Negative experience: This place made a appointment with me as I established id be coming in for a cleaning . The day of the tell me they want 315$ and is just for a evaluation and will not do cleaning same day and still wanted 315$ . Super ignorant and a rip off. U have lost my entire family's buisness. About 5 people will no longer be coming to your establishment . And to add your money grab " new policy " wasnt mentioned to me at all when the appointment was made . I specifically told the receptionist the appointment was for a cleaning . She would have and should have known then of your policy and saved us both the time . As far as the 5 members of my family that will no longer be patients of yours . U may have looked up my last name to try and find them but since we are talking about my in laws and Aunts u wouldn't know there last names to look them up . Your loss financially in the end and a bad buisness name within the community. We can always just take our buisness elsewhere .

Fantastic experience: I am a patient who had bleeding because I was taking a supplement that caused thinning in my blood which I didn’t realize at the time. Dr. Koplansky went out of his way to make sure that the presiding physician was informed about the extent of treatment and to check on my status. Dr. Koplansky backed up his work when I had another complication. I highly recommend Dr. Koplanky’s professionalism and compassionate care.

Fantastic experience: As soon as I walked in, the receptionist was very welcoming and pleasant , and I was called in on time for my appointment. I was a little nervous, but each person I encountered made me feel at ease. The procedures I was going to have done were explained in full detail and felt very honest. I had impressions and photos taken and the process was done in a very caring manner. Thank you for making my experience with such a major life changing decision stress-free!!!

Dr Kaplansky's people have been working with me for the last year and a half. And I cannot say enough good about Dr Koli, Jen , Erica and the other Dr's who have stepped in to help with an adjustment whenever needed. They've always been so kind, and haven't once made me feel like I was a pita. Lol...seriously, I feel very welcome here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kaplanski and his team were very patient and understanding of my severe anxiety of having dental work done, mainly the novacaine shot. They prescribed an oral sedative which helped. They were very gentle and with the use of a topical numbing agent I felt very little discomfort. The doctor made me feel very comfortable. He was professional and personable at the same time. This is the first dentist I've been comfortable with in a long time. Happy to have found a new dental practice that works for me.

Fantastic experience: There are no words to describe Dr Klapanski and his staff. His facility is top of the line with the latest equipment. And the staff? They are all fabulous. They are professional, personal and very caring people that know their job and do it well. I cannot say enough fabulous comments about him, his staff and facility. She is warm and caring and explains everything to you and makes sure you understand what is going on. She makes your appointment easy. She is very gentle and I have never felt rushed. Negative experience: This office has a very frustrating habit of changing the time of an existing appointment you've already made without asking or notifying you (and they've always chosen earlier in the day when I'm still at work and can't get there). I will get unexpected text notifications for appointments at times I can't be there and 100% did not schedule. It has happened to me at least 3 times now, and based on the lack of concern about it the staff have every time I have to call to get it switched back, I have no confidence that they will change this policy. Defeats the purpose of making and scheduling around an appointment, and sometimes it's caused my cleanings to get pushed 4-6 weeks further back if they can't give me the original time I had if they hadn't moved it. If you have a job with set hours and/or your life is already a scheduling nightmare between family and other appointments to juggle then don't waste your time trusting this place, find a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: I took my mother-in-law in today for a checkup. She is an advanced cancer patient and had not been to the dentist since 2006. They took great care of her. They were compassionate, patient and kind with their words. They cleaned her teeth and gave us a plan moving forward as we feel comfortable. She enjoyed her visit today.

Fantastic experience: As soon as you arrive there you are greeted by a friendly receptionist . The staff is kind and courteous. I initially had an appointment for a painful tooth and Marybeth jumped right on the issue and addressed the culprit stuck back there . She was very professional and answered all my questions . She even told me every step she was going to take before and during the procedure. I asked if she had any extra time for a cleaning and she was kind enough to squeeze me in ! MARYBETH was very thorough happy and friendly .She did a great job ! Top notch care highly recommended

Fantastic experience: What a great visit! I was a bit apprehensive going in, as I have an irrational fear of dentists. However, the Hygenist who worked with me was amazing (sorry, I forgot her name!). She clearly explained everything she did, abs set my fears at ease.

Fantastic experience: I called about a possible infection on Friday. I was given an appointment for early Monday. Dr K was gentle examining my issue and was clear explaining the diagnosis. He always is friendly and personable. I've recommended his practice to many folks.

