Fantastic experience: I can not say enough positive thing’s about Dr. Jordan and his awesome staff at Apex! From the phone calls with the most pleasant and knowledgeable staff reviewing procedures and forms to the assistant offering essential oils, blankets and anything you need to feel comfy and relaxed. And then came Dr. Jordan who is calming, caring and a master at root canals, no pain at all! Apex is the best. Thank you for all you do!

Fantastic experience: Such a clean and friendly facility. They had up to date technology, tried to make you as comfortable as possible and made sure you had all the information you needed before they checked you out for your visit. I have never waited more then 5 minutes in the waiting area after arrival and the appointment itself is always fast and efficient.

Fantastic experience: This 5-star review for Apex Endodontics is incredibly well-deserved! A huge thank you goes out to Apex for saving me right before my flight to Europe! Even though they were completely booked, they went out of their way to make it happen. My tooth had already had previous work done, which made the issue difficult to detect and required specialized skill and tools that my regular dentist just didn’t have. I was terrified I might have to travel without having it done and they put me completely at ease! The entire experience was top level! They offer fantastic sedation options, and the extra touches like warm lavender cloths, aromatherapy, and even a custom music selection went way beyond my expectations. The office is beautiful and seems to go on for miles! Every member of the staff was so positive and encouraging. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for their care and expertise. The last place I ever want to be is at the dentist, but if I have to....I'm calling Apex Endodontics. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist referred me to APEX when after 2 visits over 3 weeks decided he couldn’t do the root canal. He refered me to APEX.APEX called the same day and asked me to come in for exam in the Morning. They took XRays and did an exam. As I was checking out the doctor came in and said they had a cancellation , Could I come in in the morning? Yes! Thank you. The procedure was painless! Dr. Szaperacker was awesome! Explained everything as she proceeded. Made sure I was comfortable, provided blanket. Very professional office with all new and clean equipment. Called the next day to make sure I was ok and had my antibiotics! I highly recommend! Thank you APEX !

Fantastic experience: Everyone dreads getting a root canal but the team at Apex was friendly, professional, informative, and went the extra mile to make sure I was informed and comfortable. I was offered my choice of music, a blanket, stress ball (tooth), aromatherapy, ear plugs, and even a warm scented towel for afterwards. I had already had a positive experience but the the sticker at the end that I didn't know I needed is what prompted me to write the review. I don't care how silly it is, it truly made my day!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal retreatment with Dr. Jordan , and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. I was incredibly nervous going in- specially knowing it involved removing a file from a previous root canal- but Dr. Jordan was absolutely amazing. He was calm , professional, and explained everything in a way that put me at ease. The entire office staff was so kind and welcoming, which helped me relax even more. What truly surprised me was how comfortable I felt during the procedure- I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep on the chair! That says a lot about the level of care and skill Dr. Jordan brings to his work. Fantastic experience: I called on Monday after finding out i needed a root canal, they got me in Tuesday for consultation, and Today (friday) for the actually root canal. Exceptional service from front desk, Kate was the dental assistant in the room and she was incredible answered any of my questions and helped keep me comfortable, Dr Jordan performed the root canal and was wonderful and so fast and thorough! ! Fantastic experience: The bedside manner at Apex Endodontics is top notch. My tooth was in pain and they got me in within less than 48 hours. The dental assistant Madison was so nice and asked me what kind of music I liked and then offered me aromatherapy, blankets, stress ball. That alone sets this place apart from other places with the thoughtfulness and empathy a dentist can give. It was my first root canal so I was very nervous. Dr Fenigstein was really knowledgeable and explained my x-rays and answered all my questions before the procedure and I didn’t feel rushed at all. A root canal isn’t fun but they made it as quick and smooth in a low stress environment as much as they possibly can. I appreciated how the rooms weren’t secluded and closed off too, and you can hear the background ambiance of a working office which made for a more casual, calming vibe for the procedure. I’m so glad my dentist referred me here and if I ever need to be again, it will always be here! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I arrived at my appointed time. Was promptly taken. From reception to discharge, everything was well organized. All personnel were friendly and accommodating. (Even asked what kind of music I preferred to listen to during my root canal procedure) Upon completion the technician was careful to explain all I should expect and provided me with written post-procedural instructions. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Apex. I started my root canal process in August, for a complicated back molar. I went through another place, and had nothing but problems that made it clear how understaffed and disorganized they are, which ultimately caused me lots of pain with over 6 months of trying to treat this and a student doctor with seemingly very little oversight. Unrelated to that, they also broke a file in my canal and referred me to Apex, something that can happen but is rare and was due to the complicated shape of my root. I wish I started at Apex. They have been nothing but reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. The team I had clearly works very well together and knows each other well, they offer music, stress balls, blankets, earplugs, essential oils, literally anything they can to comfort you. The post op care is incredible, video and a paper of instructions, and phone calls to check in. But beyond that, this is the most competent team I’ve seen in my several different appointments at 4+ dental offices over the past few years. They are kind and put you at ease, but also clearly know how to help. The knowledge of dental care compared to anyone else is incredible, you can tell they know the best way to handle any situation and have a multitude of fancy tools other places did not (my boyfriend was there and compared the amount of tools they used as well as their techniques). My root canal was super smooth and I was not stressed at all during my time there as they were able to read my mood and make sure I was okay. I can’t recommend Apex enough. I’ve had so many dental issues the past few years and can confidently say they are the best dental office I’ve experienced in WNY. No one wants a root canal, but if you’re experiencing pain, going in quicker can save your tooth, and if you have any sort of dental anxiety or for the best care, this is the best place to go. Dr. Fenningstein and his team are truly the best.

