Doctor Mark is very good and knows what hes talking about. I'd never would have known I could get a sinus infection in my teeth thought I needed to have a tooth pulled. He saved my tooth and put me on antibiotics and I was fine. Highly recommend this place and doctor Mark

Fantastic experience: Service has always been excellent but today it was exceptional. My pain was due to an abscess that Dr. Chole Philip told me needed to be removed prior to my shoulder surgery in less than two weeks. Otherwise I could not proceed with the surgery as potential infection spread exists. My oral surgeon usually required months to get an appointment. Alex was asked to attempt getting me an appointment within one week at any time in any of their offices with any oral surgeon in the practice. Alex succeed in getting me an appointment with my regular surgeon in a few days. What an achievement!! Thank you. Of course Robin was helpful as all of the professional and support staff have been at the Milton office.

Fantastic experience: 2020- Apprehensive in returning, due to my initial visit a dental assistant that is/was there, really hurt my gums. Was rough when cleaning my teeth. Had sensitivity for most of the week. Moving forward to my next six month visit, Brandy was cheerful and knowledgeable. Today, June 2021, due for my next 6 month appointment, I am happy to have seen Brandy cleaning teeth, but I still lucked out as this was the 1st time Carol cleaned my teeth. She had a gentle touch and would let me know step by step what the tools she used are for. Carol also told me they’ve opened a new dental facility in ocean view. Congrats Mercer Sydell

Fantastic experience: Went in for my semi annual checkup and cleaning and I was very satisfied with the professionalism of all the staff. Went in again for my six month checkup and cleaning, my oral hygienist Darian did my cleaning in a very professional manner. I used to dread getting my teeth cleaned, now it is a very painless procedure. Great team at Mercer Sydell. I recently chipped one of my front teeth and needed to get it looked at as it was sharp and irritated my tongue. Mercer Sydell gave me an appointment at their first opening a couple days later which is what I hoped for. Dr. Gallen treated me and had my chipped tooth repaired in less than one hour and I was on my way as good as new. I'm always very satisfied with my visits as they have a very competent team of people.

Fantastic experience: Let me start this review by saying that I have never had anything but great work done by the dentist and The technicians. The reason for this review is over the weekend. I have developed a pretty bad tooth problem. I don’t know if it’s cracked or if it’s broken that’s why I need a dentist. I called the Dover office this morning and found out that they’re gonna be closed until 30 December. I tried the emergency number and that was no help at all. The person I talked to on the emergency number told me that the office was indeed open which it is not, But she could not help me because my tooth was not a dental emergency. If that’s not a dental emergency, I’m really not sure what one is but I know they aren’t either. Anyway, I will try to hang in there until the 30th. If not, I’m just going to have to try to find another dentist because tooth pain is zero fun. Update. I was contacted by Mercer Sydell, they made things right. Apparently the message service was not on the same page!

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth on Friday. Called monday morning and they took me Tues. I needed a crown. They did the prep and put in a temp crown while the final is out to get made. Just a great team. Everyone involved. Kind, courteous, professional, all the latest equipment. And an upbeat friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I like that they are always punctual! I had a small filing scheduled with Dr Adam that was done quickly & painless with no Novocain. I mentioned that I chipped my front tooth & was leaving in a few days for vacation he fixed it on the spot and it looked great!!

My teeth are glowing, my mouth doesn’t hurt, the office is conveniently located. Being a Friday, it could have been hectic with the shortened day and someone out.
