Fantastic experience: My daughter and I had a consultation with Dr. Jo today and started our treatment together. We both had a great experience. The entire dental team were all very professional, welcoming and friendly. Dr. Jo definitely lives up to his reputation. A big shout out goes to Erin, who was very accommodating, patient and friendly; Martha who has a very sweet spirit and made me laugh and finally Cory who did a great job installing my braces. Kudos to the entire team! I am looking forward to returning with my daughter for our follow up appointment.

Fantastic experience: My son had his braces since Sept. 2024 and since then all our visits went well. Everyone was very professional since day 1, when we initially inquire for his braces, everything was explained to us and I noticed that the clinic was very clean. Same day we got his braces started and so far there is huge improvement in his smile and eating. My son find his teeth easier to clean and more confident about his smile. There was also one time that one of his brackets came off and even without appointment we went to the clinic and they immediately fixed it without any issues.

Fantastic experience: WOW. Needed some minor repair to a permanent retainer... Guys, I was out of my car at 9:55am and back in my car by 10:30am on the dot. DONE. They are SO professional!!! And courteous: I happen to have a sensitive mouth; Dr. Jo was careful and kind throughout the process. Thanks, everyone! We will be returning for any future needs.

Fantastic experience: They've been super patient with me over the course of my Invisalign treatment. The staff is so friendly, i love the assistants that have worked with me, especially my girl Shameka! She always has such good energy! Like i said, love all the girls there, everyone is so kind. You can tell that office runs like a family and as the patient you feel like you’re a part of that too :) My invisalign case has been open for almost 5 years (due to some health conditions ive had to restart it a couple of times and had to take a long break of not wearing it at all), were nearing the end of my case now and Dr. Jo is doing everything he can to help me get my teeth aligned safely before my treatment ends. I love this office

Negative experience: I was referred to Dr. Jo by my previous orthodontist because he's no longer seeing adult patients. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. After my complimentary consultation, Dr. Jo met with me and advised me of his recommended treatment plan. He said there was a 50/50 chance that it may not work. I took some time to think and called the office at the end of December to follow-up. I received a call informing me that Dr. Jo is refusing to treat me, no explanation given. Now, I have to start over again, trying to find another orthodontist. I think it was handled poorly and it was extremely unprofessional.

Positive experience: Not happy with final look after invisalign based on image shown at the beginning of the process. Also, nothing is written down as far as instructions/directions. Youtube was my go to during the process. The staff is professional, the place is clean!

Fantastic experience: I like that Waldorf Orthodontics is familiar with military insurance for active duty members and their dependents. The staff member I spoke with has several years of experience with the practice and was very knowledgeable on the process. She made my daughter and I feel comfortable about the steps moving forward and they were able to put her braces on the same day of our consultation which we were very happy about. Note: The one thing I wish I knew before my daughter’s appt was that I would be pitched a sale to get her braces same day. I wasn’t aware of this so I didn’t have my credit card with me. However, they allowed me to go home to grab it while my daughter got her braces put on. Lucky we live close to the office. I was very happy we were able to get same day service.

Fantastic experience: Let’s be honest. NO ONE really looks forward to going to the orthodontist. BUT Dr. Jo, the staff, and the environment are always pleasant. And most importantly their professionalism and detail to my oral care has been superb!

I had issues finding an Orthodontist to see my 14 year old daughter and I called them, they made an appointment the same day (I was SO SURPRISED). My daughter started her process (SAME DAY) to rid her mouth of pain. I am such a HAPPY MOM and I appreciate them SO MUCH... I took plenty of photos to help find them.. Fantastic experience: This office was great! I missed my appointment early this morning and they were able to still find time to fit me in the same day, even with this being my second reschedule. The front desk were polite and patient and they checked me in. Bri did an excellent job in guiding me with my X-Rays and with all of the questions I did have. Martha and Dr. Joe made me feel comfortable in the next steps with moving forward with reviewing about braces. Answered all questions and provided me a thought-out timeline in treatment. Broke down the financial portion of Invisalign vs Traditional braces with very reasonable prices and options to pay. After I decided on Invisalign Kori helped patiently with my scan. Never felt more comfortable with getting my teeth checked. Excellent job everyone. This office is modern, clean, and full of energy. Highly recommend! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Been going to Waldorf Orthodontics since 2013. Started with my twins that had braces. They both had a Great success when it was over. Now I am a 50 yr old patient with Invisilign. Wasn’t what I wanted to do but Dr Joe and the girls are making this dreadful experience something Awesome! I totally recommend them for kids and the more seasoned, as myself It’s never too late!

Fantastic experience: My daughter & I are both in orthodontic treatment here, & I am very satisfied with the care that we both receive. I don’t feel like an adult in a kids’ environment & my daughter doesn’t feel like a kid in an adult’s’ environment - we both feel like we belong. Everyone is super nice & friendly. I don’t feel like a number here, there is definitely a personal touch that is so important between a provider & their patients.

Positive experience: Little wait time, VERY nice ppl, tv, big waiting room, texted me, told me the whole deal, and she was in and out in less then half an hour. The down side was that they didn’t tell my daughter what they were going to do, so If they put chain braces on her and she wouldn’t know.

Positive experience: I just started treatment here, I would say overall it’s a okay place Martha is super sweet. Dr.Joe seems to be nice I have only interacted with him in depth once, the DA’s are hit and miss in my opinion I am an individual who likes to ask questions because I have a curious mind and it helps me understand the treatment better, I noticed the two times I have been there that they don’t really want to work the welcoming feel that you get from the photos do not translate in office.

Free x rays come with the free consultation and there is no hard sell,only presentation of the facts and recommendations. Negative experience: My daughter received braces about 2 years ago and her permanent retainer started to lift on one side. I went in to get the retainer glued and was charge a $75 fee for less than a drop of glue. The retainer was not broke just needed to be secured. Dr Jo actually broke down the cost of his supplies and tools to justify his cost. My thoughts like wow after you received 5k for braces that was supplied by your office. You can now be rude to returning patients. I called around and others told me that they wouldn't charge especially a returning customer. My entire point is Dr Jo only care about money at the end of the day. I will be looking for a new orthodontist for my daughter future needs. There is no continuity here after braces are removed.

Fantastic experience: I got braces with Waldorf Orthodontics before I had to get double jaw surgery back in 2018. Everybody in the office is so nice and they keep the entire office so clean and tidy. I have had a few people in the office work on my braces but Kori is by far my favorite. She always has a huge smile on her face and is always so sweet. I highly recommend Waldorf Orthodontics for anyone in need of ortho work.

Fantastic experience: January 3, 2022 was my first visit to Waldorf Orthodontics and it was a very pleasant experience. The complete staff gave excellent care. It was snowing and Dr. Harrison Jo and two female staff member push my vehicle out of the parking lot onto hwy 301. That is beyond excellent customer service. I received my braces the same day and the young lady Shemia took her time to ensure everything was correct and I comfortable. Dr. Jo inspected every detail and Martha was so pleasant. A lot of other businesses need to take notes.

Fantastic experience: On November 9, 2021, my kid received the first treatment for orthodontic treatment. First of all, it was very clean and kept the Covid safety rules well. All the staff were friendly, especially Dr. Jo, who explained well how to proceed from now on so that the 10-year-old could understand. The kid was also very satisfied with the treatment, and from the parent's point of view, the treatment was expected and it was a very good first impression.
