Positive experience: Thee main doctor/ dentist see. me too quickly, she's good yet not enough explaining,, thank you thee specialist side staff be helpful. Nurses) Thee main bathrooms needs attention, refreshing and fans to works. Thanks Jackie for be helpful, your doctor /specialist. needs breaks times ,he's over whelmed with patients. I was there for about 2 hours wait and specialist doctor he was very brief times. . Gracias ☺️

Negative experience: Nov. 6, 2025. New patient. The previous year I'd spent 8 months in the hospital waiting for a heart transplant. Currently taking 20 meds, immuno compromised. I was aware that the doctor would need to get clearance from my heart surgeons in order to clean my teeth. I was nervous. The doctor assured me that he'd get the necessary clearance(s). As of today, Dec. 18, 2025, I haven't heard a word from them. Don't bother contacting me. If this is how you do business I no longer want your services.

Fantastic experience: Normally come for regular Dentistry, when I had to have oral surgery (wisdom teeth) the process was the smoothest. The team along with Dr. Torres did such an amazing job

Fantastic experience: The staff was great! They were able to get me in for appointment very quickly. I had an emergency situation that I needed to have fixed by a certain day and my dentist Dr Mehe Faisal made it happen for me! I felt the care and compassion from great expressions dental center. Will recommend and this is where I will continue to visit for my future appointments!

Negative experience: I am only giving one stars based on past experiences which up to this last appointment have been stellar. I normally have my cleaning and dental examine the same day. Usually cleaning first, as was the case this time. Upon reviewing my x rays, the dentist found that the dental hygienist had left a few particles between my teeth. The dentist did bring the hygienist in to see the mistake. Instead of the company offering to give me another cleaning to do the job properly, I was promptly scheduled for a more in-depth cleaning that was significantly more expensive than the regular cleaning. I understood moving forward that a different type of cleaning would be needed to address my teeth. However, NO ONE addressed how to right the fact that my cleaning that day was sub par and there were still particles left between my teeth. This will be my last time visiting GE PP. The fact that the issue was discussed and not given a real time solution does not sit right with me.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this office for years. Every year I there's a different doctor.. today I seen the best one.. Hopefully he stays for a long time.. the first time I felt like I got my money worth.. he explained everything and showed he care about me as a person not just another patient. I dont remember how to spell his name sorry to him.

Fantastic experience: 11-21-2025: Had a cleaning today. I made my next appointment in four months with the same person. Previously: Very satisfied. had a cDr. Faisal and the assistant and tech who work with her are excellent and patient. She takes her time, answers all questions. Dr. Faisal made sure I was seen by her in short notice. I've been going to this Great Expressions office for over 20 years. The staff service has greatly improved. Highly recommend this office.

Positive experience: The location provides good service to the clients. They will take your child in and perform services in them without the parent knowing what services are being done until they are done and send your child back out to you in the waiting room. I was told I had to wait outside while they perform x rays. I wasn’t aware they were doing anything additional until someone came out into the waiting room after my child walked out showed me a treatment plan and told me to schedule another appointment for a treatment.

Fantastic experience: I recently had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Alejandro Baez, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He and his assistant were so attentive and charismatic that I felt completely at ease. I barely even felt the anesthesia, and the whole procedure was painless. I’m genuinely grateful for their exceptional care. Definitely recommend! ⭐️✨⭐️✨⭐️

Fantastic experience: As usual Dr Baptiste and Diamond were awesome! Dee the hygienist was very good but she applied an antibiotic that cost more money and didn’t tell me that. On top of that the tooth she applied it to is being pulled the day after tomorrow. Just be cautious and make certain they tell you all the charges upfront

Negative experience: Extremely crookish, every time I go there. They tried to used up all my benefit that I have and I had to pay alot of money for different treatment

Positive experience: My daughter has been going since she was 5 years old. She has a good relationship and is comfortable with her dentist and the technicians.

Fantastic experience: The pediatric department, dentist, hygienist and x-ray tech at Great Expression dental have been exceptional at every visit! The care they provide and the patience that they have with a child who has down syndrome and oral aversion, is unmatched! Grateful for the pediatric team!!

And the dental assistants and the new dentist I saw today are kind, humorous, optimistic and real. I’ve been coming here for a couple decades and everyone and I mean everyone here is friendly, competent and I TRUST them with my teeth!

Negative experience: New hygienist didn’t remove coffee stains(Previously she left visible plaque). Poor teeth cleaning results for the second time. After being a patient for 40+ years, I’m considering a new office for reason mentioned above.

Fantastic experience: I received care for my appointment on time without waiting. My teeth were cleaned in a private booth by a professional and courteous dental hygenist. I was able to understand the care provided and made an appointment for the next cleaning.

