Fantastic experience: I can’t remember the kind woman who cleaned my teeth but for me she was new. I have had a few different hygienist over the years at Dr. Golbecks office and each one has been very kind, accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. I get anxiety anytime I’m at the dentist and always feel uncomfortable, however, each hygienist that I’ve had has been kind and patient with me. Jessica is one of the smiling faces you see when you first walk in and she’s always been very knowledgeable and has helped me save money and plan around my deductibles to basically get more done with my benefits. I have always appreciated her for that. You can’t go wrong with any of the hygienist. The doctor may seem a bit monotone but I assure you he’s knowledgeable, kind and has also been very patient with me (anxiety filled patient over here). I would highly recommend anyone to at least give Dr. Golbeck and his team a shot.

Negative experience: I went here because I chipped my tooth and saw Eric Golbek. He told me there was much more wrong than just a chip and that I needed a porcelain cap. He tried to schedule three different appointments and said it would take over four weeks to get it fixed and put on. I asked for pricing since I’d be paying out of pocket, and after some back and forth, they finally told me it would cost over $1,400. That was stressful and very unexpected... When I looked at the paper and made a loud gulp at the total, the ladies laughed at me. Something felt off, so I went to another dentist for a second opinion the next day and he said everything they told me was wrong! He fixed my tooth with a small filling for $270. He also said that putting on a porcelain cap would have required drilling down my healthy tooth, which would’ve damaged the enamel. They would’ve ended up making more damage on that tooth than there was before.

Fantastic experience: I have relatively bad dental anxiety and everyone here did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and safe. They extracted a tooth for me and checked on the rest of my teeth and walked me through everything I needed done. They helped me set up another appointment for teeth cleaning among other issues to be addressed. I HIGHLY recommend these amazing people. They are truly amazing and trustworthy. Thank you all so much!!

Negative experience: The in person visit was great. But they continued to bill for a follow up that was never completed. Sent to attorney to file a judgement after stating that I didn’t owe the bill since the appointment was never even scheduled!

Fantastic experience: My previous review is below. But my most recent visit was excellent. Tabitha has taken such good care to do excellent cleaning and addressing any questions or needs. I really recommend My Dentist on 71st and 129th (Olive) area in BA. ============= I love my dentist and also literally my dentist and hygienist and the team that works there. I've been going there for nearly 20 years and they have helped me so much. They keep my teeth and gums healthy more than any dentist in the past. My hygienist Tabitha and Hailey are awesome and thorough and gives excellent advice. Dr. Golbeck and His team also have done some bridge work for me and do excellent work beyond normal denistry. I have received several compliments on Dr. Eric Golbeck's work. Their environment is super organized and timely. I really love the music they play in there as it's usually 80s or rock. As expected, it's always very clean. I'm very thankful for them! Just went back today for another cleaning and Tabitha and Dr Goldbeck we're so helpful. I was able to get a variety of health checks and cleaning within 45 minutes. They have a high standard of excellence. I also got a bite issue solved through a good referral from them in the past and have not had the issue since I took that step. Awesome team! Thankful!

Positive experience: Wheelchair access was possible but not easy. Staff were helpful at every occasion when adaptation was needed. Hygienist Stacy was considerate, skillful and accommodating. Another staff member (can’t remember her name) stepped in to solve several wheelchair issues. Overall experience was positive with dental issues addressed and solutions submitted.

Fantastic experience: This office was super friendly and was a great experience. Stacy was extremely nice and did the best job on my teeth EVER. She was quick, thorough and explained everything clearly and helped me understand some very important things about my teeth that no other hygienist has ever done before. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Golbeck for over 4 years now. He has been wonderful along with the office staff. He does a beautiful job on crowns, I even paid cash to have him replace one of the front ones because it looked so bad! Not sure why he didn't opt to do cosmetic dentistry, because few dentists have his talent. I get compliments on my smile and brightness of my teeth frequently. I would recommend him, in fact I have on Facebook several times!

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can be a bit nerve-wracking, but the last time I went, a wonderful woman named 'Q' said she would be doing a few impressions, and I thought; 'What a great idea! What a way to help calm the nerves! A little humor! Bravo to My Dentist!" I sat back in the chair, anxiously waiting to see who she would do... hoping for somebody like Joe Biden ('Listen up. Not a joke. I'm not kidding. C'mon man.') or perhaps Donald Trump ('You have the greatest teeth! The whitest teeth ever! Teeth the likes which nobody has ever seen before!") . ...I waited and waited... then she came in the room and just filled a mouth guard full of gooey goop, shoved it into my mouth and told me to bite on it. Then I realized she was doing an impression of a Dental Hygienist! Not as funny, but at least they are trying! Seriously, we love our dentist (Dr. Golbek) and all of the people that work with him in the office. Fantastic people and fantastic service.

