Whether it’s a routine cleaning, a bigger procedure, or just helping the kids through their first appointments, Dr. Nick and his team go above and beyond. Fantastic experience: Great office. Front desk employees are very friendly and welcoming. Wish I remembered the girls name who cleans my teeth. I should probably know that but she couldn’t be nicer. Dr. Nick is great and you can tell that my best interest is their priority. Everyone in that office has personality which is good for a dental office. Employees all seem happy and that’s important.

Fantastic experience: I had to change dentists due to insurance only. I found this group on the leading edge technology and yet kind, down to earth doctors and hygienists. They are professional but personable and make me feel they understand my dental needs and provide excellent guidance and suggestions. All staff are pleasant and kind. Insurance issues easy to handle with their team. Since coming I had a new small night top front retainer that is fantastic. I had a crown made and fitted all in one appointment not several appointments and it was a perfect fit. I referred a friend and she is just as pleased with the practice. I recommend them highly.

Both Dr John DiStefano and his Son are simply great. You normally wouldn't look forward to going to the dentist...but at this practice you do. My new hygienist Megan is excellent and Dr Sarah checked my teeth. They are the best. Just had another check up. Diana got me on and out and my mouth and teeth feel and look great. The front desk staff were professional and made me feel very comfortable. My hygenist Kim took me in right away. The cleaning went really well and my teeth felt 'tip top' when I left with no discomfort. Dr. Sara came in and did a thorough exam. It was a positive experience all around. It’s rare today to have medical/dental professionals take the time to thoroughly explain the work you will be having done. Doctor DiStefano and his team also make the effort to get to know their patients. This is a "first rate" dental practice located in Glastonbury, CT. I had a cap come off last night and they took me in the next morning. I drive an hour to their office. Well worth the drive. Highly professional practice.

Fantastic experience: I just moved in from out of the area and broke off a crown a week before Christmas. My daughter suggested I call DiStefano Family Dentistry. The receptionist was so kind and accommodating and got me in for an appointment the next day. Everyone I dealt with was amazing and efficient, and Dr. Mike was friendly and I felt comfortable with him immediately! He found a temporary solution for my broken tooth to get me through the holidays and explained exactly how the new crown would be done. I was able to schedule an appointment after the holidays, and I am looking forward to working with them for a permanent replacement. Fantastic experience: Update 10/2024: I managed to pop a crown out while flossing this weekend. Today is a holiday, and I’m heading out of town tomorrow for the rest of this week. Called yesterday to talk to one of the docs to see what I should do. Dr. Nick felt it was important to get me in today, and they contacted me first thing this morning to give me two possible appointment times. Saw Dr. Mike, who had everything fixed and my crown securely back in place in about 30 minutes (while cracking me up the whole time). I’ll say it again: I love this team!! Love this team!! Been a client since 1998 & they’ve always done an awesome job. Always smiling, and excellent, state-of-the-art care.
