Fantastic experience: Last Friday, was my first visit to BayView Dental Arts and the experience was outstanding. Dr. Hedgepath and his assitant Amanda took great care of me with my crown. Dr. Hedgepath is very professional and friendly; they made sure I was comfortable and without nervious. They spent the necessary time for my new crown. Very friendly staff including follow up with a call after the procedure. Kharren provided me all the information that I needed;. The service is great!. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and always greatly thorough and professional all around. Including follow up calls after any procedures. Etc. ****** I had an emergency situation where a very old crown actually shattered into pieces over a few days and I called in on Friday and I was in the office in a couple of hours. My regular dentist Dr. Hedgepath was out of the office but Dr. Hussy and staff were exceptional and I walked out with a new crown that almost immediately felt just like a regular tooth. Even though this was an emergency situation it was rapidly handled with poise and professionalism. Only possible negative was a little mismatch in the shade of white but I'm sure staff willbe able to rectify next regular visit.

Fantastic experience: Im new to the area and was very happy to find a dental care provider with great reviews that was accepting new patients. I was able to get a very fast appointment for an initial exam and cleaning. It was very easy to find the office with easy parking. From the second I walked through the door, I felt like a long time patient. Everyone is extremely nice, helpful and made me feel very comfortable. The visit was very comprehensive and professional. As an older person, I've been to a number of dentists over the years and this staff is at the top of my list.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at BayView Dental Arts was very friendly and accommodating. From the time I entered their office the ladies at the front desk offered me a drink and snack and greeted me with a smile. Cami, my hygienist did an awesome job. She was very patient, thorough and caring during the entire cleaning, and was very informative with any questions or concerns I had. My teeth have never been healthier. They truly go above and beyond to provide the highest level of service to their patients. They are the Ritz Carlton of dental practices. My appointment began with a thorough teeth cleaning by Lucinda, the hygienist, who was not only gentle but incredibly meticulous. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and she took the time to explain everything she was doing. After the cleaning, I met with Dr. Rodriguez for a consultation. She was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to listen to all of my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients and their comfort. First, the thorough, patient, and professional hygienists, dental assistants & the support staff make everything go so smoothly. I am so grateful have found Dr. Rodriguez. Fantastic experience: Absolute nicest and most friendly dental office I've been to.

Negative experience: I went in for a routine cleaning - that ended up costing me $500. Had high expectations, but felt like a lot of information was left out. I was told my dental insurance was covered at this practice, but what they didn't tell me was that I had to pay the cost out of pocket first and get reimbursed by my dental insurance. Months later, my dental insurance "reimbursed" me for a small fraction of the overall cost. Staff was very friendly, but they are very pushy on the cosmetic services and took a very long time. Not the dental practice for me.

Fantastic experience: From the moment my husband and I enter Bayview Dental, we enjoy a very friendly and professional experience. It starts with a friendly greeting as we enter including an offer of a cold drink. Tasha, the hygienist, is always very thorough and efficient starting with an overall exam, gum tissue assessment, followed by a thorough cleaning. Dr Rodriguez followed up with an oral cancer examination, as well as thorough oral examination. Dr Rodriguez mentioned a couple of areas to watch. It is my experience that Bayview does not sell treatment but takes a conservative approach to care, suggesting and explaining necessary procedures. We have been patients of Bayview for many years, and will continue to be treated by Bayview Dental.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental office from the incredible dentist, Dr. Rodriguez and her assistant to the team of schedulers and managers behind the scenes, especially super kind Lisa. Everyone was so caring, helpful and genuine. I needed emergency treatment for a lost crown. I got an appointment for later that same day, arrived fifteen minutes late due to unavoidable circumstances and they still honored my treatment past 5:30. Got a beautiful new crown from start to finish in less than two hours. The office is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the marina, with binoculars to use while waiting for your state of the art crown to be made. The procedure was so easy with noise canceling headphones and spa music. And Dr Rodriguez and her assistant did an amazing job. So supportive, personable and fun to talk with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Couldn’t have been happier from start to finish!

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to go to BayView Dental Arts in 2023 when I broke a veneer - on one of my front two teeth - needless to say 'not pretty'. The same thing just happened to me on the other front tooth! So of course I contacted them again and they got me in for the same day - SO GRATEFUL!! I was back to normal in just a few hours.
