Negative experience: Very friendly and informative staff, they offer alternative payment options. I would recommend and also plan on coming back to continue services Came for a second visit and dental hygienist was rough and rude as hell. I wouldn’t return if I didn’t already pay for the services already but even at that I’m debating. I feel like they can do better especially as a Px paying out of pocket it’s not a free treatment. I would’ve took my business else where if I knew this was the treatment provided

Negative experience: Could not get any worse I think... First the crown kept falling from its place(according to them its "normal") I went to one of their other branches but these is as worse as the 215 Buffalo one. Their doctor caused an injury and they keep dismissing it, and not taking a responsibility. I have been in pain from two fillings for already 4 months, that has been redone but no change. And now they refuse to take responsibility for what their doctor caused injury... according to them its also normal to be in pain for 4 months... Plus they misunderstood my insurance and did not inform me beforehand that there is a waiting period, I guess a soft fraud, to lie people and start the process or being incompetent to the their job... They issued me a $19.50 refund.... let's be real, 19 dollars They said finding care that meets my expectations, as of my expectations were unrespnable. I have been in pain since summer and can't, literraly can't use the left side of my mouth for even water and they say my expectasions are high. Negative experience: So disappointed with ortho, Dr Kody Grahl!! He totally ignored my concerns. He corrected some teeth & ignored others. I had to ask him to put a button on one tooth. He also thought I needed extractions, WTH! Ask for 2nd opinion! All I needed is; utilize elastic bands, adjust few brackets, IPR & close gaps between my teeth, but instead he was ready to finish my treatment!! So, I went for 2nd & 3rd opinions, after I went through 5 orthodontists in 2 years! However, I had him the longest. I couldn't get teeth cleaning for a year with my braces, as well. I had to go days without the wires, to get this done, as they could not do this the same day, like other places.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience with another dentist years ago, and that left me with some pretty serious anxiety about going to the dentist. I cannot recommend Providence Dental enough. Everyone I have ever encountered at the office has been kind and patient, from the admin staff through the doctors. They take their time, they’re friendly, and they explain what they’re about to do before they do it. For someone who is a nervous patient, this bedside manner absolutely puts me at ease, and I know I’m in good capable hands. As long as I live in LV, this will be my only choice for any and all dental work.

Negative experience: This dentist office is always extremely busy, and despite having scheduled appointments, the wait times are consistently long, sometimes well past the appointment time. It feels like they are overbooking without consideration for their patients’ time. This office could benefit from better scheduling practices and more patient centered care. Until those changes are made, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a considerate and professional dental experience.

She’s been so kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way and she really cares. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and I’m so thankful for them!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place. I went in for a routine check up and cleaning, but the dentist insisted I had gum disease and pushed for a deep cleaning. I ended up getting a deep cleaning on one side of my mouth and paid for it. When I returned to request a regular cleaning (covered by my insurance) for the other side, they refused. They didn’t even polish the side they had already deep cleaned. I’ve been getting regular cleanings every year, and no other dentist has ever said I needed a deep cleaning. I got a second opinion, and the other dentist confirmed that my gums are healthy. Be careful. they seem to push unnecessary treatments just to increase costs.

Fantastic experience: Great place! Super clean and professional. I came in for a routine cleaning and was honestly blown away by the results. They showed me before and after pictures, and I couldn’t believe the difference, my teeth look amazing! The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process super smooth. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. Rude from the second I called for help like I was bothering the recptionist by asking a question. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Negative experience: I had to wait over an hour after my appointment time and there was only enough seats for like half the people in the waiting room. And they tried to charge me an extra $100 The oral surgeon claims I was prescribed antibiotics and a mouth rinse but there was absolutely no mention of it during my appointment. I was told my only prescription was ibuprofen. They just want to get you out as quick as possible, there is no concern for the quality of care they provide. Oral surgeon claims that these things were prescribed but I specifically asked what I was prescribed and I was told only ibuprofen. I’ve never had a doctor prescribe me something and not say anything about it. During a follow up visit there was still no mention about these prescriptions until I did my own research and specifically asked for the antibiotic mouth rinse. You can’t expect patients to just magically know these things.

I figure if u choose a career path that makes the big bucks, u should be good at what u do.. unfortunately that's not always the case. However, I feel like she cares about her clients & her work ethic. I think she'd make a great teacher for the upcoming dental generation bcuz they need an example like this.. Also I want to sincerely thank Janet & Diane for graciously assisting her. They were gentle & kind in spirit which made my dental experience that much better. Thank u, Providence. Negative experience: I’m not letting them waste my time anymore. My last few appointments resulted in waiting over 20-30 before being seen. I used to love coming here but it has gone downhill. Today was the final time I let this place waste my time. I checked in early for my scheduled appointment and as usual was not seen on time. I went to the front desk 15 minutes past my appointment time and cancelled my appointment. I don’t mind waiting but give me an update or something. I only gave this visit 15 minutes because I already knew from past experiences that they are overbooked and would have probably waited over 30 minutes. There was no place to sit. The waiting area was packed. Why does this place even make appointments?

