Fantastic experience: receptionist that was there at 3:30 pm september 30 2025 nancy was extremely nice and very helpful. they are very fortunate to have her because there’s not a lot of receptionist like her honestly i’ve gone to different places and they can be rude. also the ladies in the back were great too! very awesome dentistry

Positive experience: Dr and assistants were extremely nice! But your front office needs to 1. Learn how to learn when to talk about their personal life there was no need for the whole office to hear who dated who and who cheated on who. 2 give a friendly face and most importantly a welcoming attitude ! They stare at me like if i know what to do made me sign in a sheet that you can see everyone’s info and other people can see yours! Thats violation of privacy! Names, DOB and phone numbers shouldn’t be for everyone to see. Also if you have your frond desk lady (the one with highlights ) offering pizza she could be nicer about it she offered pizza with an attitude expecting for my son to say no and when my son said yes she rolled her eyes and gave him the COLDEST pizza that had been outside the box for idk how long, of course i didn’t allow my son to eat it.

Negative experience: Scheduled me for an appt and never even verified with my insurance even though they said they were. The lady also said she was going to call me and update me on that. I come to my appt and they have me waiting for 25min. Had to rebook my appt. Unprofessional people and waste of time waiting there

Negative experience: Clinic is meant to be a child’s clinic and dentist treat patients with no compassion nor patience towards children with autism.

Fantastic experience: They have wonderful promotions, or coupons, every year. We were at Pollo Loco restaurant when we were given a prize, and invited to $50 Xrays and dental leaning . Doctor did a great job. Sweet Staff at Agua Dental .

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental office I’ve been to. Was able to get an appointment the same day. Past dentist would do a cleaning and schedule a new appointment for treatment but Aqua Dental got both of my kids treated the same day. Staff was very kind and informative. The office had a cinema which I thought was very interesting. They had Xboxes for kids to play in waiting room and other games. Kept my son distracted the entire visit while my daughters saw the dentist. After they got done, they gave really cool prizes. Definitely the best dental experience I’ve encountered. Great Job Aqua Dental. I will definitely use this office in the future and I will be recommending to others.

Negative experience: Not so great experience. Appointment was at 11 and didn’t get out til after 3pm! This was not a reasonable time for my appointment. I understand having to review and update insurance information, but pushing us down was not acceptable. At least let us know that you are going to take a while taking us in. The dentist was great! He was kind attentive and answered all my questions. There was also another issue… letting my child see the prize room when she was not going to be able to choose a prize! This action made her sad and she began to cry. My child is 6 and was given a backpack. When I asked if she could swap the backpack for a toy I was told “No”, which I understand if they let my child pick a toy other children were going to want one too…. There were no other kids there when we were done! I took in three kids not just 1, only the little one wanted a toy. I think it’s better not to let the kids see the prize room at all if they are not going to be allowed to pick a prize. The staff needs better training on how to handle a situation like this. This made me sad for my child. We may not be back in the 6 month check up!

Fantastic experience: Staff is very friendly! I love the girls/guys in the dentist office, very helpful! The dentist is also very helpful and gentle with my baby, even with her throwing her little tantrum he keeps his calm and is very helpful when it comes to giving out tips on dental hygiene for little ones! I love this dentist, it’s a very welcoming place and I love how they have little things for the kids, the aquariums in the rooms and in the lobby, and pizza as well! 10/10 definitely recommend to others!

Fantastic experience: Nurse's just amazing my girls didn't complain an my boy was nervous he's just 5 but he was explain what there were going to do an they were very patient with him I've been postponing some crown work that has to be done thinking that they just wanted to make money off of him ( bad experience with my daughter when she was small they over di it that's why I changed to Agua Dental) but Dr show me why he needed them done he literally show me the x-rays and what I could see on one of his tooth pretty bad now they weren't just bluffing. There just amazing

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Agua Dental for years, and I honestly wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else! The staff and doctors go above and beyond. Always kind, patient, and truly amazing with my little ones. It’s not easy finding a place that makes kids feel comfortable at the dentist, but they’ve nailed it. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. If you’re looking for a dental office that actually gets kids and treats families like their own, this is it!

Negative experience: Usually allow both parents go to the back for cleans but last visit only allowed one because I refused them to work on a tooth the has signs of cavity (not even a cavity yet)

Positive experience: I’m very afraid of the dentist, but Yareli made my appointment worry free. She was very informative and knowledgeable about my teeth, and she gave me stickers. She was very nice and friendly:) Dr.Zheng was my dentist for the visit, and took the time to listen to my concerns and discuss options for the next steps. She was also very friendly and helpful. Had a great visit!!

Negative experience: I dont know why their only doin one cavity. Every two weeek on my kid. Its taking to long.

If you're going to do your teeth somewhere, I strongly recommend doing it at aqua dental they always get the job done right the first time

Fantastic experience: Love it!! I unfortunately missed my appointment time but no problem still got seen in a timely manner.