Fantastic experience: Who would have thought that having a root canal would be a positive experience? My personal Dentist sent me to Apex due to an infection in a previously done root canal. Everyone at Apex treated me with thoughtfulness and professionalism. First there was Elizabeth who blocked out a time for me in the schedule before I even came in for my consultation when I told her I needed to have my problem taken care of soon because I was leaving on a vacation and couldn’t travel with an infected tooth. That was my first clue that this was a special place. I met with Dr. Czaperacker. She is everything you want in any medical professional. She took time to explain my problem in great detail explaining the choices I had for dealing with my infection. She answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. She told me that if she proceeded there was a 50/50 chance she could fix the tooth without needing to have it extracted. I elected to have her try. Well, with her expertise and the office’s modern technology she resolved the issue completely. Her assistant Hailee (not sure of the spelling) and everyone in that office was warm and friendly and put me at ease during a difficult procedure. I left with detailed instructions and even received a video message with those instructions for aftercare. The next day I got a phone call checking how I was doing. No one wants a problem root canal, but you ever have that issue, this is the only place to go.

Fantastic experience: I have a severe head injury, difficulty handling stress. Staff greeted me and helped me complete paperwork. Carly and Dr.Jordan where very professional and set a very relaxing environment for my root canal (good music). I basically just laid there with my eyes closed and mouth open throughout the procedure (resting). Pain-free and quick; around 30min. Will happily refer and use again when needed

Fantastic experience: Awesome wonderful care. Pain free and root canal treatment is not what it used to be in the past. Once numb you do not feel anything. Staff is caring and very concerned on maintaining your relaxed comfort. I have had 3 treatments and was pleased with every procedure.

I started having terrible pain and when I called back they were able to get me in next day for the procedure. Fantastic experience: Had a root canal. Everything went smoothly with Dr. Czaperacker and assostants, with the most painful part being the novacane injection, which was actually nothing. This place,and the people working there ,are true professionals and extremely nice, kind and thoughtful.

Fantastic experience: I don't think any root canal is going to be a great time, but Dr. Webber did an excellent job with mine. They did good work with the local anesthetic, and finished the procedure quickly and, as far as I can tell, did it well too. Hopefully I'll never need another root canal but if I do, I'll come back to this place.

The staff here is caring and will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable. I’ve always been really anxious with anything that has to do with dental work and have heard horror stories about root canals, but it was such a breeze. They explain everything to you before and while it’s happening, you don’t feel a thing. Competent and very caring.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal yesterday at Apex Orthodontics. Dr. Jordan and his Assistant provided me with a pain-free,comfortable experience. Also, the staff at the front desk and checkout were kind and efficient. I have an annoying gag reflex which can make me a dentist's nightmare, but the Dental Assistant (I wish I knew her name) was so helpful and understanding that my x-rays were able to be completed successfully. Fantastic experience: Yesterday I was in the area working and saw the office so I walked in and presented my complicated dental situation that nobody else has been able to help me with. The front desk staff was so great!! Heather was absolutely amazing so kind and helpful even though I was NOT an existing patient!! Fantastic experience: I went to Apex on the referral of my dentist for a root canal. The procedure lasted nearly an hour and was totally painless. The next day the office called and asked how I was doing. I honestly said I felt normal, as if the procedure was never done. I was very happy with the doctor, procedure, office staff, and follow up phone call.