Negative experience: I myself had a good experience but my spouse on the other hand did not. Was told a crown was needed and after waiting like 5 weeks for approval from insurance company I called to ask what's up. I was told they never got anything from the dentist office to approve. So I call the dentist office to see whats up - had to leave a message b/c no one answered the phone. I give them all info and request a call back but never got one. So now 7 or 8 weeks later nothing has been done and we are now leaving town. Horrible horrible service - or should say - LACK OF SERVICE.

Fantastic experience: My teeth are very well taken care of. You pay for what you get. Great service, wonderful staff, state of the art facility and equipment, very clean facility. The technicians are super patient and friendly and thorough. After 60+ years of dental technicians, I would easily say Elizabeth is my utmost favorite. I especially appreciate her method of rinsing with dental suction during cleaning. No nasty spitting in the mini sink! :D It may be difficult for some to afford the spectacular services of Dr. Kaplansky, but making every effort to do so will be greatly rewarded with a smile you'll be proud to show! <3 Thank you to the entire staff. <3

Negative experience: Poor service . Went to our schedule appointment and told us the dentist was not available and they forgot to call us. Can't trust them to honor there own schedule policy. I won't go back.

Negative experience: Told me back in 2019 I needed a full upper and lower implants. We'll it's 2025 and the dentist here is asking why a dentist would pull all the bottom teeth? The dentist here in Florida says it's a money grab. I've been to probley 6 different places for options and only 2 said you don't need your lower teeth removed. In 2019 this place wanted 30k, I'm sure it's more now. So I'm having 3 teeth up top pulled and 2 dental bridges done for 6700 dollars, yes I've had some wisdom teeth pulled since then, but come on with ripping people off

I had a toothache for 5 days that turned out to be a cracked tooth that was beginning to get infected. I had it pulled that day, and it was painless. Now I am healing. Fantastic experience: Arrived at office 15 minutes early and was taken early for my dental cleaning. The dental hygenist was wonderful and the cleaning was exceptional. She even scheduled me for my next appointment, very efficient and friendly care.

Negative experience: I had a dental emergency 3 or four months ago, I was seen by a female dentist not even sure of her name. She misdiagnosed me told me that a root canal that I had done was not done properly and that was why I was in so much pain. The truth is I had a severe infection from the tooth and this dentist told me I needed to go to a different dentist to have the root canal redone because it appeared that she could still see the nerves. So two days later excruciating pain and I went to a different dentist spent another $400 on x-rays for that dentist who was honest and stated there's nothing wrong with their your root canal and he said I won't waste your money. I asked him if he would call the office and explain to them what he seen and he did when I came back to their office to have the tooth removed. No one seemed to want to hear my side. What happened how I was misdiagnosed. It was just get it out of my mouth and don't talk about it was the attitude. I had the worst experience of my life... mind you I've been going there for over 20 years and had loved it, but this was incredibly unprofessional and I was given Novacaine three times in my mouth and one time underneath my tongue it elicited a response by my body that I went into a cold sweat. My hands were shaking, and I could not stop crying thank God for the dental assistant that was in the room that gave me love and attention and care that I needed. I was told to come back in 3 to 4 months to see how it was healing so they could put an implant in my mouth. I told myself I would never go back, but I thought I'd give them a second chance. My experience again was not good..I met with a gentleman who was 100% a sales person he talked about himself. his family his education very little about what I came there for it was a complete waste of time. I felt like I was in a car showroom and then given the big sales pitch while this big sales pitch turned into $4200 like really who can afford that kind of money. I'm going to be doing my homework but needless to say I no longer will be a patient there.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience working with Dr Kaplansky and his staff. It all began with his website that was easy to navigate and set up my first appointment, to the sales staff, and all the dental assistants were always available to help and answer questions. The appointment notifications came regularly with reminders of your upcoming visit. Lastly, Dr. Kaplansky was very personable, always greeted you by your first name when ever he came into the examining room. He fully explained the procedure that was going to take place that day so I really did not have any questions. All in all a wonderful experience.

This is the BEST dental office I have ever been to. I always leave happy and I am always comfortable while there. They also have top of the line technology and you always know the cost up front.

Fantastic experience: They are very friendly and tell you everything upfront about what they can do for you. And always asking if I have any questions along the way. But will my cancer I did not get the answer I was hoping for. But they offered me a different Direction and is probably the best outcome for me. Do to having chemo and radiation on my head.
