Negative experience: Usually the wait time is reasonable, yesterday we had to wait 35 min just to get back for my grandsons cleaning another 20 min waiting in the exam room wasn't happy with this visit

Fantastic experience: As always, the staff was great! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They give us great tips and information on how to keep our teeth healthy and strong. I highly recommend this Dental Depot dentistry side! I would not recommend the ortho side however. The front office staff is nice, but we did not get positive results with our two teenagers' braces.
Fantastic experience: I’m 6 months pregnant I’ve had my top wisdom tooth fall out 2 yrs ago I never address it along with my bottom left wisdom tooth now falling out as well I was in so much pain o called they scheduled me immediately SAME DAY (amazing) one came in the assistance completed my X-rays we could see what happened dove here years with me not addressing the first tooth align with multiple cavities. The last time I went o my old dentist was 2 yrs ago when this happened and he told me I was good just need a teeth cleaning but that was not the issue. Dental depot took absolute amazing care of me on December 18 the Dentist removed the roots from the old tooth along with the one causing me problems. I’ve received antibiotics as well to clear the infection leaving better than I’ve felt in years I’m so thankful and appreciate they’re here for me and treated me as family I will continue to remain a customer of dental depot and look forward to seeing them again for my cavities and so forth you guys are maxing from front of house to back of house staff thank you all tremendously for taking care of me❤️

Positive experience: My experience at the expressway was awesome. I went in on emergency and was seen. The front desk was helpful with filling my information and taking me right back to X-ray then having a teeth pulled. Also they made a plan for me to take care of other matters.
Fantastic experience: i went in for some fills, an extraction, and a root canal. Dr Phillips and his assistant ellie were above and beyond, they made sure to keep checking on me, i didn’t feel a single thing, as soon as i said i felt a little sensitivity he made sure i got another numbing shot . i’ve been terrified of dentist for the longest but they were super nice and i didn’t feel judged . 10/10

Fantastic experience: My experience at the dental depot office was great. The front office helped me out with all my questions and doubts. I was greeted nicely and a warm welcome. I was walked to the room where they would start cleaning my teeth. The process was nun other than wonderful. It was gentle, smooth and, quick. I made small talk with dentist and, honestly it was something I didn’t think I’ll find enjoying. Deep cleaning to remove buildup PAINLESS no numbing agent whatsoever!! He did a great job!!! My teeth feel as good as new! They scheduled me a follow up for fillings for the next day which is really convenient! I highly recommend this place! 100/10
Fantastic experience: Ive been avoiding going to the dentist for well over a decade! Ive been taking my daughter to this dental depot for years and she has never complained. I've always liked the setup and the staff has always been nice. After sitting in with my daughter on some serious fillings she needed and talking with her dentist during the whole process i myself began to feel comfortable so i scheduled a cleaning! They talked me through the entire process and even showed me before and after X-rays. Everything was explained in detail and i actually learned alot about my teeth!

Fantastic experience: Extremely nice staff,and they were able to answer every question I had too.
Fantastic experience: Friendly and very thorough service! Recently went in for two extractions, was a feeling a bit anxious so I asked about receiving gas to help. I was told it was an option but it would cost a little more. I didn't have the funds at the moment so I stuck with the numbing. The assistant that prepped everything for the doctor mentioned that she would ask the doctor about allowing me to get the gas due to the anxiety I was feeling which he was willing to do. I was very thankful. The staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable thanks you guys. Please keep up the great work you provided.
Positive experience: Overall the service was good but there was a lack of communication between the dental staff and me, the parent, which is not a good thing… I do not feel as though they wanted to include me in the decision making process. My kids are not old enough to make healthcare decisions by themselves and I do not appreciate being sent to a side room to wait.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and being very busy with work throughout the week is tuff to make all the appointments I needed. Like a glowing star they shined and made sure I was able to to get what I needed done very very quickly. I will refer others as it’s been my favorite dental practice ever!!!!

Negative experience: Stopped in to ask about replacing the top plate on dentures. They were refused to give me even a general idea about the cost . Their reason was they use 2 different places to make their dentures. They suggested trying a repair first. I said I just wanted them replaced and asked the cost. I was told I couldn't get a general quote with out getting a $90 INITIAL EXAMINATION AND X-RAY... For a denture top plate? This place made me feel like I was talking to a greasy car salesman. Like they wanted to see how much they could squeeze out of me. For those that don't know how ranged the prices are, I was quoted from $320 to $1200 from other places and was given an actual quote. Dental Depot not even giving me an estimate sounds like they were trying to decide how much profit they could get out of me after I paid $100 for unnecessary x-rays. My suggestion... If you see a train out front, keep moving down the track and find a different dental establishment.