Negative experience: My child last appointment for services were a year ago! If I did NOT call to inquire about appointments, he still would have NOT had an appointment! The operator advised that he was supposed to have a scheduled appointment every 6-8 weeks! The operator advised that he will not be able to get an appointment until the end of the month! Additionally, my monthly payment for services are deducted faithfully every month! This location is very overbooked to provide adequate services for their patients.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY FROM THiS OFFICE !!!!!!! Dr Luis Torres the worst most unprofessional Doctor I have ever met !!!!!! My husband scheduled an appointment at his office two weeks in advanced when we got to the appointment he did not have the respect for time or patient to tell my husband he was not going to be seen because the referral they had emailed by us was not something that he sees like if we were not even important this doctor is so inhumane not even out of respect for a new patient to come out and give explanation nothing who wants to be seen or treated by such a person it’s actually discusting !!!!!

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY THE WORST IN DENTAL PRACTICE!!!!! I had gone to my regular dentist for my scheduled cleaning. At the end the hygentist called in the doctor and she suggested that I see a oral surgeon due to her finding something in my mouth that needed to be looked at by a surgeon. I called my Insurance company just to make sure the surgeon was in network. They found one and we made an opointment. The earliest I could be seen was two weeks out. In the mean time I sent them what my dentist wrote down ; meaning the referral. The opointment day comes I show up they give me paperwork to fill out and I'm there waiting. After about an hour the receptionist calls me to the counter and says to me that the doctor cannot see me because he doesn't treat the so called condition that is mentioned on the referral. I then told the receptionist if that was the case why didn't I receive a phone call from this office letting me know that so I don't have to waste my time coming here. This dentist Dr. Luis Torres didn't even have the desensy to speak with me about what was going on. I told the receptionist that I'm here I have an opointment why doesn't he at least see me and give me his opinion about what is going on in my mouth. Again she told me that he would not see me. IN ALL MY YEARS DEALING WITH DENTIST THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT A DENTIST ( A ORAL SURGEON AT THAT) WOULD NOT EVEN SEE ME EVEN HAVING AN OPOINTMENT OF OVER TWO WEEKS. THIS IS TOATALLY UNECEPTABLE FOR A DENTIST NOT TO SEE A PATIENT WITH AN OPOINTMENT. At the end I told the receptionist ( this is the person I was dealing with from the start the one asking for the referral) . Why didn't you call me and let me know what was going on you had two weeks all the paperwork . She couldn't give me an answer. REALLY!!! Stay away from this place read the reviews before making an opointment here.

I had questions that were answered but consultation was rushed. I do not feel safe to agree to any procedure without the proper attention to patients. I also pay attention to the attitude towards patients. Take this as feedback for improvement. I have no intentions of damaging a business image, it was my experience.

Fantastic experience: Today I had an appointment about my Night Guard that was broken by our small dog. I met with Dental Assistant Maqueda. Wow! What an excellent person! She was so nice. Very understanding. Great personality. Above all she was able to polish and smooth out the jagget edges and salvage my Mouth Guard. Saving me a lot of money! Thank you Maqueda!

Fantastic experience: I was initially nervous about coming here since I didn’t know anyone personally who had been treated at this clinic. But after reading so many positive reviews on Google, I decided to take the leap and I’m so glad I did. I went in for a zirconium bridge dental prosthesis. For years, I had gone to other places where the color and size were never right, which made me feel very insecure about my smile and appearance. From the moment I arrived, the entire team treated me with so much professionalism and warmth. They’re genuinely kind people who made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I don’t speak English very well, but they have bilingual doctors and professional interpreters, which helped me feel safe and confident throughout the process. One especially friendly doctor She is from Ecuador helped me choose the exact color for my prosthesis, paying attention to every detail and the result was spectacular! I finally feel proud of my smile. They were also very transparent with pricing and explained everything clearly, including what insurance covers, which gave me even more peace of mind. My doctor, Wooy Jean-Baptiste, was amazing. I truly recommend him and the whole team without hesitation. If you’re looking for quality care, kindness, and great results, this is the place.

Fantastic experience: Completed my braces treatment with Dr Rob and he was great from the beginning to the end of my treatment. Never had an issue with the front staff either, they’ve even reached out to me when I was having difficulty rescheduling. Sometimes you may have to wait but you’re not the only patient being seen so it is what it is. They also call/text/email ahead of time to remind you of your appointment, whether it’s a cleaning or an ortho appt. Been coming here for about 6 years now, no complaints.

Positive experience: I called the week before to make my appointment and the lady refuse to make my appointment without update me insurance, final found it and gave it to her, only to get there the day of my appointment and had to wait 50 minutes because somehow my information wasn’t updated and because of this it took me and 1hr and 30 minutes to get my teeth cleaned. Truly disappointed in their service today.

Negative experience: I have been with great expressions for several years and I was very disappointed when I received a bill for over $500 for a procedure. I contacted my insurance carrier and was informed that I had exhausted the number of times I can have that procedure until 2025. I was told if the dentist office verified this information would have been provided. I am very upset that I am forced to pay over $500 because someone neglected to do their job. I am looking for a new dentist, you will be losing a loyal patient.

