Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a new dental office, look no further. It’s a clean facility, friendly staff, and very professional. I had the pleasure of having Tabitha and Dr. Kunelis. They made me few comfortable and Dr. Kunelis explained everything well. I LOVE it here and u will too. This is my new dental office and I’m excited to call them family now.

Dental Hygienist Alyssa, made me feel like I had one of my girl friends cleaning my teeth. Dr.Kunelis made me feel like she really care about the healthcare on my teeth. She'd explain the "Why's" of the work that I needed done to my mouth and Cons. Great place guys, check them out!

Fantastic experience: I went in to interview Dr. Andy to see if we were a good fit. Exceptionally well do we gel. Let's talk about the staff. Smyrna initially spoke with me and she is so welcoming!! It's like we've been knowing each other for years & years. Bridgett, Rosin & Moira add that extra umph to the mix. I couldn't have ask for a better group of people. I feel right at home!!! Fantastic experience: The entire staff is very personable and treats you like a long time family friend. The level of care and attention to detail is unmatched. The hygienist who did my cleaning 6 months ago did me again the other day and remembered to ask me about my vacation I was telling her about and treated me as if she’s known me for decades- something very difficult to find most places. Not only this, but they provide amazing care both inside the mouth and to make their patients feel as comfortable as possible no matter the procedure. Fantastic experience: Went to get my teeth cleaned this morning. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The girl that cleaned my teeth (sorry I can't remember her name) was easy to talk with. She was patient but thorough in her work. I am thankful for Dr Andy and his staff.

From the moment I walked in, Sky, the dental assistant, was incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr. Andy was excellent; he took the time to explain every aspect of the procedure, which made me feel very comfortable. I went in due to severe pain in one of my lower teeth that had been affecting my sleep. Dr. Andy performed a nerve extraction, and I am pleased to report that the entire procedure was painless. I only felt a little pressure, which was completely manageable. I recommend Ridgeway Dental highly enough for their exceptional care and expertise. If you’re looking for a dental practice where you can feel safe and well-informed, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: The staff does so well with my 7 year old daughter. She always get scared coming into her appointments, but they take the time to explain what they’re doing while they’re cleaning her teeth and after a few minutes in the chair she’s back to being relaxed and happy.

Fantastic experience: I cannot believe the level of customer service they displayed towards me and my son. My son needed a wisdom tooth pulled and was in a lot of pain. We are patients of this office. We got to the dentist office at 9 am. They could not pull the tooth and called around all day to find an in network dentist to extract the tooth. They found one and got us a same day 4pm appt. My son was able to get his tooth pulled in a beautiful dentist office that also had great customer service. I’m beyond grateful to the team!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andy is the BEST! He is gentle, kind, & attentive. He takes care of all my dental needs. He makes me feel comfortable as he walks me through every procedure. This is especially important, because I’m terrified of dentists since my childhood experiences. The staff is Remarkable, always friendly. They treat you like family. They also have a great emergency after hours service.

She is so sweet, easy to talk to, gentle yet does a great job on my teeth and is just an overall great person. Dr. Andy is great, but Dr. Kunelis is my girl! Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here! As a first-time patient, they were able to get me in in less than a week and filled my cavity the same day. The Dental Assistant, Tabitha, made me feel super at ease and she was so nice. I have found my new dentist!

Positive experience: Wouldn’t come back again I felt like what I was having done which was a wisdom tooth extraction was not properly explained to me in a way that I felt comfortable and on the date of the appointment all of my questions where met with a feeling of them looking at me in an agitated way or dismissive manor. It resulted in me not getting the extraction done and I was referred to oral surgeon. So all in all I didn’t feel much hospitality and I definitely did not feel reassured by the dentist. I’m sure this is a good practice but just sharing my time there felt really off and I had a bad feeling.

Negative experience: Did not like the experience I had today, I felt ignored and when I asked why can’t they pull my teeth out today, the dentist sent her aid to tell me that she doesn’t feel comfortable doing it, went to another dentist, not the one they recommended, because it was closed, so I found my own, he did great job and it was very fast and very nice , so I would not recommend Ridge dental… I also don’t understand how they have so many 5 star reviews, I’m confused…
