She answered any questions I had. Dr Meyer was also very thorough and professional . Everything is explained to me in a way that makes it easy for me to understand . Their office from the checking in to checking out is always very pleasant and I would recommend their office to anyone looking for a dentist

Fantastic experience: Today’s Family Dental is AMAZING! I haven’t been to the dentist is quite some time but they made me feel so incredibly welcomed. Nicole was my Hygienist and took great care of me. She did an amazing job of cleaning my teeth as well as explaining everything she did step by step so I was aware of what was happening. She was extremely careful in what she did and showed that she genuinely cared for the well being of my teeth. Everyone I interacted with from Nicole, to the dentist Randy, to the front office staff, each were all so sweet and amazing! I have my next cleaning already scheduled and I can’t wait to go back! 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: First off I hadn't been to see my dentist in four years. I called because I was in need of a clearance for a procedure that was coming up very quickly. The front desk got me in within two business days. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I'm terrible remembering names but the technician was so nice and sympathetic to my anxiety about my future procedure. The hygienist was amazing and very thorough. Once again so friendly. Dr Meyer was very approachable. I definitely recommend Today's Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: After 18 years of being a patient at Today’s Family Dental, I said goodbye to the staff. We are moving to another city. We stayed with Today’s Family Dental because we received the best care. Today’s Family Dental feels very comfortable. I still remember my first visit. I was so nervous about going to the dentist, but he reassured me and made me feel safe. After this experience, I added my whole family to the plan. Today’s Family Dental feels like visiting family since the staff hardly changes. I was able to keep up with my hygienist, Nicole, for many years and it’s nice to hear how she and her loved ones are doing. I hope I can find another dentistry as good and kind as Today’s Family Dental!

It was pretty much painless and one day later I’m really not even hurting. I found my permanent dentist. I highly recommend these people.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! I had to have a double root canal. I was extremely nervous about getting it done, but the dentist & dental assistant calmed me down throughout the entire procedure. They even called me the next morning to check to see how I was feeling. The lady at the discharge desk assisted me with care credit to pay for the procedure with 0% interest. They truly care & go above & beyond for their patients!

Negative experience: Attention: Paul Maupin, DDS Randall D. Meyer, DDS I have been a patient at Today's Family Dental for many years and so has husband Larry Whaley. We saw the Dentist and Dental assistant at least twice yearly for over 20 years. My husband and I had an appointment today (June 24, 2025). My appointment was to start at 9:45am and My husband was scheduled at approximately 10:45am. We arrived at 9:30am. I am 89 years old and have macular degeneration which leaves me with no close up vision. The receptionist told me I had to fill out an application which was three pages long. In all the years I have been treated at this facility I have kept my information updated and there have been no changes to my allergies or medications in since my last visit. Because of my poor eyesight I explained my difficulty in seeing the form to the receptionist. She said I must complete the forms before they would see me. Another patient heard the conversation and offered to fill the form out for me. She was called for her appointment before she could start the form. My husband who is elderly also and must use a walker started filling the form out for me. He was called to take the 9:45 appointment . He became upset at the way the receptionist was treating me and we gave her back the papers and we left the office for the last time. What a shame others in the waiting room had to see how we were being ignored by this receptionist and commented that they did not blame us for leaving. She could have at least updated my chart knowing I could not even see the form. I did not get her name but she was the only one checking patients in and treated us with such a non caring attitude. After more than twenty years of coming for treatment at least twice yearly she could have at least offered a little assistance. We have several friends who having heard how badly we were treated will not be returning to your clinic as well as our family members.

Katie also made suggestions of what I can do to control stains on my teeth. I could not ask for a more professional hygienist. She is always friendly and caring. Negative experience: I was in the clinic for around 3 hours as a new client to get my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was great, the dentist not so much. I would not return or reccomend. Office was clean, equipment was new.

