Fantastic experience: This was the most pleasant visit that I have ever had at a dentist's office. Everyone was helpful, cordial, and polite. Every area of the office I was taken into was well organized and very clean.

Fantastic experience: I left the band review and I was mistaken. I was told by somebody who just started there that I get what I pay for so I was p*****. And I left the review and what it was is. I got new teeth and they weren't comfortable in my mouth. The thing was, the person handed me thinking that that's all. I was getting so after the bad review. They called me in and told me. This is not true, and they took care of me. And I mean, they took care of me. The end result is the best decision I've ever made in. My life was to go to asford dental and it was to see the doctor's there. Because of them, I'm able to live very differently. Then, I was prior I am very grateful and I'm sorry. I took this long to correct my review. I thought I took care of it that day. I did not. And for that I am sorry

Negative experience: Terrible!! They make you wait and don't even give you the service you requested. Don't fall for the sales pitches. I had no cavities and they wanted to charge me 1500 for a cleaning!!! Don't waste your time. 2 hours of my day and lost wages at work for absolutely nothing!!! Please save yourself the effort and go somewhere else!

Positive experience: The system keeps rescheduling me and sends a new emails with my new day and time. When I try to tell the office staff about it , they don’t see a record of the change so are no help.

Negative experience: This place reminds me of shady mechanics shops who do “half the job just to make sure you come back soon and pay again.” In my case, they split a simple teeth cleaning into two separate appointments. Yes, two days for one mouth. One side left untreated for a week. When I questioned this, they said it was “because insurance wouldn’t pay otherwise.” My copay for that cleaning was $600!!!! SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS COPAY Things get MUCH WORSE. After pregnancy, my wife developed a cavity, which is common. Aspen performed the filling, but from day one she had pain. Every time she called, they said it was “normal.” No medication, no answers, and no follow-up calls. Six months later the pain became severe, and she went to another dentist. The filling was poorly done, and decay had grown underneath it. Be very careful. This felt like HALF WORK TO GUARANTEE FUTURE VISITS. I strongly recommend staying away. I hope the ADA Go see you guys SOON!

Negative experience: Have to edit my review. Had 4 extractions today complete with sutures. Was in agonizing pain after anesthesia wore off. 800mg of Ibuprofen wouldn't even touch the amount of pain I'm in. Called office and they said they would talk to Dr but never called back. Called the office repeatedly after waiting for 2 hours and they wouldn't answer the phone. Have called their "emergency" after hour number and they have not called back either. Now I'm still in excruciating pain and will likely have to go to an emergency room. Experiences like this are the reason I have problems with Dentists in the first place. I finally called their Patient Services Portal and found meds were called in but nobody told me. Only sat in indescribable pain for 5 hours. YMMV EDIT - 12/29/2025 My extractions were 12/18/2025. The healing denture fits SO poorly that I STILL can not get it in. I have not eaten solid food for 11 days aside from mashed potatoes. Went this morning and they say they won't take me. Considering I've already paid for the entire procedure, this is absolutely ridiculous. I won't be able to eat until 2026. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! EDIT - 01/23/2026 The saga continues! I had an appointment to adjust my denture. THE ONE I STILL CAN NOT WEAR. I show up 30 min early and they tell me I'm not on the Schedule. I show them the appointment MADE BY THEIR EMAIL. They tell me that since I came in a couple weeks ago TRYING TO GET THE DENTURE TO FIT, that I was probably removed from the system. NOBODY TOLD ME THIS! They said only 1 dentist so if I wanted to be seen, it would be a "long wait." $3000+ DOWN THE DRAIN with this place! DO NOT GO THERE!

Fantastic experience: i was pleasantly surprised by how well my root canal went ! i’ve been running from them my whole life . i was booked timely n efficiently its took about 30 minutes for actually treatment . the staff were amazing they usually always are and very helpful as well as empathetic to & for the situation at hand i go back for a crown soon n with ease n that weight lifted i know i’ll be in great hands. thank you to the team for making my experience every visit great .

The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive. For first-time patients, the process may feel unfamiliar, especially the transition from the exam to reviewing the treatment plan and costs. A brief explanation upfront could help set expectations. That said, I was treated fairly, felt no pressure, and everything I paid for was delivered as explained. The standout was the hygienist—an easy 10 out of 10. She was thorough, clear, and constantly checked in to ensure comfort and understanding. Her professionalism made a noticeable difference. Overall, the experience was handled professionally, and I would confidently recommend this location. Clear communication and professionalism truly matter in any service-based business.