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Czaperacker, her assistants Pamela and Madison and her wonderful staff. I was very anxious about having a root canal procedure, due to the fact that at my last 2 dental appointments I had 2 cavities filled and I was in so much pain during and after the procedure. Dr. C and her assistant Madison made sure I was very comfortable and I had no pain whatsoever during the procedure! Madison offered me essential oils and music to relieve my anxiety. Dr. C had explained everything throughly before and after the procedure. I am one day post procedure and have no pain and I am able to drink water and eat again without any nerve pain! Im so thankful to have had my root canal experience with Dr. C. If you need a root canal, I highly recommend coming to Apex, and seeing Dr. C!! Thank you again!!

Fantastic experience: This is the only place that has ever been able to get me numb first try (I've been told I'm a difficult case.) If you have a hard time getting numb, have no fear about it here! I could have fallen asleep during the root canal.

Fantastic experience: I grew up hearing horror stories about root canals! Was so relieved to find there have been such great advancements in these techniques. I had Dr. Jordan who has a well reserved reputation as the GOAT of root canals! It took 45 minutes and was one of the most fluid procedures I have ever seen, the office seems so well organized too. If you're waiting on an appointment elsewhere give them a call because they were able to get me in several days sooner, likely because they are so efficient. I'm so glad my regular dentist recommended I go to a specialist for this procedure.

Fantastic experience: I had to have my very first root canal yesterday and the decision to go this route made me nervous. I believe this is mostly because of what I have heard about how bad they are. I can assure you that today I am no longer skeptical about these practices. The dental assistant was amazing and I even got to choose my own music for the room. I chose Apex Endodontics Pllc because of the many other family members and friends that I know or have referred to this very office. Dr Jordan is a master at what he does and is very efficient and today I can actually say my tooth is way better. My mouth is still sore from being open so long and at the injection sites but the actual pain from the roots is gone. I enjoyed my first cup of hot coffee and cold water today pain free. The team at this office are inviting, caring and most of all they are there for every step of the way in the treatment and after care. Thanks to everyone working at Apex Endodontics for helping me get back to normal.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, my experience was⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, attentive to my needs, etc. I had one other root canal about 4 years ago at another doctors office. My last 2 were at Apex Endodontics. I was the last appointment of the day. My doctor, Dr. C., gave me all the time I needed. She had my needs and concerns at the forefront of my appointment. Her attention to me with zero regard to time was amazing. She answered all my questions and made me sooo comfortable. As I am writing this review, a representative from Apex just called me to see how I was doing. Who does that anymore? I will close by saying that there are 4 words to describe Apex Endodontics … “A SLICE OF HEAVEN”.

Fantastic experience: Apex Endodontics is unsurpassed when it comes to the care and comfort of their patients. I had been there three times in previous years to have root canals done on existing crowned teeth. Recently I had a severely infected tooth that was crowned as well. Dr Jordan never fails to perform his "majic". His assistant Kate was also very personable and accommodating. Procedures have always been painless and I will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Apex, they are expertise at it's finest.

Fantastic experience: As I underatand it, a root canal is tricky, especially when working on a molar with 3 roots. Which is why it's a specialty in most practices. My dad was an oral surgeon and both my Uncle and Grandpa were orthodontists. So you can rest assured I've had more dental work than the average joe. These guys do Everything better than I remember. I was so apprehensive and expected the worst! All you hear is horror stories about root canals, but Dr. Jordan did a fantastic job and I could hardly even tell I had a root canal done. All of the staff is welcoming, kind and caring. They even called me the next day to see how I was doing! Fantastic experience: Apex Endodontics did an awesome job on my root canal. I was in and out in 1 hour. No pain like in previous root canal procedures. Dr. Jordan is very fast, professional and thorough. They walk you through what will happen, make you comfortable and try to relieve any anxiety you may have with the procedure. Fantastic experience: Dr. Weber and her assistant Carly somehow turned my root canal into an almost pleasant experience. They were friendly and explained what was going on, while making sure I was comfortable with a blanket, stress ball and music of my choice. Fantastic experience: Dr Webber and assistant were great. Explained every step and made me feel very comfortable. Other than taking about 90 minutes the procedure was painless and not very stressful. No major discomfort afterwards. If you need a root canal this is the place to go. They even call you afterwards to see how you are doing.