Fantastic experience: I have been a long time Dental patient over 30 years at Great Expressions (Formerly Dental Health Group) in Pembroke Pines. Florida. From my original doctor Dr. Robert Brody to my current doctors Dr. Victor Christoph and D.M.D. Leonard Ostroff and their knowledgeable assistants such as Donna and Sandra, Dental Hygienist Bertha, the bedside manner and treatment has been awesome and kept me healthy. Recently, Dental Receptionist Maria Benitez with her wonderful smile and helpfulness made it an even better experience! Thank you Great Expressions... Once again visited Doctor Ostroff for a gum issue and his Experience and ability to communicate is awesome plus he's an amazing periodontist

Negative experience: Your going to wait way to long. Then the dental surgeon has the shakiest hands and during a tooth extraction severely damaged my back upper pallete and gums while pulling at one tooth for over 20 minutes and sent me away with nothing. Stitches didnt even last a day been in severe pain since I left the office and could feel my face again. Would say they are more for money than the patients.

Fantastic experience: Christina is the best hygienist. She's very gentle and takes care of her patients. Dr. Faisal is also very nurturing and makes her patients feel at ease during what can be an uncomfortable situation.

Negative experience: Do not take your child/ren here for any services. My son goes here for the Orthodontist, I as the parent have only spoken to the Orthodonist himself twice over the two year span. When we go in for appointments you cannot go to the back with your child because there is not enough space for parents. Furthermore, trying to get updates on the progress of services provided, the dental assistants cannot provide any clear information. I learned that my son's braces were to be removed when they told me that I owed a fee which was shocking because the intial plan of action had not taken place and noone told me that the plan had changed. Even more disappointing, they billed my insurance incorrectly and refused to correct there mistakes. Therefore, in order for my son to have his braces removed I must pay for their mistake/balance or they will not removed his braces. Also, don't try calling their corporate office, you will not be able to speak to a representative and emailing will yeild the same results; nothing. DO NOT BRING YOUR SERVICES TO ESTABLISHMENT. There are better dentist and Orthodontist. Do your research.

Fantastic experience: When walking into the establishment, I was greeted with smiles and warm welcome. After filling out the necessary paperwork the dental assistant greeted me and explained the steps taken placed. The dentist was very welcoming and professional with explaining the necessary processes needed. Very Professional and Welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and attention to my teeth is needed since I need extensive dental work within the next five to six months, I am very lucky to have Dr Ostroff and Dr Faisal as my dental professionals, I know very little about medical issues, but no problem, I have the best care possible and I just need to pay attention and listen to their advice, Thanks for reading, Daniel Becker

Negative experience: I have been receiving a bill from this office that was already paid by insurance. I already explained this several times to the staff however I still receive the bill, every month. Its absolutely frustrating. I am never coming back.

Negative experience: Keep your finances in mind . Know your insurance plan coverage. Because they will try you. Over charging you left and right. Not reading handbooks and policies Don’t follow rules and regulations.

Fantastic experience: I went for my cleaning appointment and Maria Correa was my dental hygienist . She is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Ms Correa explained the procedure in detail and I felt very comfortable and at ease .

Negative experience: Terrible experience each time whether it’s over the phone, in person or at the front desk. I’ve heard personal conversations during a crown fitting that I didn’t want to be part of. I’ve been contacted one hour prior to an appointment change with no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience that it may have on my schedule. The service is always subpar. Every time I approach the front desk it’s as though it’s their first day and no one knows what to do. I get blank stares when I ask questions or someone else intervenes to provide inaccurate information. The specialists are never in the building and appointments are so far out you can be dealing with a toothache for months before they can finally see you. The final straw for me was when I was asked to file down a tooth because an initial crown fitting did not go well. In other words, they didn’t do a great job in fitting the crown and had to Jimmy the crown in my mouth so it can fit. It still feels terrible and they did a horrible job. Again, no apologies. The general dentist and the techs I worked with were horrible. Three people in a small space, all talking while working on a crown. My anxiety was through the roof but since everyone was so focused on what they were having for lunch and the referral program for employees, I was a second thought it felt like. I don’t anticipate ever stepping foot in here again because of the people and the service. Just horrible. I’d rather pay extra for less elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I always receive friendly and professional service at your office. Christina gave me my usual dental cleaning. She is awesome! My appointment 5/2/2024 was with Dr. Ostroff. Excellent visit again. He explained very well what dental work I will be having next week. 5/9/2024: Dr. Ostroff performed my needed procedure today. He was very kind, patient, and coached me at every step. His assistant was also very kind and helpful. Much appreciated. 5/16/2024: Dr. Ostroff did a follow-up on the procedure he performed the week before. Again, he gave me very good instructions for care required. I visited your office on 8/26/2024 for a cleaning. As always, I received a thorough and painless cleaning from Christina. I happened to not feel very well that day, and Christina was very attentive, frequently inquiring on how I was doing during the entire process. She is a very kind and caring person. .
