Fantastic experience: My dental appointment was for a cleaning with the hygienist. The girl that performed my X-Rays was very pleasant and customer focused. The same hygienist "polished" my teeth and the hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very pleasant and professional. The hygienist explained very professionally and pleasantly some things that I could do to help the health of my teeth, and gums, etc. The dentist came in and reviewed my teeth and told me about one crown that needed to be replaced and a old cavity with a large filling that needed to be replaced. He also told me that I had some fractures in my front top two teeth that could also be fixed which could bring the space between those two teeth together, which I've wanted to have done for a long time. Their Office Staff including Wendy and Larry are so welcoming and personable with me, I tell people that I like to go to the dentist because they make me feel so welcome. I came out of that appointment extremely satisfied and every issue I had was resolved and or explained. This may sound crazy but it's a joy going to this dental office. Wendy is up front in the office and she is very welcoming every time I go into the office. We have the same birthday (not the year, though for sure). Larry always gives me a welcome hug, which I really do like and LOVES to say my name. And then Dr. Teresa Lee is the BEST. She calls me by my first name which makes me feel like I'm one of her friends. She is the BEST at giving a numbing shot. No don't ever feel like you're having a shot in your mouth. Which is AMAZING!!!

Negative experience: This is a corporate owned dental practice. They do not care about your dental health but rather their pocket book. DO NOT GO HERE! They diagnose EVERY new patient with gum disease -- whether you have it or not. Unfortunately, I fell for this at Aliante Dental (I'm embarrassed that I did) and now I have only half of my mouth cleaned. I canceled the next appointment because they lied to me about my health and that's a big deal. They did not perform a "deep cleaning" or root planing as they mentioned over and over, but rather just cleaned half of my mouth and charged me $400.00 to do so. Total cost $800.00 just to clean your teeth. It took the hygenist only 25 minutes to "root plane" half of my mouth. They provided no novacaine because they knew there would be no pain. There was virtually zero blood and zero pain during the procedure or in the days following. I simply do not have gum disease or there would have been blood and pain. This is not deep cleaning or root planing -- just your basic bait and switch. I will now visit a periodontist to get an honest diagnoses and a referral to a private practice dentist whom my husband and I can trust.

The front office and medical staff are always kind and helpful and the appointment system with its reminders, both by text and email, is state of the art. Ms. Rhea Teotico, my Dental Hygienist, was exceptional! She performed my deep cleaning in a most professional manner, explaining the procedure before she began and answered all of my questions, which made me very comfortable and gained my confidence. I learned from her how to best care for my teeth in the future to protect myself from any further gum or bone damage. I will certainly recommend Rhea and Aliante Dental to my family and friends!

Negative experience: Avoid if you are looking for halfway decent dental. They book cleaning 6+ months out. They cannot bill to save their lives. I have had to waste so many hours of my life because they can't figure out how to bill me for what I owe. Instead of 300$ more than the cost of services. Update 2/27/24 this dental office has overbilled me refused to include parts of my procedure when submitting to my insurance. They have now sent me 9 different copies of the same information. But because they have overbilled me my company won't accept it. They now say that paying for an upgrade should come out of my pocket because it's not needed. Well you said it would be stronger and last longer Final update 8/6/25. The root canal they gave me failed probably a long time ago. Now I require an implant. Thanks so much Aliante Dental. You've now cost me THOUSANDS in extra work.

They take care of me and my family They are all great and Rhea (who cleans our teeth) is Awesome!!!!!!!! She is always caring. If you are looking for a dentist and staff that cares this you the place! Especially if you live North of downtown. 2 minutes off the freeway at North 215 and Aliante Parkway! Negative experience: The clinical staff is great especially Rhea. But the office staff has opportunity for improvement. I used my credit card instead of my FSA benefits card to pay for my visit, and when I asked to cancel the first transaction and use my FSA card, they refused. NOW I have headache after headache dealing witj this FSA company. It would have been so easy for Aliante to do that one little thing, a small inconvenience, but for me a big one.