Fantastic experience: I was somewhat anxious prior to my appointment with Apex Endodontics but my anxiety was quickly eased. From the gentleman greeting me at the Reception Desk helping me with the paperwork, to Dental Assistant Pam's pleasant conversation and demeanor, they helped me understand that this was a place that I was going to receive superior dental care. Pam prepared me for the procedure well and Dr. Czaperacker explained the procedure thoroughly. Dr Czaperacker answered my questions and checked with me throughout my treatment. I had never had one before and was a bit nervous but the team at Apex made everything better. I was able to get in quickly and the team made me feel comfortable in getting the routine done. Fantastic experience: Normal trips to a dentist can result in high anxiety and fear. To my surprise, this trip to Apex Endodontics was at the other end of that spectrum. I walked into a very well kept office and was greeted as if I were part of the family. I noticed how relaxed the patients waiting were, which put me at ease. My wait wasn't long before I was called back to a clean, sterile, well-equipped procedure room where the assistant, Pam, and the doctor, Cynthia, made me feel at home and relaxed. I was so relaxed, in fact, during the root canal, that I actually caught myself falling asleep several times! I will go there again, if the need arises, without hesitation. During the entire procedure, Pam and Doctor Cynthia continued to make sure I was comfortable and had every thing I needed, to include asking me what genre of music I wanted playing in the background. Fantastic experience: Apex is great especially if you have anxiety about dental procedures. The layout of the office was really was thought out with that in mind. The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing. The staff is incredible and Dr. Jordan was very thoughtful and accommodating. He made me feel informed and relaxed (well at least as much as possible)

Fantastic experience: Excellent, highly professional care from Dr. Czaperacker. My experience was as good as a root canal can be, which was far, far better than I expected. The procedure was so pain free that I dozed off during it. (That was with just Novacaine.) The office is modern and very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice in general and and Dr. Czaperacker in particular.

Fantastic experience: Five years ago Dr. Jordan did a root canal for me and I've never had any problems with that tooth since. Recently I needed an Apicoectomy on a different tooth and was very apprehensive about having it done. Dr. Jordan and his crew at Apex Endodontics were wonderful ! They are very professional and knowledgeable while at the same time being warm, patient, and reassuring while listening and responding to all the questions I had before, during, and after the procedure. I'm a very anxious dental patient but I wasn't made to feel like a bother or that my time was up. Even after I left the office and more questions came up they took my calls without a problem. I can't say enough about the care I received from Dr. Jordan and everyone else at Apex Endodontics.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Domenico for my consult, and he was knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Jordan did my root canal, and with his skill, it was a quick and painless (literally and figuratively) procedure. From the moment I called to the moment I left after the root canal, everyone was friendly, helpful, and understanding. You won't find a better place in the Buffalo area for a root canal!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly and kind. I had the young lady in the room with me holding my hand for the entire hour I was having my procedure done and she never once complained ! When my anxiety was at my highest point she and the dr were both soft spoken when calming me down ! The place is very clean and looks amazing !

Fantastic experience: My anxiety regarding having general dental work done has been always been very high much less having a root canal. The staff at Apex was outstanding in helping to calm my nerves. The receptionist started my visit with a smile and being very welcoming. Madison, the dental assistant, was outstanding in calming my nerves by engaging in general small talk. Dr. Dominico repeatedly checked in on me and was very engaging. Dr Jordan, who completed the root canal, took the time to explain the procedure and worked efficiently abd with precision to complete the process. My entire experience was awesome, well as awesome as a root canal can be.

Fantastic experience: The dentists and staff are friendly and professional. My root canal was almost enjoyable. Lol. However it is disappointing that they are no longer in the delta dental network which as of last year they were. Dental procedures are expensive and should be available to seniors especially when dental insurance is provided.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Apex Endodontics twice now for root canals. Both times went great. I have problems getting and staying numb with most dental procedures and have a lot of anxiety because of this. They did a excellent job accommodating my anxiety and were able to keep me numb for the procedures without having to give me more shots. The staff were very pleasant, professional, and reassuring. They did such a great job that after having the first root canal (which was a retreat to correct a problem from a different dentist), I decided that when I needed the other one I would have it done by them and not my normal dentist which cost me about $250 more but I felt it was well worth it.

Fantastic experience: I was really scared going in for my treatment. Worried for nothing. Doctor and all staff were very nice and accommodating. Dr. Jordan is very gentle and had minimal discomfort afterwards. Definitely would go back if needed his services again.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things. They did my root canal back in 2017. Started having pretty bad pain in that tooth last week. They got me in so quick to check on the tooth. I am 29 years old yet nervous to the point of tears for fear of needing further work done and they were so kind and compassionate!

Dr Czaperaker and the assistant Madison did everything to make sure I was comfortable and that nothing was hurting. The staff was also up front about the pricing before I even came in for the visit which I also appreciated. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a root canal.