Positive experience: The staff in the back get the xrays, exams and cleaning in a timely manner once they get you in for most part. Expect to be there at least 2-3 hours at times. Would give more starts but have had some bad experiences. Once they rescheduled the appointments for my 3 kids and myself but didn’t know till day of service that they did not included me with new date and they wanted to reschedule me for another 2 months since we need Saturdays. (That was their discrepancy). Then asked for copy of images and Dr.s notes for my records and first response was why would I need that. Ultimately said that it is something that has to be approved by management and she would leave a note on file. Front desk and check out ladies attitude sometimes is so nonchalant.

Negative experience: Never again. Agua dental of Edinburg entire staff very unprofessional and Rude and take forever to call you in. About 4 hours to get out.. And that's because it was just an exam. They didn't do anything at all. I will never go there. I drive to the one in Harlingen Even though I live in Edinburg now

Negative experience: Very unprofessional the worse dental office I’ve been to, my son had an appointment at 1:30 I got to the office on time and they asked me to reschedule because there was 20 people infront of us. I told the receptionist I had an appointment and she told me the other people did to with a very bad attitude, Why would they schedule me at the same time as so many other people and why didn’t they called me to let me know! They just wasted my time.

Negative experience: This was our 1st time here. I WONT BE BACK. We were seen by DR Flores and his bed side manner was very cold and rude. He did not look at our eyes at all! He stared at the screen the entire time, giving us his back and not once looked at the parent or treated child as an individual. If your child has special needs THIS IS NOT THE PLACE to come. I asked at the end if they were done because the dr just put a glob of something at the end on the front teeth.. and didn’t even rub on all teeth. they didn’t wax or clean all teeth. I was told “no due to child moving” which he wasn’t moving excessively. They didn’t even speak to my child.. if he was moving. it was very odd. The previous dental places never had issues with my son to complete the wax clean. My son is pretty good at dental places. It was just that the dr as soon as he knew he was “special” he didn’t try to do anything. Waste of time. The lobby has non functioning games to keep entertained while we wait. And a homeless person in the movie theater area sitting to cool off. I felt bad to report her because she looked tired and was eating a plate someone gifted her. It does look nice inside at least and you get a swag bag. But I’m sticking to Smile Station. I shouldn’t have moved.

Negative experience: Visited this dentist for my daughter’s first dental checkup. Lobby area is dirty with food crumbs all over the floor. If I could give them zero stars I would. The exam rooms are open no doors, talk about zero patient privacy! Back area of the office was equally as dirty, the entire office looked unkept and unsanitary. Definitely changing dentist!

Negative experience: The only thing good about this place is they can keep the kids distracted. Besides that they rush the services they dentists do not care about your concerns. I got fill in and told them it hurt he looked at it and said I don’t see a problem, instead of adjusting it or making it more comfortable. Rushed me out of the office because I was the last patient…. I found a new dentist

Fantastic experience: People were really nice and friendly. My sister (17yrs old) and I(18) wanted to switch our dentist cuz our previous one would always be rude and so mean. At this dental it was truly trippy lol they put u something that u breath in, smells like bubblegum and it’s to sort of numb u so everything was painless n there’s also a tv where u can look up. At the end they gave me a brand new toothbrush, toothpaste n floss. They gave my sister a stuffed whale and toothbrush kit. The place was so clean I can actually breathe lol. They have a theater, games, wireless charging , cichlids to look at, and free wifi. They also give free toys to kids which is cute

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience visiting this location with my sister. They saw her quickly and gave her the information she needed and automatically treated her issue. They had an amazingly flexible payment plan that didn’t break the bank and the entertainment in the lobby was very helpful while I watched my niece! Super cute decor and incredibly sweet staff! Always clean and organzied, staff is very friendly and welcoming. My son LOVES taking his trips to the dentist here at the Edinburg location! Visits are always timely , doctors are very attentive to thier patients. Employees work great alongside eachother and make the office feel very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I walked in expecting normal dental care but they did so much more, at any other place I would've lost all 32 of my teeth but thanks to their amazing heroism I was able to keep all of them. It was a feirce battle with intense dental martial arts and teeth kung Fu but at the end of it I was so relieved and happy especially when I realized the office workers married my brother to his new wife during all of this10/10 would recommend.

Negative experience: Will be looking for another dentist and facility. They want you in and out as soon as possible from the moment you check in to the moment you are making your next appointment and in the rudest way. Dentist did not even ask me if I had any questions or concerns. Just checked her teeth and sped out of the room without acknowledging me (the parent). The only individual that was courteous in this visit was the dental assistant

Negative experience: Wish they would have asked me from the get go all of the information needed to proceed with the visit or even offer options instead of making the trip and being told to reschedule my appointment. The service needs to be better organized, don’t think I will reschedule here.

The colors of the place and it's design are just so cosmetically put together! Also, the FREE PIZZA! TOYS, MOVIES...it's different and superior compared to other places and they take you right in! You.need a Dentist or dental work, this is the place!
