in the room. I appreciated everything they did for us!

If it isn't broken or affecting you negatively they don't lay on the pressure to fix it like most dental offices I've been to. I had to wait a year for an initial appointment to get my family established here. It was certainly worth the wait.

Fantastic experience: My back molar broke off at a dinner Friday night. Not happy but really not happy because on June 25th I was scheduled to leave the country for a month. I called Saturday morning and soon had an appointment for Monday morning. Dr. Sirkin took good care of me, patched up the spot for protection purposes and had me make an appointment upon my return for a crown to be installed. Very grateful

Fantastic experience: I have had great experiences with the staff at Family Dentistry of Blue Ash. This week I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Derrick Kruger and his assistant, Mary. I can't say enough good things about them and the care that I received. My regular 6-month check up this week was with Patti, an excellent, experienced dental hygienist. Also I was seen by Dr. Sirkin, who I have been treated by for many years. I appreciate his care, knowledge, experience. I have done well following his advice over the years.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was very efficient and everyone is so friendly. I would highly recommend this dental office!

Negative experience: I am questioning if I want to continue with Patty as my hygienist. She concentrates on what is going "wrong" and I feel that I am constantly being chastised no matter the efforts I make. She is a lot more aggressive in her cleanings than previous hygienists. I can't say that it is better but it takes me longer to recovery. I also suspect that she has loosened previous fillings. This is not a healthy relationship.

Fantastic experience: I love how easy it is and convenient it is to not only schedule an appointment with this office but also get in touch with them. I scheduled my appointment online— I’m a new patient but needed an emergency appointment due to tooth pain and sensitivity. I was able to do all of that online, as well as input my insurance information. Once I scheduled I immediately got a confirmation text! The following day, the office texted me and reiterated my appointment to me which I loved. This was also when I found out that I could directly text the number and get a response instead of calling and this is very convenient for me as a stay at home mother. When I got to my appointment I only waited maybe 5 minutes before they called me back. Everyone was friendly and also didn’t make me feel bad for waiting so long to get my tooth checked out. They explained to me what was going on with my tooth, scheduled me a follow up appointment, and sent me on my way! Again, as a stay at home mother I loved how quick they were without neglecting any part of my issues with my tooth. I was nervous about finding a new dentist’s office but so far I am very satisfied with my experience here and would highly recommend!

She always makes sure that I am comfortable and provides a blanket to keep me warm since the room I was in gets a little chilly at times. Dr. Marian is upbeat and full of positive energy. The environment is pleasant, and everyone works well together.