Fantastic experience: I wrote a review on Yelp, but my experience here was so amazing that I have to share it here as well. Not only was everyone extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional, but I seriously can't thank the hygienist Michelle enough. The main reason I came here is because I went to another office last week, and I got so many red flags from them, which I never really experience. So, when it does happen, I take it as a sign to go elsewhere. One of my biggest concerns was that they told me I needed a "deep cleaning “ which would have cost me $1,500. My gut told me to get a second opinion, and even my oral surgeon ( whom I trust ) recommended I do so as well. Long story short, Michelle checked my gums and said that a deep cleaning was NOT necessary. She just recommended what I’d consider a much lighter version, which literally saved me well over $1,000. If I could give this place more than five stars, I definitely would. I’m so grateful that I found this place

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for over 2 years and both of my kids come here too. We love the staff and the short wait times for appointments. Michelle always takes the time to answer my questions and she is very gental and patient while cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist.

Negative experience: The dentists are fine but the billing is shady-at best. They almost always want $700 from us when we do anything other than a cleaning. The claim is that the $700 is for services 'not covered ' but they won't submit those charges to the insurance to review. I have several friends that go to this office & they too are charged $700. Trying to get the office manager to return a call is laughable so don't try.

Negative experience: Came for an initial appointment. X-rays were taken. The dentist came and briefly looked at my teeth. I was then handed an estimate of almost $1100 for a cleaning, as well as another $600 for two fillings. I asked why the cleaning estimate was so high and they advised that this is normal pricing. They didn't say that my teeth or gums were in bad shape. When I asked if it was urgent, they said no. So I researched what was advised, and it turns out the procedure they offered (scaling and root planing) is for advanced gum disease (periodontitis), which seems to be a chronic problem that requires special treatment and is normally something a patient would be well aware of -- if they have it. But I've never been told that I have gum disease and have never had any procedure done beyond a filling. I floss twice a day, my gums don't bleed, etc. The pictures I found on Google are of people with brown, rotting teeth that are on the verge of falling out. Nothing like my situation. On top of that, when I expressed surprise at the quote, nobody at the clinic tried to explain why they were going to do that particular procedure, or the fact that it wasn't a standard cleaning, or even what the problem was. Nobody mentioned periodontitis. Nobody said my gums were infected. Nothing. It was a really strange experience. So I went to another clinic for a second opinion. They performed almost identical intake procedures. But to my surprise, the new dentist said nothing about cavities, nor about any gum disease or specialized cleaning. They then proceeded with a standard cleaning for $65, and scheduled another in 6 months. Nothing else. No fuss, no muss. Seems to be a case of overzealous dentistry, to say the least. I won't be back

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area so was looking for a place to go and be seen for my cleaning. When I called the front desk was friendly and scheduled me. I got a link to fill out my new patient documents which saves time at the time of the visit. When I arrived for my appointment I was called in quickly and did not have to wait a long time. Fantastic experience: First off I want to start off with the fact that i have never liked the dentist due to bad experiences when I was younger. This office and the staff completely changed my view on it. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the front office staff. Everyone was really friendly and Marilyn checked me in for the appointment and was very helpful. I was called in and noticed the rooms were clean and nice. Was seen by the Hygienist and the Doctor whom were both very informative and answered any questions I had. I got my cleaning done with Ron whom was thorough. At the end, Samantha went over everything and got me scheduled for the next appointment. Looks like this is the place I will be coming for anything routine or any concerns i may have in the future.

Negative experience: I was new to the area, saw their ratings and scheduled my 6 month cleaning/exam. I can't even begin to list the issues I had with this office, including me paying more out of pocket than they said I would owe. They also don't respond to any messages on their website form OR the email they list on their website. What's the point of offering that if they don't check it? I found a new dentist. I have messaged and email several times and no one has responded.

Fantastic experience: I have been nervous about searching for a new dentist. And after visiting this location, I don’t know why..I had the best overall dental experience I have ever had!! They were thorough,, quick and very pleasant! The team works very well together. I was able to get my dental exam, x-rays, two fillings and even got my teeth cleaned. My years of waiting weeks to schedule my next appointment are over. I am so happy I found this location and I highly recommend to anyone!! And there was absolutely zero pain through my entire experience. I still can’t believe it.. Thank you team!! I will see you in six months!

