Fantastic experience: This dental office has been phenomenal! Dr.Le & Dr.Johnson and the assistants are wonderful. You’re not being rushed in and out, they take their time to answer all questions and concerns while providing great care and service. Also, thanks to the front office Manager Emily for taking care of an insurance issue that occurred. She took the time to call me back and took care of all of my concerns. My daughter & I will always be patients here as long as we’re living in Mississippi.

Fantastic experience: I came in to get my temporary crown, replacing an old cracked one. I arrived early and was taken back early. Everyone was polite, professional, and friendly. The assistant to Dr Jones was very pleasant and knowledgeable making me comfortable as she did all the preparation prior to crown removal. Dr Jones is and has always been an excellent dentist. She has a light touch with injections, a gentle professional demeanor, and she made sure that I was ok during the removal process. I am very pleased and thankful that my procedure went so well.

They put their care first, even if it means not being able to get a procedure done due to it not being in their best interest to their health due to high blood pressure which was in my case that day. Fantastic experience: I had a simple teeth cleaning with no problems. Dr. Jones came in and realized I was upset about something else other than my visit, that was perfect. I don't want to go into details but a family member seriously ill. Dr. Jones listened, empathized, hugged me. She is truly a kind person/dentist.

Negative experience: After inquiring about if they participated in my network, I was told they needed to check and call me back. I gave them all the information they needed. They called me back later in the day to let me know they participated in my plan. I set an appointment. The texted me the morning of the appointment to tell me they didn't participate in my plan. This was after I filled out a long, multi page form they sent me.

Fantastic experience: The office is exceptionally nice with plush seating; beautifully decorated; quiet and the staff is very professional and cordial. The hygienist, was a very professional young woman. She took X-rays and Dr Jones replaced a crown which had fallen out. She treated another tooth and referred me to an endodontist for further care. She provided a prescription to treat the infection in that tooth. Dr Jones is very soft-spoken, and attentive. I was very impressed with the efficient, professional and speedy service on my first visit. There was no wait time.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly, and when I arrived, I was seen right away—I barely had time to sit down! Dr. Theresa Jones is truly exceptional. She administered the Novocaine so skillfully that I didn't feel a thing, and the extraction itself was incredibly fast and completely painless. Her technique and experience were evident throughout the entire procedure. The entire team was wonderful, and a special thank you goes to the office manager, Emily. She was not only excellent during my visit but also followed up with a call to check on me, which I truly appreciated. The fee for the service was also very reasonable. Fantastic experience: Absolutely beautiful office with exceptional kind and caring staff. They did emergency extraction this past Saturday morning, even though I had never been to their office before. I requested a follow up just to ease my mind, and they brought me back, examined my extraction site, did another X-ray and showed me the 2 pics, the one taken before the extraction and then today’s. They were very kind and once they knew I was at ease, walked me to the front and told me “no charge” for today’s visit and X-ray. For being a new, VERY new patient, that was extremely nice of them. My entire family is switching to this office!!

Fantastic experience: I had a real fear of dentists due to past experiences. I don’t like the fact that you don’t have the same dental assistant each time to clean my teeth. However Dr Jones is the gentlest dentist I have ever had and I can now have fillings without gas.

Fantastic experience: Loved it! Focused on the issue I was having without all the extra. And they were able to address the issue the same day. I was in and out in an hour. I’m a new patient. I called yesterday and was able to get an emergency appointment today.

Fantastic experience: During the Fourth of July holiday, we hosted a family reunion. Somehow, during the celebration while sharing a meal, I chipped the edge off of one of my molars. Being new to the area, I did not have a dentist and continued the long drive to our previous home for dental appointments. By chance, I called Hillcrest dental and explained the situation on a Friday and was able to get an appointment the following Tuesday. My appointment was at 3 PM and at 3:03 PM I was taken back and saw the dentist, Dr. Jones. She said she could do a filling, but since the chip was minor, she suggested that she try to take the edge off of it and then see how it felt before she did anything more extensive. Needless to say her suggestion was spot on and by 3:37 PMI was already back in my car. Hillcrest dental is a first class operation with unparalleled staff and professionals. Fantastic experience: The office is beautiful. The staff (receptionist-front office girls) are very friendly and welcoming. I am one who doesn't like going to the dentist. But I felt very calm and the staff is so friendly. I saw Dr. Le and she was also friendly and answered all my questions. She explained what she could do for me and made me feel at ease. Also her assistant was quite friendly. I enjoyed talking with her as well.

Positive experience: I was surprised by having 3 different hygienist coming and going. All of which were very personable. I was also surprised not to receive a toothbrush. In over 80 years, this was a first. When checking out, I was shocked to pay 1/2 of the deductible when booking my next appointment.

Yesterday’s cleaning was done by another team who definitely cares for my teeth - polishing was a tad rough by a person who genuinely cared about the process and the outcome. Fantastic experience: Outstanding practice! I had a cleaning yesterday, which was also my first visit. It's quite a large lobby and when you come in it's not that clear exactly where to check in, but that's nit-picking when you consider how comfortable the environment is. Nice chairs and couches and even a fireplace. I appreciated that my appointment on time. The dental suite is state-of-the-art and the chair was actually comfortable. Dr. Jones and the entire staff are welcoming, professional, and attentive. They explain everything during the procedure and they all seem truly happy to be working there, which is always refreshing.