Negative experience: I’ve been to aspen dental, dental depot, and various other dental offices trying to get my teeth fixed and all of the previously stated establishments were able to get my insurance figured out without an issue. These clowns couldn’t even get that part. They thought that I would just pay out of pocket. Incompetent work staff. I don’t have a single nice thing to say about them.

Negative experience: I called 2 weeks prior to get my teeth cleaned and part of my pario maintenance. They were rude and refused to clean my teeth and wanted to charge me $700 and when I asked clean my teeth anyway the gathered around me like their sick version of a intervention. I went to a dentist down the street 2 days later got my teeth cleaned and under $75 to do my maintenance. Shame on you NOT "My Dentist" in Broken Arrow.

Fantastic experience: I went in for my first consult after losing my bridge. First, the front desk was very friendly coming in and going out. The hygienist was very thorough and personable. Which, to me, if the staff isn't all of these things, I dont stay with them. I'm not a fan of a dental office. I'm a fraidy cat. The dentist was very nice and professional. He saw something right off that should have been caught quite awhile ago. To say the least, I am pleased my husband directed me to My Dentist.

Negative experience: FIND another dentistry. Maybe I just caught the receptionist on a bad day but they will severely drop the ball on you. After confirming my “emergency” appointment multiple times, I am told to contact them to reschedule due to conflicts but my two phone calls after and the message I left were never responded to. So when I show up for my appointment, I’m told my appointment is no longer available simply because someone called out. That is not my problem, so I’d be weary of scheduling an appointment online here, as they do not like to honor the software they use, much less communicate appropriately.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at MyDentist! Although I initially had to reschedule my appointment, they were very accommodating, which I really appreciated. I had to get x-rays this visit (which I normally hate), but the dental assistant who took them was so kind and efficient that it wasn’t nearly as bad as I had anticipated. Stacey is the best hygienist I’ve ever been to! I was dealing with tooth and gum sensitivity due to plaque buildup beneath my gum line. While the cleaning itself wasn’t exactly pleasant, Stacey did an amazing job—she was thorough yet mindful of my comfort the entire time. Afterward, she went above and beyond by writing down specific instructions on how to manage my sensitivity, including which active ingredients to look for in toothpaste & mouthwash. She also recommended using a water flosser, which I’ve since incorporated into my routine, and it has helped. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Highly recommend everyone at MyDentist, especially Stacey!

Fantastic experience: I was not an existing client when I called to make an appointment regarding two broken teeth, and was very surprised when they said they could see me the following morning. Everyone, from the front desk to the dental assistant to the dentist herself, was kind and truly empathetic. I am not an easy dental patient, having grown up with military dental technicians, and they made my care and comfort their highest priority. I would highly recommend them for any demographic. Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit to this dental office. I was seen by a different hygienist this time as my dentist was out of office due to illness. Fortunately, this visit was for a cleaning only. The new to me hygienist did an excellent job! She was friendly and More than competent To complete my cleaning. Fantastic experience: The minute you walk into my dentist the front desk ladies greet you with a smile and help you fill a document and then a dentist assistant Kyliegh Ludwig lead you to the examining room while talking to you and and make you feel at home not a dental office at the examining room she takes some X-rays and assure you the doctor will be very shortly that if you need anything let me know and a few second later Dr Eric goldbeck come to the examining room and make you feel you're part of the family and explain few choices for my treatment which was missing teeth after that examination he determined and he offer a choice the best for my condition and I accepted it and I left the place with appointment 2 weeks later to be treated I left with documents regarding the payment and times due to my present financial conditions they allow me to pay monthly payments with 0 interests this generosity make me almost want to cry thank you so much for being human if anyone lucky like me can be treated by these very professional kind doctor's nurses assistance everyone is very nice people go ahead and make appointment

Negative experience: Ran behind 40 min. Came in with pain. Found infection. Sent me to see a specialist and only gave me 1 option that is out of my network. Left in pain nothing done until I see them. Then follow up with my dentist is a month out. Was told just to take Tylenol for pain until I come back. They ran behind so I had to leave due to another appt. I was there for 2 hours

Negative experience: Was very excited to finally be able to get a cleaning for cheap, nope did not happen, just a higher bill and waste of time, quick to hike the price. Disappointed

I was new to this office as of 8 AM this morning when I called in sheer panic after googling symptoms. Everyone, was so kind and reassuring. I mean EVERYONE, office support staff, clinical staff and Dr. Hammond. Now my anxiety is allayed and I have a treatment plan established. I really appreciate the whole team here. I enthusiastically recommend this office to anyone for basic or more extensive needs.

