Fantastic experience: I was seen for an emergency appointment, they were able to schedule me and get me in quick! I am very scared of the dentist, but everyone made me super comfortable! I really appreciated how they talked to me and helped me understand what was happening!

Fantastic experience: Everyone on staff is so kind! I haven’t been to the dentist in years and was super nervous and worried about judgement! Everyone I interacted with was super friendly. I loved that the employees who worked on my teeth explained what they were doing each step of the way. They definitely made me feel very comfortable!

Fantastic experience: Just the best hygienists and Doctors here. I said I was cold bc I got some raindrops on me and they offered me a heated neckpillow, and a blanket.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit at the dentist in years with Dr. Lauren and she calmed me down a lot. She was super honest about what can/should be done, and I felt like she actually listened to me and cared. My main concern was feeling judged, and that all went away the second I stepped in the office. The front office staff was so welcoming and polite, the office was clean, and it was super easy to find. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Lauren today for a tooth that was bothering me and she was able to fix it the same day, pain free and very quickly. Everyone from the front desk to the assistant were friendly, made me feel comfortable and welcomed the whole time. I highly recommend this office! Looking forward to my next appointment here.

Fantastic experience: A great dental practice that provides care of all your oral needs. Every person that has taken care of me there over the last five plus years has been nothing short of professional. I would highly recommend you to try their services if you are not completely satisfied at your current dentist, or if you are new to the Middleburg Heights area. They are especially easy to find on Pearl Road near Fowles in their new freestanding building location.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been using Middleburg Heights Family Dentistry for the past 6 years, at least. The entire staff, from the front desk all the way back have been nothing but wonderful since day one. At my most recent visit, I was seen by Albany, the hygienist, and Dr. Elliot and it was my best visit yet. I was struggling with some anxiety this time and when I voiced this to Albany, she was very understanding and did everything she could to ensure that I was comfortable. Albany is not only gentle when dealing with someone's fears, her approach to the cleaning was done with patience and care. (For those of you who struggle with sensory issues, as I do, Albany is understanding and accommodating. She did warn me that there would be a lot water during one part of the cleaning and when it was too much, she listened and added an extra bib and some gauzes to catch the water. She's great!) Then Dr. Elliot came in for the exam and he was a delight! Immediately finding a way to connect with me, the visit started with a bit of humor and I immediately felt at ease. I can't wait for my visit in May!

Negative experience: Updating my review from 5 stars previously. I tried to find an email for this but couldn't. We've always been billed after receiving treatment for our insurance. Apparently now that's changed, requiring payment immediately, which is totally fine. However, my wife was told by a staff member, who has now treated her rudely twice, that she "should know better". I don't appreciate having anyone treated like a child. Especially when there is no way we could have known about a changed policy. If that even really is the policy now, because I've seen nothing about it anywhere. Seriously reconsidering who I'll be going to have doing my dental work if this is going to be the new regular of our experience. It's a shame because we've been loyal patients here for a very long time now. They have always done good work for us.

Fantastic experience: Called took me right away replace my cap that came off I had for 13 years somewhere else. It was put back on for me ;) I've been coming here for years and my co worker I sent here loves this place the care and attention the staff gives are top A+ . I can't say enough good thing about this office!.

I was way over due for a visit to the dentist and having made an appt at a bright now dental, that on my first visit tried to rake me for money on services that were repetitive and not needed more than once every so often, I was referred to this family practice and will be a long time patient from here on out! Fantastic experience: Choosing a new dental group is a big decision, but necessary when the dentist we had gone to for 30+ years retired. After much research we chose Middleburg Heights Family Dentistry. At our first appointment we were greeted warmly by staff including Natalie who took X-rays and made sure we were comfortable in the treatment room. Our hygienist Christa explained everything she was doing and why. Christa was professional, thorough and an absolute delight. Dr. Eitan’s manner was relaxed, he explained exactly what he looks for at a first appointment, offered recommendations for ongoing treatment and suggested exactly how he would proceed. Any questions were answered completely, and we left with a clear idea as to what was next in our treatment plan. We are so pleased with our decision to go to this dental group and trust that we will be long time patients with Middleburg Heights Family Dentistry!