Fantastic experience: I have always heard great things about this office and made a new patient appointment right away! There were a couple X-rays but the assistant was so nice and gentle and make sure I was doing ok throughout the whole process. Then we went into the room and they explained the steps that my appointment would go in and what the hygienist would be doing as well as the doctor. Which I liked and made me understand how those two areas can affect each other. They have two doctors but I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Gonzalez who seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very well. In consult they were able to explain the process in which my treatment would follow and cared to help me be able to get my treatment. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have always had a hard time going to the dentist because it can be a little intimidating. But Dr. Gonzalez was kind and explained everything to me detail by detail so that I would under the reasons of which I would need certain treatment. I believe that when you go somewhere like this you have to go with an open mind and not be set on a specific idea without actually knowing what is going on. I have never been to a dentist that has explained everything is such good detail! Would recommend to anyone.

Melissa was incredibly kind and welcoming, Jenny was very gentle as well, and Dr. Mora was extremely patient and thorough in explaining everything in detail. I truly felt well cared for. Positive experience: Sam the Xray technician was super. The Dentist was nice and informative. But Dental Aspen itself was expensive for most. the procedures. But I did not have a bill that i had to pay out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: In the past my experience with dentist was not very good I was very nervous and scared when I entered the doors of Aspen Dental in West Melbourne Florida my scaredness started to fade after 10 minutes do to the wonderful staff they made me feel relaxed and never ever did I feel any pain as they was working on my mouth

Fantastic experience: I would suggest this Aspen to anyone that is thinking of dental work. The staff and dentist are top notch. The end results are what you would expect from a place that charges much more. If you're thinking about dentures don't, you can get implants for close to the price you would pay for the best dentures. I did the financial option for 18 months interest free. Implants are the only way to go.

Positive experience: Dr. Gonzalez was very careful, but also quick with my crown prep and bridge. He gave me a little extra novacaine when I started to feel heat from the drill/grinder. He explained as he went and kept his requests simple. His assistant was great. She made sure I didn't feel like I was drowning. I didn't catch her name.

Positive experience: You would think would got something for pain or anti biotic. It’s been 5 days and the pain and inflammation is crazy. When he stuck the needle it felt like he went through my throat.

Fantastic experience: On the 7th of October I woke having a tenderness in my mouth, the bottom right molars. As the day went on the tenderness turned to a dull ache, by the next morning the 8th my bottom jaw and my lymph node were incredibly tender and very swollen. I called Aspen dental for a couple reasons. My niece who lives in Idaho is training to be manager at their Aspen dental and she loves her job. So after looking at all the reviews of different options, that’s the reason why I picked Aspen dental. So I called the 800 number to make an appointment. The young lady was very kind and sweet. Even when I came to the office, Abby was at the front desk. She also was very sweet very kind and She checked us in as quickly as she could. I then went back and I had some x-rays and I had hygienist look at me and the doctor came in. Then I spoke with the office manager about payment. So When I was in Ashley‘s office, the operations manager. I had her write the names down with everyone I could think. Like I said Abbey the front desk the hygienist Jenny was fantastic. Sam was unbelievable Dr. Gomez was hilarious and very thorough. My niece Heidi was right Aspen dental is an incredible company. Thank you for getting me in the same day and for treating me like I was your number one patient. When I finish my antibiotics that were prescribed by Dr. Gonzalez, I will be back in to have a couple root canals and ready for a couple caps. Thanks again!!

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth and they saw me same day. Besides being upset about the tooth, I am a very nervous dental patient. They recognized my discomfort and did everything to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. From the front desk to the dental assistant, dental hygienist, dentist and the check out staff everyone was great.

Fantastic experience: Called yesterday and booked with the next day into what turned into a root canal. They take my insurance which was great. Need crown and already scheduled for Monday to start that. Very happy with this dentist and would recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Have bad sensitivity on a filling I had done previously by someone else. Went here to have it fixed, somehow had other stuff scheduled and the tooth I went in for originally, wasn't even scheduled to be fixed. Was told that there is nothing wrong with the filling, when there is obviously exposed nerve.

