Fantastic experience: I had my first cleaning there today. I have very sensitive teeth. Kat the hygienist was stupendous. She listened to what I asked and did everything with compassion. She even let me hold the air suction device and suction myself when needed cause that cold air on my teeth kills me. Everyone in the office is wonderful. They all took very good care of me. Fantastic experience: We have finally found a dental business that we can trust to care for the health of our dental needs.

Negative experience: If you are interviewing potential dental practices to do "teeth in a day" work for you, be advised that there are a number of them who will do an exam and consultation with no cost to you. Prime lets you know the cost in a harder sell atmosphere after the exam and consultation and your insurance will be billed hundreds of dollars which means that you are being billed that amount.

Fantastic experience: I was in need of a repair of my denture. I called and they took me in and had my denture repaired in about an hour.

Fantastic experience: Had my routine cleaning. Vicki is beyond exceptional. She is most meticulous in cleaning, very professional and a delight. I was most relaxed during the cleaning and my teeth are amazingly clean. Do ask about how to brush - we tend to scrub - that’s a no no! Gentle strokes with a soft brush to avoid gums being pushed up. I have evidence of scrubbing! Left the office smiling big!

Positive experience: Everyone was friendly and professional. Hate going to dentist but they managed to make me comfortable. My only complaint was when they left me a voicemail to change appointment. When I returned the call, I tried three different days. Only got their voicemail and left name and number and never got a call back. Was about to cancel appt when on the fourth try they answered. Ended up I am glad I kept appt.

And I think their pricing is very fair. Very different from the dentist. I went to a year or so ago who had outrageous prices.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient. I went for a routine maintenance and found out I need an extraction on one of my upper teeth. It was cracked due to silver fillings. I was experiencing sensitivity in my upper cheek bone for about a month and ignored it. Infection set in. Immediately I was put on anti biotic and surgery will be performed now. I love the dentist and the office staff. They are very patient with my questions and billing methods.

Fantastic experience: This dentist does a very good job . Had my teeth cleaned there 3 times she did a great job had the dentist repair a crown and also install a crown they both fit perfectly. It’s very hard to find a honest dentist in the villages and it took 3 different dentists before I came to prime.dentistry. I have recommended people to him and they also are very happy with the results

Fantastic experience: About a year ago i was fairly new to the Villages. I walked into Prime Dentistry to get backup upper dentures. I told them that this new set would be my backup dentures. The doctor told me that I would be using the new dentures as my goto dentures. I said no way. I was used to my old ones and planned on continuing to use them. He was right. They fit much better than my originals and were better looking. A year later I ate something I shouldn't and they cracked. Didn't fall apart. Just a hairline fracture but since I was going out of town I wanted to make sure they will last. They gave me an appt on the same day I called in They reinforced them with metal and didn't charge me a nickel. From the doctor to reception, the technicians and finance people and of course the doctor. they are all the best. I highly recommend Prime Dentistry to anyone needing dentures. I won't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Another great experience April 2, 2025. Dental cleaning with Kathy today was thorough, gentle and effective. Permanent dentures require a different method and she showed the tips to do this at home. We will be seeing her again on a preventative schedule. Mom dementia has advanced and mouth care is important. Thank you Kathy for being a good teacher and compassionate person.

Fantastic experience: I was a first time patient. I had one of my veneers chip. I called and they were able to get me in that same afternoon. The staff and doctor were fantastic. They did a thorough exam and the doctor immediately assessed my situation and developed a expedient treatment plan.

My initial consultation and treatment plan was straight forward and Mona explained it to me in terms that I understood! I also was so very impressed when the office manager Krystal who called me on a Sunday afternoon(who does that!?!) to make certain I was prepared and I had everything I needed prior to my procedure the following day. Negative experience: Unfortunately I’m giving two stars due to the visit my husband had, my husband was helped my Mona which he spoke to her about a treatment plan and she quoted that the insurance will not be paying for some services. He was charged a ridiculous high price that didn’t seem right so I went ahead and called our insurance company and found that that the insurance do indeed cover these services So disappointed that we were charged these service that are supposed to be covered! We were also being charged some unexplained office fees as well. Seems like we were not being told accurate information at all and was being overcharged due to the worker Mona not giving my husband the accurate information . If your not looking to be overcharged and told inaccurate information I will not recommend.

Negative experience: I’d like to leave a review for one of the dental hygienist named Vic. My gum was bleeding terribly after the cleaning. I requested for vaseline on my lips and she denied lots of vaseline stating she needed to grasp my lips to hold her tools better. She’s the only one who refused me enough vaseline for the last 5 years I’ve been. I requested not to see her again. I’m going to request another dental hygienist next time. My hubby stated she had Vic before and she was rough on him too.

Fantastic experience: I am still mid treatment for a major surgery and recovery. I am very pleased so far. All staff is very friendly and attentive, from the front desk, billing and all technicians to the Doctor himself who is very professional and yet personal and upbeat. I needed an adjustment on my temporary dentures and received a text within the hour and they got me an appointment in the next week.

Fantastic experience: Update 11/24. The new Doctor was understanding and helpful. My mom has dementia. The doctor was able to educate us on what to look for and Kat the hygienist was able to give mom the proper cleaning and irrigation. Excellent visit. Update 5/2024. Another good visit. My previous review is still accurate. Previous review: My mom’s dental hygienist Kat is wonderful, kind, and finds ways to help my mom get the best care of her mouth between visits. She has compassion and is educational in her approach. With the permanent dentures, we have scheduled more cleanings to keep my mom’s mouth healthy. Dr A was thorough, informative, and detailed in his explanations. My mom has permanent dentures. Her treatment plan is comprehensive and detailed. I am pleased. The staff, when I called for information, explained the problem to the Doctor and he agreed to evaluate mom. They were able to get her in quickly. I am so pleased that her dental care will be with a prosthodontist.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist, Vicky was extremely friendly, knowledgable, conscientious,& very dedicated to her profession. She gave me the best cleaning that i ever had. Dr Winn is an exceptionally nice man, with a lovely personality. He made me feel very comfortable, & explained everything to me very thoroughly. He’s an excellent dentist.

Their entire staff is professional, caring and goes the extra mile to make sure your dental needs are met in the least painful and effective way possible. Krystal is wonderful to deal with and goes beyond expectations to make sure you understand costs and options. She is fully up to date on the United Health Advantage Dental plan which I have found most dental insurance clerks are not. Dr Nguyen is gentle and caring and does whatever it takes for his patients.
