Fantastic experience: I'm grateful that my ophthalmologist Dr. Kunin was very generous to see me despite my late arrival ( 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time ). I also appreciated that Dr. Kunin addressed my particular eye pain problem by giving me 2 immediate solutions, and recommended that I return for a referral to a specialist if those measures didn't help. Finally, I found the medical assistants and Dr. Kunin very friendly and sensitive to a special concern that I had about my old pair of eyeglasses.I felt that the service I received was professional and caring.

Fantastic experience: It was an amazing experience. The staff at the front desk are very professional. Doctor Benjamin Lifshitz is the most experienced doctor who ever treated me. He takes a comprehensive and compassionate approach to address my medical issues. I have severe high blood pressure. My blood pressure was very high when I went to see the doctor in the beginning of May 2025. He prescribed me a high blood pressure Medicine that reduce my pressure to very low level in such a short time. I was totally amazed. At that time he told me to continue taking the medicine. During today visit my blood pressure level went down more to almost to normal blood pressure. I cannot believe my luck to have gone to Doctor Benjamin Lifshitz. He is an amazing physician. He is very professional and he provides excellent care to his patients. He has remarkable bedside manner. I’ll highly recommend MD Benjamin Lifshitz to my friends and family members. I would recommend any one in New York to look up Rambam Family Health Center and make an appointment to go see Doctor Benjamin Lifshitz. Trust me, I'm an experienced occupational therapist.

Fantastic experience: When my upper front tooth broke Shabbos afternoon I was distraught, as I had a family wedding that Tuesday night, and I desperately needed to look normal when I smiled. My call for an emergency appointment on Monday morning, when Rambam Dental opened, resulted in a prompt appointment, and Dr. Bruce Lish did such an amazing repair job that no one, including myself, could tell what had happened! I was blown away with the prompt, extremely professional care & highly recommend their dental services.

My child is very scared of doctors and has a hard time following directions but Dr Klotsman never rushes us and has patience which we very much appreciate.

Fantastic experience: Google asks me to share details about my visit... the issue with that is that Google is asking me to violate Hippa laws on myself for them. They should b prosecuted for this. It's a big problem. If I had no brain then id just follow what Google says and then would I b prosecutable?!? Luckily the brain that Rambam health center installed for me during this visit, is good enough that I know not to do that... oh no! I just realized I did the very thing I was saying I shouldn't do! The medical assistant who did the initial screening was friendly and thorough in recording my medical history. He was followed in short order by Dr. Lifshitz who is a really caring physician. He began by listening patiently to my issues and then examined me very thoroughly. He then discussed his findings and we talked about the next steps in my care. All in all, his patient, understanding bedside manner put my concerns to rest. I really felt I was in the right hands. Fantastic experience: I was taken in for my appointment a few minutes early. Janet who took care of me before I saw Dr Lifshitz is very caring and thorough. Dr Lifshitz examined me and talked to me about how I was feeling and when I could expect to see improvement. He also gave me a flu shot to avoid getting sick. I am always pleased with my visits here.

Fantastic experience: What a pleasant experience. Late hours, beautiful facilities, and walk-ins are welcome. Dassi was timely, friendly and very knowledgeable. She diagnosed my strep and called the pharmacy to ensure they would still deliver the medication that night. My go-to spot if I'm feeling sick, especially later in the day/evening. Negative experience: If you, like us, found this clinic on the NYC Health website, where it says the clinic gives flu and Covid vaccines for free to people without insurance, then no, they don't, and you'll be charged for the clinic visit anyway. The good thing is that there are real clinics nearby where you can actually get these vaccines absolutely free.

The edifice presented clever architecture and a beautiful design. However, the real beauty " lies on the inside". As soon as I entered the front door, I sensed a palpable warmth, an ambiance of sincere welcome, and an atmosphere of serious industry! The front desk was very busy. But Shoshana, accorded me her time, her patience, and her sensitivity to my situation, all with a smile and a pleasant disposition. Subsequently, I was privileged to meet another angel, Rochel Smilowitz, whose manner was a beautiful continuation, sustaining the same warmth and caring! Then there was this wonderful team player, Elena. Finally, comes the icing on the cake, in the form of Dr. Eli Furer, whose sensitivity, warmth, and competence manifested themselves in a cloak of awesome humility!! And then, for the sprinkles that go on the icing, I received these two awesome phone calls from Gitti and Chaya, who both called me to keep me in the loop with the test results for which I was waiting!!This visit is and will be quite memorable for me!! I went for a check-up and the doctor's staff called my the next day with my lab results. The staff at the Center is very professional, pleasant, and make sure that everything is taken care of before you leave the Center. This week I had a bad cold and the staff at Rambam made an appointment for me to come in and see a physician's assistant right away. They called me with the lab results in two days. I recommend Rambam to anyone looking for a new approach to medical help.

Fantastic experience: We came in on a Sunday and were pleasantly surprised with professional service, supportive and knowledgeable PA. We felt that the subject was completely unpacked, appropriate treatment suggested, prescriptions and recommendations made. So much so tha I didn't feel the need to follow-up with our regular MD. Fantastic experience: The staff is so courteous and helpful. From the check-in process to the waiting room, they even called me by name instead of a number. They were patient and didn't rush me. There was a slight wait once I was in the exam room, but the nurse came in a few minutes and did all the preliminary checks etc. and the doctor came in right away thereafter. Despite it being (seemingly) busy, the entire duration wasn't that long and the follow up appointment was a breeze as well. Would definitely go back if I needed another visit.

The front desk staff are very friendly, respectful, helpful, and courteous. The medical staff are great, knowledgeable; they listen patiently to your concerns and complaints and take time to answer questions and address your concerns. They have a walk-in time starting at 8 am, and it beats the urgent care and emergency room. They see you promptly. I took advantage of it for some symptoms I was experiencing. I got there at 7:55 am, was seen promptly, and was out by 8:30 am. Awesome experience! I have been there several times and was never disappointed.