Positive experience: The staff is always very friendly, professional, and always on time. This past cleaning, I noticed that the hygienist left a layer of gooey white plaque on my gums that I had to scrape off when I left. Otherwise, she did a very nice job I assume, since she did spend a lot of time cleaning and polishing my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I am not a big fan of calling to schedule appointments, but the staff that worked with me over the phone were so nice and helpful, as well as in person. Paula was a great hygienist as she explained everything to me step by step. The chilled/warm neck pillows during a cleaning are a nice touch as well as coffee and bottled water in the waiting area. The staff from start to finish were so friendly. I would definitely recommend Middleburg Heights Family Dentistry

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Eitan Polster and the entire staff at MHFD. I took my father in for a very complicated exam. Everyone was so incredibly patient and kind, Dr. Polster took his time making sure my father was comfortable and understanding of the procedures and treatment plan. I tease that my dad has white coat syndrome, but he couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful his experience was there today.

Fantastic experience: Every person I interact with is welcoming and professional. They are quick and handle insurance claims properly and efficiently. Dr Nate has been excellent! He did a beautiful crown and made multiple mouth guards for me so far. He cares about his patients and does amazing work!

Fantastic experience: I can’t get over how much I love this office as my new dental office. I’ve been to a few local ones over the years and none compare. I’ve only been twice so far for a cleaning and cavity filling but both times I’ve had wonderful experiences and every single staff member has been so kind. Getting a cavity filled has been a bad experience for me in the past but this time around I didn’t feel a thing and was so comfortable with a warm neck wrap and a warm cozy blanket! I am so glad I found this dental office and switched here!

They were fast efficient, and Sam, the hygienist is a rockstar. If you saw what she did to my teeth you wouldn’t believe it. It’s modern looks like all the latest stuff.

Positive experience: Great modern facility, knowledgable and friendly staff. My first visit went incredibly well, but on my second they had a new tech (to the practice) work my filling and they botched it multiple times. I was in the chair for an extra 45 minutes, and that tooth still hurts to this day on certain foods (no pain at all before). Additionally, they seemed to lean towards drilling and filling vs rehabilitation of potential problem areas. A second opinion revealed that about half my teeth scheduled for drilling at MBH could likely be nursed back with habitual flouride rinse. To be clear, their diagnosis and approach was still sound, it just errs on the aggressive side which did not sit right with me. Hindsight is 20/20, but a little advocating for the experience I wanted may have had a better turnout. But also, that's annoying to do. Hopefully this helps someone else out there!

I was welcomed with open arms as if at a family get together. They listen and explain everything you will be experiencing step by step. I know I am going to like coming to the dentist.

I also like the fact that I have my hands moisturized and warmed while having my teeth cleaned and checked. I really like this facility too. It is very clean and comfortable. Fantastic experience: I switched my dental and pay a higher monthly deductible for my family to go here. It was 100% worth it. Staff is friendly with my kids and I, scheduling is easy, and so many nice perks/extras that make the biannual dental visits less monotonous.

Fantastic experience: Update 10/20/2023: Another fantastic experience! Called 2 days ago, Lisa got me in with a cancellation. Paula the hygienist and Dr Megan were fantastic and quick. I can’t say enough about the fantastic crown Dr Jackie put on last year, it’s unbelievable how good it looks. 100% recommend this group, for adults and children. Original Post: Sarah, Albany, Dr. Jackie, and everyone at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful. Fantastic environment and they really care and are fast. One thing I will say is that Dr. Jackie doesn’t recommend procedures unless they’re needed. I’ve been to dentists that you can tell they’re just trying to pad the bottom line. Dr. Jackie is so nice and good at caring for my teeth, would definitely recommend sending your whole family here. Update 11/15/22: Just had some crown work done by Dr. Jackie and Jen. Great work and friendly as always. Can’t recommend this group enough. Dr. Nate does a fantastic job with my kids too.