Fantastic experience: Definitely my go to for any orthodontic work. Dr. Mark is phenomenal! He also has a team of techs like no other!!!! Only 1.8 months in my braces, estimated time was 3 years, following his guidance & my smile is beautiful forever.

Negative experience: HORBILE missed 2 appointments and now I can only do call ins no warning or anything and the dentist did. HORBILE filling my tooth and almost a piece of my tooth went down my throat during filling process the dentist was way to rough and numbing medicine dint help he had to double it

However, there are a few staff members (front desk) that come off a bit rude, i.e., not greeting the patients and openly discussing patient financial information in front of other patients.Overall, a lack of professionalism. It's not all the staff, just a couple, but it makes the journey a bit regrettable.

Fantastic experience: It took awhile to get the permanent bridge for my tooth situation, but everyone at Dent treated me with personal and great care......Now, here I am, 6 months later having x-rays and tooth cleaning and a check-up. Good news! Everything looks. good, and I don't need any work done. I did get to meet another Dr. because my regular one was on vacation. I now know Dr. Phillips, a very nice man, even though he didn't have to do any dental corrections at this visit. The dental assistants were very good and pleasant as usual. All in all, quite a happy hour out of my day!

Fantastic experience: This visit was a sad one. The care was caring and professional as usual. I was told my partial is invalid because hadnt been worn so long. I had misplaced it. There was an attemp to fix by shaving in the front for example. I wish this wouldnt have been done. It looks funny. I was able to get my partial to become wearable again. I dont agree that i ahould walk around snagged for five years. I refuse to accept that information. I still like Dental Depot . See you soon.

Fantastic experience: It was my 1st time at the Central Location & was very impressed at the friendly checkin. My wait time was short everyone who helped me was kind & quick they knew what they were doing. Enjoyed the train making its way thru the floor! Negative experience: The two stars are for the dentists and hygienists. They’re awesome. The lack of stars is for the billing and scheduling departments. I have gone to dental depot in Yukon for years with zero problems. When I started at nw expressway I had to reschedule several times because they couldn’t figure out my insurance. This was after waiting an hour in the waiting room for one appt just for them to tell me I couldn’t be seen that day without paying out of pocket. I gave them my insurance SEVERAL times in advance and they kept asking me if “I was sure it wasn’t delta dental I had.” I had to call my insurance and have them call this location to finally figure it out for them and guess what, the insurance I gave them was correct! I tried to reschedule an appointment this week with their call service and I confirmed an appointment time and they never canceled or rescheduled my appointment and I was counted as a missed appointment. I called the office and was told I am now on a same day only appointment list because I’ve missed so many. The only reason I’ve missed so many is because of the insurance issue on dental depots end and each time I called and asked in advance if my insurance was figured out yet and they told me no. Am I supposed to come up there and wait for an hour again and again each time? I called today to express my concerns and ask about each appointment and I was told it was just my fault I missed and they could do me a courtesy of scheduling my appointment in advance this one time.

Positive experience: Good Dentist. My issue is with the office staff. I called up there 4 times asking how much my appointment would cost so I could set the money to the side. I never got a call back.

Negative experience: The doctor and staff were great, I have no complaints there. The billing dept. and people who confirm appointments that don't know what they're talking about need to be held accountable for what they tell a patient. Lying to your patience can put a very bad feeling in your mouth. After my next visit, I will find someplace else to go and will never return to Dental Depot. This is the WORST experience I have ever had.

Negative experience: I went there one year ago today, so I am late posting this review. I was scheduled for a cleaning, and confirmed it through my phone a couple of days before the appointment. Once I got there, I was told they could not see me because I did not confirm the appointment and because I had missed some appointments within the last 3 years. The front desk girls-said they were from another clinic, and this was wrong but there was nothing they could do. They called on their team leadder and the a clinic manager both of them, seemed nervous and unsure about their policies but ultimately said they could not see me, even after I showed them I had confirmed the appointment and had asked for time of from work for this to appointment, and now I am being told this. I left but once, I was about two blocks away, they were calling me. They left a voicemail for me, asking me to come back and I would be seen. I did not go back--what awful experience.

Negative experience: I have appertanly canceled or rescheduled so many times I am only allowed same day service (maybe 3 times in two years). So you would rather I just not show up vs calling in and canceling or rescheduling? Who's job allows them time off with out advanced notice?! Also people have lives things come up and you have to rescheduled sometimes. I just think this is the most ridiculous thing ever and I think I'll just find a whole new dentist that understands how normal lives work.