Fantastic experience: I broke my crown with attached bridge and I am on holiday from UK, I got tremendous help even though they couldn't do a repair. I am at present wearing a temporary crown and bridge with my permanent being fitted in a week. Great value not as expensive as I thought it was going to be otherwise I would be walking around on my jollys with no front teeth. Thanks

Negative experience: I'm giving 2 stars because my dental hygienist is so nice and such an amazing person and who I believe are the nurses are so wonderful, but I cannot afford to keep coming to Aspen as they keep adding $50 to my bill every time I come for my cleaning and every time I ask why I get the "it's your insurance" answer, I work with insurance and this does not make any sense. Today I finally got the real answer, they raise the price as a norm. So if you can afford to go here know behind doors you will be treated wonderful, but not at the front. Also if you ever need your records for anything, it will take 7-10 business days to get them even if it's an emergency.

Negative experience: If I could have given a zero I would have. These people are a bunch of scam artists, and they are way overcharging for everything... I would not recommend them to anyone. It may seem friendly but wait until you go to get work done. And they lied to me about being approved for a loan I got the letter in the mail that told me I was denied and they told me I was approved. . Made me sign up for something I wouldn't even use based on the fact that they said I was approved when I wasn't.

Negative experience: They wanted to do a scaling before working on a broken crown that has jagged edges. Wanted $4700. To get my crown fixed with other work first. Old fashioned x-ray machine for 18 different pictures of my teeth. Steer clear!!!

Negative experience: Got my wisdom teeth removed and they didnt even send me home with extra gauze or post op care instructions I had to call them and let them know they didn’t and then they finally emailed it to me. I was not treated the way I would like to be treated thats for sure. Who knows if the person that did the removal was even qualified he just prescribed me antibiotics and gave me no instructions on how to take care of anything.

I had to get 2 wisdom teeth removed and Scott the oral surgeon did a wonderful job and made me feel comfortable about my first surgery. Fantastic experience: Staff very friendly. Dentists/hygienists efficient, and good at explaining procedures. Wait time minimal. Waiting room and exam rooms very clean.

Negative experience: Long time patient but some of the assistants aren't the best. When getting my xrays done one of the nurses/techs always insists that they need to be jammed onto my buccal exostosis and when I told her it hurt she instantly looked exasperated. My gums were bleeding and sore for days and developed canker sores because of it. since then, I have found a dentist office that actually cares and doesn't damage my gums every xray. *noting: They also vented to me that "people can be such babies with the xray machines". Maybe they aren't being babies??? MAYBE you're HURTING them??? Just a thought.

Positive experience: I usually love this office and would normally give it five stars, but today’s experience left me a little upset with them. I’ve never had pain while having a procedure done and I kept saying stop it hurts stop it hurts and they kept going on and on and well now, I understand why people don’t like going to the dentist When you say it hurts stop and maybe give some more Novacaine and then continue on. I’ve never left there hurting as bad as I did yesterday.

Dentist visits from the time I was a child has always been scary but I have been going to the West Melbourne Aspen Dental for years even though I have closer ones now. It is the people and service they provide that bring me back every time!

Brianna at the front was so sweet and informative, and helped me create a payment plan for what the dentist had recommended! The dentists & hygienist were so professional and respectful of me. Plus it is super easy to schedule an appointment, and they were very diligent about rescheduling and moving appointments forward if need be! overall, can’t say enough kind things about this place! going to the dentist is always scary, but they really make the process easy and pleasant!

Negative experience: Incredibly high prices and terrible business practices. Be absolutely sure you pay attention when going over billing, they will charge you for every thing they can and hide prices at every turn. I was in pain and they really took advantage of that. Wont make that mistake again.

Negative experience: Staff that is in charge of treatment plans are uneducated. They simply read off a computer screen and know nothing about financing or insurance. Waited over an hour in the waiting area before I was seen. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I've been here multiple times in the last few years and they never fail to impress. Genuine people that genuinely care about their patients, leaving you feeling seen, heard, and taken care of. They also are professional and you can tell that they take their craft seriously. I'm horrible with names so I hope I'm close, Dr. Mora and Shantee (feel free to have me correct the spelling) really worked well together and made sitting in the chair painless and it felt as quick as much as I could hope for. Was real nervous; I literally hate going to the dentist, but when my teeth started falling out, I figured ignoring them for 40 years was enough...wanted to go to a reputable dental practice, knowing full well I was going with conventional dentures. Aspen assessed me and agreed that dentures was the way to go. I'm 1 week out from my 1st procedure.

Positive experience: So far so good. I'm happy with the service I received from the Dr.... But they keep charging me $73 , a bill that was paid almost a year ago. And I have proof. I'm sick & tired of phone calls , emails and text about the money in question.. enough is enough.