Negative experience: I have been a loyal patient at your practice for several years and have always appreciated the high-quality care I’ve received, particularly from my previous hygienist, who consistently did a thorough job. However, I would like to express my concerns regarding the recent cleanings I’ve had with Jennifer. During my appointment six months ago, the entire hygiene appt took 45 min and not enough time was spent on the actual cleaning but rather the other adjunctive services like X-rays, health history check up, treatment planning, scanning, dental charting, the time with the dentist, which left me questioning how thorough my cleaning could be in such a short amount of time. I also felt somewhat rushed out of the office, and my next appointment, which the doctor recommended, was not scheduled. Despite these concerns, I waited patiently for my next appointment. When I returned for my most recent cleaning, the experience was even more troubling. I was offered an earlier appointment on the day of, but I was unable to accept it due to prior commitments. Once at my scheduled appointment, the entire cleaning process, from the moment I walked into the office until I left, took only 25 minutes!!! To add to my disappointment, I was unable to see Dr. Golbeck, as he was not in the office that day. Given that I have been a long-time patient, I find it concerning that such short appointments may not allow for the level of care I’ve come to expect. A thorough cleaning is essential to maintaining oral health, and I am disappointed with the recent service I’ve received. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and any steps that can be taken to ensure a better experience going forward if I will go back. Thank you for your time and consideration

Positive experience: I needed a tooth pulled and had never been to this Dentist. It was a better experience than I had imagined. The Dentist was great and knew what he was doing and his staff was so nice. So now they really are going to be My Dentist.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr Golbeck after I lost a crown. I was hoping to reseat it & be done, but it was cracked. He offered to make room for me in his schedule & make a temporary crown. Not only did he make a crown, he made 2 in case the first one cracked & I had to replace it before the permanent crown is done. I was impressed with his assistant’s professionalism and kindness to me. Everyone in this office is friendly and willing to help. I felt extremely comfortable being there & am glad he’s my dentist!

Negative experience: The receptionist was sweet and so was the dental assistant but the dentist doesn’t actually check the "cavities" I moved from Oregon about a year ago and had 0 cavities but now I have 6. Now I don't claim to be the best when it comes to my teeth but 6 feels u realistic. They took X-rays but no other forms of checking were made. They really just want to drill into my teeth, I understand things need fixing but I'm 19 and I don't know how many holes in my head I really want right now. I really don't suggest going to this dentist for much more then a cleaning.

Negative experience: Receptionist was completely unprofessiona, judgemental, and rude to myself as well as multiple family members. If you are in pain and can barely speak without pain/bleeding DO NOT go here. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Negative experience: Be cautious, idk if the doctor is still there and can’t remember his name. But 10ish years ago I went here to have 2 front broken teeth taken care of. They decided to do root canals charged me over 1.2k and never finished the job and said it would cost more. Left me in pain during the procedure while drilling away. Messed up one of them and didn’t secure it enough. Well about 2 years ago was just eating a piece of candy and one of them broke in half. Had to go get an emergency extraction. Well today was just opening a packet of ketchup and the other one snapped on half. So now I have no front teeth. Thanks for nothing my dentist and over 1k wasted to be back where I was. What a joke. And that doctor had scared me to where I’ve been afraid of other dentist and now have to have 8k to just get flipping dentures. Here is a picture of there 1K work

Negative experience: I was told my insurance was accepted. Showed up and was told Medicare was accepted. Didn’t have my card so they said they would charge me 59.00 up front, then my insurance would bill them and they would reimburse me. I asked up front for the cost of my procedure, I was told they would explain cost to me in the back. After being seen by dentist they told me I would have to pay for the procedure and they would reimburse me after the insurance paid them. I declined, then they tell me my insurance wasn’t accepted after all. I got stuck with a 59.00 office visit out of my pocket that I can’t be reimbursed for. They should have eaten the fee.

I have the biggest fear of being at the dentist but Analisa made me feel very comfortable and talked to me the entire time. Explained everything to me before she done anything. When I say the best experience ever it truly was.

Negative experience: This office has all the gadgets a dentist's office could ever have, but their examinations are still lacking. They call stains on your teeth cavities without properly examining your teeth to determine if decay is occurring in those locations where stains can be found. A simple use of a dental pick pressing into that location would determine this; if the pick "sticks" then decay is beginning. All their high-end gadgets do not impress me. They said I had 5 cavities and I have not had cavities for decades. This is a money-hungry office that will cost you more than money. Stay away!
