Fantastic experience: Really like both the dentist and the hygienist who take care of my teeth!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a routine exam and cleaning with Jess. It went great. She was very thorough and gentle. Dr. S did my exam and found that I needed a filling replaced and a sealant. She was awesome and offered to do the work that day so I did not need to schedule another appointment. Was quoted a price that I felt was very reasonable and the work was done quickly and efficiently. High recommend this office, Dr S and Jess!

Fantastic experience: I wasn't an official patient of this practice. I was having no luck finding an oral surgeon who accepted my insurance locally. HYGIENIST Ashley G. is a fairly new friend of my daughter's. At a summer ☀️ celebration, I was missing because my tooth abscessed, and Ashley G. was told about my situation. She took it upon herself to ask for a copy of my insurance card, via my daughter at a swim party on a weekend. After learning about the nightmare I was experiencing with 2 other local dental practices and prices i was quoted, she rcd my insurance info via text. Id never experienced an abcessed tooth before. I was flat down in excruciating pain, Friday Saturday, and Sunday. On Monday I got a call and a Smiles for Life-Maryville dentist had agreed to see me and extract the tooth. Never been there, never heard of them, didn't know where I was going. But I went. Tooth out, pain medicine prescribed. Relief and shock. (1st its been years since I met staff that actually care about their profession and not just their established patients. I so appreciate the prescription for a pain medication I needed. (It's impossible to get relief for LEGITIMATE pain that people experience on a daily basis. I understand the opioid crisis, however people are suffering needlessly in silence and being treated as if they are doing something wrong IF they ask for a medication for relief of THE PAIN they experience. I resent the fact, that because of this I am not prescribed a medication that is truly needed. Its simply not fair that chronic pain and one's quality of life are basically ignored by primary doctors today.) With that being said...I rcd a couple of pain killers that elevated my pain and I slept better than I have in YEARS. Ty. Pain free. As for the rest of you: You may not realize yet, but you will, ya all got some competition in town.

Fantastic experience: Myself & 4 of my children receive dental treatment here & are always happy! Ashley the hygienist is absolutely wonderful & helps to make our visits quick & painless, everyone else is super friendly as well, our family recommends them to everyone!

Negative experience: Got a cold call from them. When I called back no explanation as to why they had called. I then asked to have some xrays sent over to my current dentist instead of the referral I got in June. I was told I needed a fax number or an email address. I figured calling them to get that information would be your job not mine but I'll call you back once I have the appropriate information for you.

Negative experience: No stars here. Two of my wife’s scheduled appointments we canceled because enough time was not allotted to do procedure. Two weeks have passed and She has not been rescheduled Diagnosis was hole in tooth crown and another filling. She has been a patient since 2015

Fantastic experience: Excellent! I needed and an urgent appt and was scheduled the next morning. The Dr was kind and compassionate. I felt zero pain during my root canal. Both the Dr and her assistant explained everything before they did it. Their prices are by far cheaper than most. Highly recommended this office!

Fantastic experience: Dr English is a brilliant Dentist who is helping me get rid of an infection that was behind an implant Dr Boatman from Troy put in a while back. Dr English helped get all the bacteria out that was growing behind that implant that was definitely put in wrong to begin with. So glad Dr English saved my mouth from any more damage. Look forward to him completing a new implant with a bridge so I can smile again.

Fantastic experience: My family and I love everyone at this office. Ashley, our hygienist, does more than just clean our teeth. She keeps up with current research and educates us on how to keep our teeth and gums healthy for a lifetime. Dr. English is caring and thorough and does a great job. We drive 40 minutes to get to the office and it's totally worth it.