She's put gold crowns on four or five of my teeth 20 25 years ago and they're still doing fine with no problem . She has good judgment and she's very personable and professional.

I broke a tooth yesterday and they got me right in today. With lots of care they took care of me and I was in and out with success and no pain. If you are terrified of the dentist, you are not alone. Fantastic experience: Due to insurance, we were forced to find a new dentist which was really upsetting because we loved our previous dentist. A friend recommended MHFD and I must say, I am extremely happy! The office is so clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. Plenty of kid-friendly options for my child while waiting for her appointment, though we have never had a long wait. They have top of the line dental equipment, and everything is very modern and updated. We are very happy with our choice and now our whole family goes here. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable.

Positive experience: My appointment experience started out great. Was taken back, had xrays and Sam did my cleaning in a very short but through time. When she was done she said Dr. Megan would be in shortly. This is when things got a bit frustrating. I waited over twenty minutes for Dr. Megan to come in. Dr Megan did apologize for the wait and checked my teeth which took less then five minutes. I guess I learned not to make plans after when I have a dental appointment. But should a routine cleaning take almost an hour?

Fantastic experience: Was able to get me and my daughter in for two last minute appointments. They are great with my seven year old! Everyone there is so kind and caring. Put you at ease right away, can not say enough good things about them.

I received prompt and thorough treatment in addition to detailed explanations regarding procedure and expectation. This practice is really something special and unique. Fantastic experience: I had an infected tooth and did not have a local dentist. After calling multiple places with no success Middleburg Heights Family Dental got me in immediately. Unfortunately the tooth could not be saved. The extraction went smoothly and everyone who works there was so kind and accommodating. Dr. Harris is AMAZING!! I will not go anywhere else. They are a class act. Thank you all so much!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the employees at Middleburg heights - my husband was getting his teethe looked at in the next room over and was laughing because the girl cleaning my teeth and I couldn’t stop laughing! It feels more like going to a spa with your best friend than it does a dentist. We drive 40 minutes to get there because of the excellent service! Plus the warming pillows is a great bonus(:

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was professional and worked as a very cohesive group. They took extra steps to assure my comfort during all the different procedures. Dr. Reitan was the best! Definitely recommend them as a family dental practice.

Negative experience: I normally have a great experience. The first part of my cleaning was great but, I could tell there was hostility with the staff in communication, body language and under breath comments. It was uncomfortable. In the past it was welcoming todays visit not so much. It was evident of the person that is the weak link. I’m not a fan of negative reviews. Hopefully, my next visit is better or I may have to venture out.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at MHFD is professional and kind. The staff members that took care of me today were Albany, Ariana and Dr. Nate. Ariana was personable and made me feel welcomed. Albany has been my hygienist for a few years. She always does a Thorough job cleaning my teeth. She is always professional and personable. She keeps me informed on every step of the procedure. Dr. Nate is professional and explains things in a easy to understand manner. I am no longer anxious going to the dentist because of the great staff.

Fantastic experience: We are newer patients at MHFD within the past year but have had nothing but wonderful experiences! The front desk associates are wonderful with scheduling and any billing questions I’ve had not to mention always so friendly and courteous. I had to have a crown done after a broken tooth and unexpected root canal I was so nervous and everyone was so kind and truly put my mind at ease. My daughter is 14 and has autism and they have been absolutely wonderful and so patient with her at her visits. We love Krista, Michelle, Brianna and Dr Eitan just to name a few but have also interacted with Dr Nate and Dr Megan who were also awesome! Everyone is so kind ! I’ve referred two friends to this practice and am so happy to have finally found a great dentist that’s close and convenient.

Fantastic experience: Very nice dental practice. It was easy to get an appointment. The dental hygienist Paula and Dr. Jackie Kovach were through and explained everything. My old dentist never gave me a fluoride treatment. This office told me that I could get it covered under my insurance plan.