Fantastic experience: I have 3 kids receiving orthodontic work at Providence Dental. Aida has been fantastic and made our transition from a previous office easy and smooth. I always receive a courtesy phone call notifying me of upcoming appointments a few days prior, which is great because some are scheduled months in advance. My children have had a wonderful experience and their teeth look great! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I decided to visit Providence Dental based on the overwhelming positive online reviews I read. The reviews were correct. The website, facilities, front desk staff, billing and Dr are outstanding. I must make special note of the Xray team and Dental Hygienist Michelle. I have never recived better medical care from anyone as i did from them. Michelle should teach dental students a course on attention to detail, skill and kindness. Negative experience: If I could give this place a lower rating, I would. I only just now thought of leaving a review, but if you intend on getting braces at this location, find somewhere else. My ortho initially told me I would be in braces for a year and a half. I ended up in braces for three years because of multiple mistakes on their end that they admitted to while working on my braces, usually when I was alone and without an escort. The entire experience started when I got my braces on. Only one of the staff members was fully trained, the actual orthodontist herself, and everyone else working on my teeth were trainees of some variety, most of which I only saw a couple times. Due to this inexperience, no one present could figure out how to get the mouth guard on me when applying my braces and ended up instead just telling me to just hold still. The whole procedure took about two hours, most of which I spent with literal acid on my tongue that they used to bond my brackets. I was in tears by the end of it. Furthermore, they instructed my parents to put braces on me unreasonably early and as a result, ended up needing to pull eight of my teeth. When doing so, they failed to properly numb me, which meant that the procedures (two of them) were incredibly painful and stressful. I am genuinely afraid of getting dental work done because of this experience and have since had a filling done and redone without any sort of Novocain, laughing gas, or anesthesia because I genuinely have not recovered from that experience. One of the doctors (I don’t remember who) who pulled my teeth jokingly asked if he traumatized me, to which I responded yes, and this was held against me for several more visits following that one. They told my parents they would probably have to laser parts of my gums. This has been denied by multiple other dental professionals. They told me I did not have TMJ and my severe jaw movements, clicking, and pain were due to grinding my teeth when I sleep. The next dentist I went to immediately recognized I had TMJ and was shocked I hadn’t been informed of this before. At one point about halfway through my braces treatment, a trainee (I believe?) told me that I would need to wear a rubber band from the bracket on my top left canine to my back right molar. Upon going to my next appointment, the head orthodontist at the time informed me that this was absolutely incorrect, never should have happened, but that that mistake had corrected another mistake they had previously made and failed to inform me or my parents about. I was asked if they could write a case study on it, and I’m not sure if this was a joke or not. My mother went in for a root canal at this location and they also failed to properly administer Novocain to her. She expressed that she could feel the doctor drilling into the nerve of her tooth and was repeatedly told that she was lying and overreacting, despite the fact that she was actively crying and visibly sweating near the point of passing out. When they eventually did administer more medication, they shamed her for this during the rest of her appointment. I genuinely despise every single trained professional who worked at that location during the period in which I had braces. I’ve been quite literally traumatized by my experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

Negative experience: In pain I know it's been a while since I've seen a dentist. My insurance wasn't accepted. They took x-rays the doctor comes in and does a quick exam and I never see her anymore. The bib is removed and the assistant says let me get your prescription. I ask why I can't get the tooth removed, she says let me ask the doctor. She is with another patient. I'm annoyed at this point. I got more information from the receptionist than I did the assistant. Waste of time.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my second round of braces as an adult, which took about two years, and I’m so happy with the results! A big shoutout to Aida, who provided exceptional service throughout my treatment. She always made sure to remind me of my appointments, even after I had my braces removed. Her dedication was truly appreciated. Today marks the day I no longer need orthodontic check-ups, which feels like a major milestone! One thing worth mentioning is that I had about five different doctors over the course of my treatment. The staff was generally nice, though some could benefit from additional training. I also noticed that there was a fair amount of staff turnover, so some of the less experienced staff didn’t stick around for long. Overall, I’m really satisfied with my dental treatment at Providence Dental. I’ve regained confidence in my smile, and that’s what truly matters. Thank you, Providence Dental, for helping me achieve that!

Positive experience: The entire staff is great, but I especially love Dr. Nimsuwan and dental assistant Timmy! They do fabulous work, and always make sure I'm comfortable. For once in my life I actually enjoy my trips to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is amazing! Day1: Brought my brother in for an exam and of course, as an older sister I tagged along to make sure he was able to understand everything being he’s slowly transitioning into adulthood. Dylan was not only informative but he was amazingly patient and sweet with us when Informing on different options of scheduling and financing. Day 2:We arrived a little late and didn’t get any kind of rudeness for being 10 minutes behind schedule. As a matter of fact, Maryland offered us water, tea or coffee. First impressions are everything and as a new family from Hawaii, the aloha spirit is EVERYTHING and difficult to come by. This office has been nothing short of amazing and hospitable and I recommend anyone to come and share that aloha spirit and get your teeth taken care of here. Mahalo Providence Dental! Fantastic experience: I have had the best dental experience of my life at this place. I recently had a root canal/crown and it literally felt like nothing. The staff is very friendly and the dentist and endodontist are lovely people. I feel like they really care and are extremely passionate about their craft. They talk to you like you’re a real person with fears & feelings and put you at ease. Never a long wait, the facility is very clean and contemporary. A bit chilly inside though! Prepare with layers!