Fantastic experience: The appointment was right on time, went straight to the back. Got the dental exam , cleaning in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and professional, they done a great job.
Negative experience: Update: After visiting this location today I will be seeking to terminate my services with them effective immediately. During my appointment today I found out that I owed money, It is always something. I found out that after speaking with them multiple times before even starting my care I found out that they cannot fix the issue I originally brought to their attention. Instead they lied to get me to obtain braces through them just to tell me 6 months later that they cannot help me. I hate this place and everyone in it its a scam people. While I enjoy interacting with the management team and some staff on the dental side, my overall experience with their front office staff has been consistently frustrating. They often seem unprofessional, untrained, and give conflicting information. For example, when I tried to reschedule my cleaning, the first representative told me the next available appointment after 2/26/25 wasn’t until 4/7/25. She sounded unsure and seemed unfamiliar with the scheduling system. I decided to call back, and the second person I spoke to told me the next available appointment was actually 3/8/25—completely different from what I was originally told. Additionally, the dentists prioritize profits over patient care. They rush through appointments, don’t take the time to explain procedures, and rarely allow time for questions. The doctor I’ve had the most issues with is Dr. Phillips—I haven’t cared for his approach at all. On the other hand, Dr. Mark is amazing, and I wish Dr. Phillips could learn a thing or two from him. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my cleaning and can’t wait to be done with Dental Depot. My negative experiences far outweigh the positive, making it clear this isn’t the right place for me.

Negative experience: ***BEWARE*** If you want a good job done on your teeth DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. I got a partial done and it wasn't close to fitting and the teeth on it were crooked as hell. So then he shows me different kinds of partials that might be more comfortable which I was never offered at first which was another slap in the face. So they did another impression so they could redo them with the other kind of partial. It took almost another month waiting on them and I'll be damn if they weren't the exact way the first one was which was crooked and didn't fit at all!! It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with anything!! They don't even deserve the one star I gave them especially when I overheard the Dr in the other room basically saying I'm beat and deal with it!! UNBELIEVABLE HOW HORRIBLE THEY ARE!!!! ***BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE***

Negative experience: The two dentists at this office are fantastic, if either of them opened their own private practice I would follow them there. The dental assistants and the hygienists are great as well. The problem lies with the scheduling department and front desk. My family of 6 have been going here for almost 2 years now, which equals out to a lot of appointments. We always get a reminder text, email, and phone call. So it’s pretty easy to remember when our appointments are scheduled for. One time my husband showed up and they tried to tell him that he didn’t show for his scheduled time so they gave his appointment away. When he showed them the text showing his reminder and that he was there at the right time, he had to wait for them to “squeeze” him in. This last week I was there 3 days in a row. 2 days for my kids cleanings because per policy they won’t schedule them all on the same day. No big deal, the third day was for fillings. The problem was that every single day the same lady checked us in and couldn’t find us In the system, had me fill out a stack of paper work for 2 of my children that are already in the system. Even though she saw me 3 days in a row, she never remembered who I am. We also had a text, email, and voice mail reminder saying that we had an 8:30 appointment, when 9:15 rolled around I asked the front desk what was going on since other people with 9:30 appointments were being called back. The lady at the front desk tried to tell me that our appointments weren’t scheduled until 9:00 This chain dental office is not personal at all. So even though I do like the dentists we are looking into switching to a private practice dental office. For a more personal experience.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience here. Everyone is so considerate and compassionate!!!! Extremely understanding and makes yiu feel loved and cared about! Absolutely BEST, BEST, BEST experience in have ever had at a dental office. These people here are the epitome of perfection! Could not be more pleased with my experiences either this facility and the people here! I will always choose this place!
Negative experience: This had been the worst dental experience. They have called me and lied about multiple things, moved my appointment around last minute. They just called me and told me they have my partial. But then they didn't. They had me come in multiple times for the same appointment because they are very very unorganized. When I complained they were cold and didn't care or validate or own their mistakes.

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment for 8am-9:15am before another appointment I had. Confirmation was false, another worker told me it was supposed to be for longer. Waited 40+ MINUTES for my original appointment to start, then was told it would another 1.5 hours AFTER waiting close to an HOUR for them to start. I had to cancel another appointment in between to pick up something (From 9:45-10:15) because I was initially told I would be here 8am-9:15am. This caused me to be late for an ortho appointment as well as work due to waiting for almost an HOUR to start and being lied to on my confirmation about the length of the appointment. This is not the first time they have made me wait. If it wasn’t for Dr. Mark on the other side I’d go somewhere else. People schedule other things based on other app on times

Negative experience: When talking to the Dental Depot representation on Oct 28 2024 to set up future dental care, I made sure that my current dental insurance will fully cover teeth cleaning and any preventive care. The representative confirmed it to be true after receiving my policy number and I was able to set up my first appointment on Oct 29 with ease. A month after the first visit, I got a statement saying that I owe $504. I emailed the location immediately before going overseas. Since returning, I have yet to get a reply to my inquiry. Despite making two phone calls and leaving messages for a call-back since the person in-charge was not available, I have yet to receive any answers.