Positive experience: I went in to make an adjustment on my partial. It was fine but not expected to be there that long for other things. Treated very well

Fantastic experience: Kindness and compassion go a long way, and that is what I received today from all staff. As I was in the torture chair with Dr. Meyer sitting over me, tears were welling up not because I was in pain but because frankly, the dentist office is an intimating and scary place for me. Dr. Meyer asked me if I was okay. It was not about the words. It was the way he said it. It was as if he genuinely cared, which made tears well up even more. I was doing good, actually, but the drill is always a scary thing for me. The point of my lengthy review is that if you need a dentist, this is the place to visit. All staff, including the front office clerk, dental assistant, and dental hygenist Katie, treated me with the utmost respect and again with kindness and compassion. Thank you for my visit. I will be spreading the word.

Negative experience: I went to this clinic to get a simple cleaning (I have insurance) I ended up being quoted for a deep cleaning thinking this price of $150 was for my entire mouth. I received a call the day of the cleaning asking if I wanted to get both right and left side clean and atp I’m confused because I was under the impression that the money I was going to pay WAS for my entire mouth the lady on the phone said it was just for my right side and I’m shocked because why would I pay $150 for JUST THE RIGHT SIDE!!!! I then told her to cancel the appointment due to me about to have surgery to prevent getting cancer down the road. Cool she canceled the appointment days later I get a bill in the mail for $54 saying “per phone conversation” and I’m tea upset because 1st NOBODY TOLD ME I WOULD GET A BILL FOR A PHONE CONVERSATION OR CANCELLING AT THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO PAY FOR A PARTIAL CLEANING IF YALL CAN CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT AT THE LAST MINUTE I SHOULD BE ABLE TO CANCEL AT THE LAST MINUTE IF YALL ARE TELLING ME SOME THING THAT I FEEL LIKE IS CRAP NOT TO MENTION THAT APPOINTMENT WOULD HAVE THEN BEEN $300 WHO HAS $300 TO THROW AWAY LAST MINUTE WHEN WITH MY INSURANCE THE CLEANING SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED DON’T GO HERE THEY WILL BILL YOU FOR WHATEVER THEY WANT AND NOT TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEMS YOU REALLY HAVE 0 STARS!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a stroke and brain surgery. I survived but I still have an affected side and under stress my speech is affected. Today’s Family Dental associates have always treated me like the survivor I am. They are all so very kind and extremely patient. Not the kind that you get trained to be to just pick up a paycheck but the genuine human compassion and consideration that lives in someone’s soul and that’s only determined by the size of there hearts. I consider myself very lucky to find this place filled with earth angels.

Negative experience: Todays Family Dental, my experience immediately upon trying to make them my dentist was to experience problems between them and my insurance company is what they told me and expected me to pay the difference as they stated they werent getting paid, come to find out they got paid and kept the $180.00 I gave in good faith after paying more than I was supposed to and found out after talking to my insurance which told me to only pay 20 Percent of the bill and that they had overcharged me and owed me monies and on top of that they never let me know my insurance company did in fact pay what they were supposed to and were told by someone in the office I said to keep it which I didnt and to use it on other things, they werent going to even let me know they owed me money but when I found out from my insurance and confronted them they sent me the last 40 they handt spent. In addition I discovered they were double charging me and the insurance company as I paid cash for a product that was supposed to help me which cost 200.00 and they billed the insurance company also. I immediately requested my 40 and will never go back. Dont get me wrong all the people werent this way as the higenist didnt have anything to do with what happened in the office and there was one young lady in the office that when I spoke to her was always extremely honest however when I spoke to the manager about the situation she apparently didnt know about what was going on and when I let her know she didnt seem surprised, not apologetic.

Fantastic experience: I just had my teeth cleaned again. As usual, Dr. Myer and staff were great to work with. Katy was my hygienist. This was my first time having Katy. She was very pleasant and did a thorough cleaning.

Negative experience: Why does this practice have such a big turn over in dentists?? They are down to one dentist again. My sweet dentist retired, then my kind dentist quit. Dentist I saw was nice, hope he doesnt get overworked and run.