From the moment we stepped into the clinic, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, instantly putting my boys at ease. Seeing my children comfortable and relaxed during what can sometimes be an intimidating experience was incredibly reassuring. Fantastic experience: 2 years that i been there the staff had shown amazing customer service, especially andre who i just had to point out with his charisma and well rounded character and work ethic the front desk team in general was always on top of their game calling me 30 min before or even 30 min after my appointment to make sure i was on way way. Special Thanks to all the nurses and doctors who gave me a good laugh and warm moments especially the fact that alot of the staff was bilingual it made me feel right at home.

Negative experience: Horrible business MALPRACTICE CENTRAL. Got my Jaw dislocated during a routine wisdom teeth removal by Dr James Schlienger. The office did not care and looked at me crazy, every single one of them. The office manager said there was nothing that she could do and just looked at me like a chubby deer in headlights. They left me un attended in the room after my surgery and I ended up swallowing an entire piece of gauze. I have it saved in a baggie and the office said there is no way that it could have happened. I ended up throwing up the gauze in the middle of my sleep. I could have died. Maybe they will clean your teeth okay, maybe they will take nice X-Rays, however the moment any procedure takes place and god forbid a mishap happens they will NOT accept responsibility. I will be getting an oral reconstructive surgery soon as my jaw was overstretched during my procedure ( I was asleep ) I woke up and my jaw was out of place. I have gotten MRIS / CT Scans since this and the doctors are worried about performing my surgery as my dislocation is pressing right up against my main facial nerves. Everyone here has an ugly soul. I feel sorry for not only the patients of this faulty practice, however even more sorry that such torn people are working here in a place of health advancement when none of them are here to help you.

Fantastic experience: Aida has been wonderful from the beginning of my daughter’s treatment. At one point I feel on hard times and they worked something out with payments to make sure my daughter can continue to be seen. Thankfully we got back on track and paid her braces off ahead of time now. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us through this process.

Fantastic experience: I have been searching for a dentist since moving to Henderson and have finally found an amazing dentist with a fantastic team! Everyone at Providence Dental was so friendly, professional, and supportive. It is a bit of a drive for me but so worth it. Do yourself a favor and schedule your next appointment here. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. 10 stars in my opinion

Fantastic experience: This a great dental group I’ve been coming to for about two years. Dr. Alissara Nimsuwan is an awesome dentist who has replaced a few old fillings and crowns, she has a nice approach and painless way of giving anesthetic/shots. The dental hygienists Michelle and one other male, (name?) are very good at what they do also. The office staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable when it comes to insurance and out of pocket costs. I’m always in an out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, this is a nice and well run dental office.

Negative experience: It's like pulling teeth (no pun intended) getting their admin to do anything. On several occasions they were supposed to submit for approval to my insurance and never did. I had to keep calling back weeks later to see what was going on. One time they called me on the day of my appointment telling me they forgot to submit it and need to reschedule me. This last time I called, I talked to Tiffany who pretty much told me I am welcome to find a new dentist. So that's what I did. Sad when the employees who don't care about their job or the company ruin it for the dentists who put years into establishing that livelihood for themselves. But, I guess that is a reflection on the dentist themselves for skimping out during the hiring process.

Fantastic experience: A superb staff. I cannot recommend them more highly. Super efficient at fixing problems and developing solutions within a budget and in a pain free process. Update 10.7.23 They are still awesome . The whole team from the office staff all the way through to the Dentists are great. Ten out of ten.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely hands down the best dental service I've ever received. I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years. Unfortunately I broke a filling on Tuesday and got a dental appt. on Wednesday with Providence Dental. Made appt. and filled out all paperwork online. From X-rays, Consult, Cleaning to Repairs, I am very satisfied. Procedure & Fees explained upfront no hidden costs. Extremely professional, friendly & customer oriented. Amazing Staff. I Highly Recommend Providence Dental & Orthodontics.

Fantastic experience: Staff was very professional and consistently checked to see how I was doing. I had two extractions which is not a fun time going to the dentist but they made this visit the best it could be under such circumstances. I would recommend to anyone especially ones who hate going to the dentist.