Negative experience: Not very happy with this last service, the office manager said she was roo busy to help me with the amount I co-paid. She asked me to leave and she would call me later to explain the overcharges but I never received a call from her. NOT OK, NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH HER PLUS SHE HAD A LITTLE ATTITUDE.

Negative experience: Not a good Experience. The dentist came in and didn’t introduce herself and spoke below a whisper. When explaining my treatment options she continually used medical & dental words not easy to understand, after asking for the definition's several times she continued to do the same. She very much came across as standoffish & cold. The staff was very strange & spoke to me as if I couldn’t hear or understand, I am older BUT definitely not feeble. Needless to say I’m looking for a good dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am new to Aliante Dental. It's difficult to find a great Hygienist. I saw Rhea a Hygienist for my teeth cleaning. I had a lot of issues with my teeth, which meant many questions. Rhea spent a lot of time with me, answering all my questions. She is a knowledgeable, skilled, customer-focused, & kind, Hygienist. Negative experience: The doctor was good but the intake staff and one particular assistant (male) was awful! The assistant set my temporary cap while they made one , which took weeks. The first day it fell off. I called to ask what to do and was kinda of freaked out, like is it bad to have an un-caped tooth? The receptionist was unhelpful and I could hear her talking shit to a co-worker in the background. Sooo I drove all the way across town the next day to get the temporary cap placed back on. The male assistant took it personal that I was not happy and it was really awkward having him set the temporary, which fell off the next day (is that common?). Unable to get time off work to drive back yet again, I ended up waiting for the permanent cap to be made. To my dismay it was the same assistant, who at this point was obviously disgusted with me, was the one to finalize the permanent cap. I just shut up and hoped for the best. When I left I knew I would never use them again. Fast forward to 8 months later and THE PERMANENT cap came off (SEE PICTURE). I was just sitting at work and it came off. Not eating. No pressure. It just came off. Is that normal? Isn't it supposed to last longer than at least a year? So now I'm at a new job waiting to enroll in new insurance with an exposed tooth. I truly hate them.

Positive experience: This is for my Jan 14 appointment. This was suppose to be for an appointment to take impression for a root canal, but when I was called in, the nurse helping me said she had on my chart that I was having a toothache! I think the nurse helping me is Petra. She looked it and found the information she needed that showed what I was there for! Leslie the office manager is no longer there and she was great in taking care of what ever problems you were having. The ladies answering the phones and taking our information need to make sure they are entering the correct information into the system! Dr. Chung, this was my 3rd time been seeing my him for different situations, he is pleasant and has always help me, thank you.

Fantastic experience: My name is Lisa Tshudy-Piano. I was traveling through Nevada for work and had a filling fall out. I was referred to Aliante Dental to have it looked at and fixed. This Dental office was very accommodating to me and getting me in the same day I called. They are very professional, not pushy at all. They give you your options and allow you to decide how you want to solve the problem. David Chung was very professional and very gentle with the procedure ensuring that I was in no pain. Unfortunately my tooth could not be saved in any way and he even showed me my tooth afterwards to show me what and why he had to extract my tooth. Considering I was not a returning customer and not from the area, and only traveling through they treated me like one, and I appreciate that customer service very much. Thank you Aliante Dental.

Positive experience: Every person I dealt with in Aliante Dental was very thorough and very polite. And they were patient when it came to my records because I have an extensive dental record as well as an extensive health record. The x-ray tech and Dr. Lee were careful and Dr. when examining my mouth to not cause any pain. The only issue I have is NOT with the people or the service. It’s with the advertising of the services offered at that particular dental office. Somewhere on the website, it said they had an oral surgeon which is what I needed to pull my teeth. Since this office was so close to my home (less than 1/2 mile)I was going to change my dentist to Aliante Dental. But when I brought the oral surgeon up, the explanation I got was the oral surgeon in this office was for the simpler extractions when they’re preparing for something like braces. Their affiliate BDG oral surgeon that does the bigger issues, like mine, is about 10 miles from me. Which makes the switching of dentists kind of moot since I’ve been with the other dentist for 15 years. The Aliante office did refer me to their surgeon and that office will be able to access my x-rays and my panoramic views so that will save me quite a bit of money if he is able to do what is needed at a pace I can afford.

Negative experience: I used to like Aliante Dental Dr. Teresa Lee is my Dentist but my experience with them over my partial denture has been terrible. I paid $649.20 on June 24, 2022, and after almost a year of adjustments, relines, and refittings, they never got it right. Every time I went in, they either made adjustments that didn’t help or started the process over again. On March 31, 2023, after another failed fitting, I was told to leave the partial with them and was assured I would receive a refund. That was a lie they never gave me my money back. I kept following up, only to be ignored or given empty promises. They ultimately KEPT BOTH MY MONEY and THE PARTIAL, leaving me with nothing. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a dental office. I trusted them, but they failed to provide a proper product and then refused to honor their word. I do not recommend ALIANTE DENTAL to anyone looking for reliable and honest dental care.

Negative experience: I was overcharged in February 2024, When I came back to get my teeth cleaned I used some of that credit and had over $100 credit. In the process you found a cavity. When I came to do the cavity, that credit from being overcharged had miraculously disappeared? I find this very dishonest. I will not be coming back. First you overcharge me, mislead me by saying my insurance doesn't cover certain things, get paid on both ends, secondarily do the right thing and let me know I have a credit, I allow you to keep it on the books for next time. THEN YOU STEAL IT. PUFF GONE.

Positive experience: I absolutely love my Hygienist Cassandra. My problem with this office is privacy. My X-Rays are done where everyone can see, and I had to discuss treatment at the reception area for all to hear. The care is exceptional, but the office set up is not in favor of the patient.

Positive experience: Very impressive ! I am very uncomfortable going to the dentist and they make you feel safe and comfortable, explaining your procedure and getting it done in a short time. I tried a different dentist that was closer but had to return to this one based on their professionalism !

Negative experience: While the dentist, Dr. Lee, is amazing the billing staff is a nightmare and this reflects back onto the dentists. I have been dealing with a claim (through 2 dental insurances no less!) and have given them all the information repeatedly for over 2 years now and STILL it's not been paid. They refuse to pick up the phone and call the primary insurance and get it handle and insist the insurance companies call them. They refuse to believe the information I give them about who pays first, etc and instead keep sending me a bill for an outrageous amount of money for a claim that a normal dental office would have taken care of 2 years ago. Both insurance companies have sent payments which the dental office rejects as it's not done in the order they want, but they won't pick up the phone or ask the insurance companies to fix or clarify things. They are a nightmare and because of this we will never go to them again or recommend them to anyone ever again.

Fantastic experience: i recently started coming here after 4 years of now going to the dentist. the office is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. everyone explained the procedures clearly and in a way i can understand what they’re about to do. the front desk went over what my insurance covers and how much i’m paying out of pocket which i didn’t get clearly the last time i went. Dr. Lee was very nice and polite and consistently how i’m doing through my extraction and made sure i didn’t feel any pain. highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a great first time experience! I’m usually nervous coming to the dentist; especially a new one! The staff was very friendly and efficient! I got a check up with free X-rays as a new patient and got a deep cleaning the same day as well. Antwan did my X-rays and he made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the start. Cassandra did my deep cleaning and it didn’t hurt at all. Dr Chung answered all my questions on what we needed to do going forward and I can’t believe I’m looking forward to coming back! 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Had a root canal done by my old Dentist. Left that Dentist due to the terrible job on my root canal. Went to Aliante Dental and I found relief. Aliante referred me to a specialist and my root canal was finally done correctly. Thank you so much Aliante Dental, I am not in any pain after 2 years of agony.
