My dentist, Dr. Collin’s was incredible—skilled and caring. The entire office staff was so friendly and accommodating, making a stressful situation feel completely manageable. Fantastic experience: So pleased that I was able to book a same day appointment online. Shortly after I got a call from one of their staff asking about my concerns. Filled in all the forms before arriving. Got in the chair right on time. Dr Collins removed a problematic crown, which is exactly what I wanted, and had been talked out of by another dentist office visited a few months ago. There was no up sale, no trying to talk me out of what I knew I wanted, just straight up FIVE STAR CARE. I’ve never been the type to see a dentist on a regular basis, but from my experience I definitely will be back for preventative care. Negative experience: If you don’t mind a bit of pain, frustration, and poor communication, this might be the place for you. I went in as a first-time patient for an exam and cleaning. The doctor recommended a bridge procedure that cost nearly $3,000. I agreed and they started the same day. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. The technician who took me back never introduced herself and barely spoke to me. I was there for about five hours and left feeling uneasy. Four days later, my mouth was still in a lot of pain — my gums were swollen and irritated. I’ve had two other bridges before, so I knew something wasn’t right. When I looked closer, I noticed what looked like a string under my gums. I went back in and was told that the tech had accidentally left foreign material (two layers of string) under my gums that should have been removed before placing the temporary bridge. I was understandably upset — the pain and swelling could have been avoided. They removed the bridge, but the tech grabbed my gums while taking it out, making things worse. The doctor agreed that my gums were irritated and inflamed and apologized, saying it was unacceptable. The manager also came in and promised that service would improve. A day and a half later, my temporary bridge fell out while I was talking at work. When I went back (missing work again), they told me this “sometimes happens,” especially if gums are inflamed — which, of course, was caused by the earlier mistake. When I finally went in for my permanent bridge, I mentioned that I had been in pain but hadn’t called because of how poorly I’d been treated. The tech admitted that my temporary bridge hadn’t been placed correctly. I asked to speak with the manager again, but I was told that there was nothing more they could do for me other than add a free fluoride treatment every six months. After everything — the pain, multiple visits, lost work time, and lack of accountability — I would not recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Went cause I had a lot of pain on my right side of my mouth and the lady who took me to the room was the most helpful sweet woman I have ever encountered in a Dr's office I mean she was so kind friendly and so good at her job too. The Dr was great he came in told me what the problem was and gave me my opinions and he ended up pulling two molers out. He did it so fast it was great and he was right the pain did stop as soon as the molers were out. He was friendly too. Thank you guys, you guys are great.

Fantastic experience: This is such a great dental office! Our hygienist Cam does a great job - he is a household name since my adult kids and my husband go to him as well. Their technology is amazing! They actually showed me the tooth that is forming a crack where the filling is. They have been watching it for a couple of cleanings. Of course they gave me the option but rather than risk having to have a root canal, I am going to move forward with a crown - although not the news I wanted to hear - the professionalism of Dr. Klement and Cam = amazing plus the gal at the front desk Kristy explained my benefits and my options so well. All three of them were actually fun and kind - That goes a long way. Thank you! See you soon!

Fantastic experience: Incredible!! Never laughed that much at a dentist office. Only treat you for problems that are necessary, no annoying up sales being thrown at you. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Negative experience: Scammers ! Tried to charge me $3000 for one tooth!!!!!!!!!! to get fixed financial options provided are honestly a joke and they tried to tell me I can pay the 3000 today and they can start it right now. Don’t waste your time with their free exam scam

Fantastic experience: I had to do an emergency walk in because my left side of face was swollen because of an infected tooth. The staff was super friendly from the time I walked in there until I left.... Dr. Collins and Skyler were very professional and understood my concerns of being nervous about getting not one but two teeth pulled. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!!!! So happy to be out of pain and on the way to recovery.

Negative experience: My wife and I were patients here for a few years. In that time, we saw both Dr. Klement and Dr. Foshee. My wife was treated with very little respect or patience when working through a difficult situation with a root canal. She actually came home and cried after a visit because of how dismissive Dr. Klement was. He insensitively told her that the primary option was a bridge then begrudgingly referred her to an Endodontist. She had to press for the referral. He seemed to think it was a waste of time. The Endodontist was much more compassionate and was able to resolve her issue by redoing her root canal. Certainly a better move than resorting to a bridge first considering a bridge requires you to grind down to perfectly good teeth. I needed to have a crown two months ago. I came in for a 3pm appointment to do the crown prep. Dr. Foshee came in and ground my tooth down in a hurry. The hygienist cemented a temporary crown and they sent me on my way in under 45 minutes. Over the next two weeks, I needed to take advil almost around the clock to deal with the pain. They cemented my new crown on and attempted to adjust my bite without numbing. I had to get up and pace due to the pain. There were many times throughout the process where I asked if there should be so much pain and each time my concerns were brushed off. I can honestly say it was the worst experience with a dentist I’ve ever had. Frustrated, I decided to see a new dentist a couple of weeks later who was able to adjust my bite quickly with no pain. They were appalled at the work by Dr. Foshee and team. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My experience at this dental clinic has been the best experience at any clinic I've been to in my 25 years of life. From their savings plan for people with no insurance to how quick they where able to get me in for a consultation. Ive always dealt with terrible anxiety but I was treated for it in office and had an amazing experience with Dr.Foshee. I would without a doubt recommend this dental office to anyone needing any type of dental work. I was made felt comfortable and everything was very well explained to me. 10/10 to everyone at Klements Family Dental.

I had Cam this time and he was very efficient and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Clement is a very good dentist. He put in two new crowns for me and they worked wonderfully, my night guard even works without adjustment. He has a good sense of humor and puts you at ease. The office has all the newest technology and business practices. It's a pleasure. I would highly recommend Klement family dental office.

Fantastic experience: This was an emergency appointment I’m so grateful to have been able to have a crown that fell off be perfectly bonded back on. Not only did this talented dentist bond the crown she adjusted my bite by thinning the interior of of the crown. The dentist made this experience a very pleasant one as did her dental assistant. Kudos also for having a new client discount which I’ll take advantage of in the next few weeks.

Fantastic experience: My first visit; I was referred by my sister in law after a not great experience with a different dentist. The office staff are very nice. They greeted me right away with friendly smiles. I was having some anxiety but everyone I encountered was so calm and nice it made my anxiety melt away. Paige and Dr. Cameron Collins make a dream team. Their communication with myself and each other was more than professional. I felt at ease asking questions during my consultation and they were able to fit me into their schedule for same day procedure. My tooth feels much better and I will be back for more deep cleanings from their tech because my teeth have not looked so pretty in years. Can’t thank them enough for a great experience!!

Fantastic experience: Had the most professional wisdom tooth removal of my life. The dentist had my wisdom tooth out in under 5 minutes after numbing me, with no pain at all. This was 6 hours ago, and I’m still pain free. It’s as if it didn’t even happen. My last removal was so long and painful, and this shocked me at the ease and painlessness! The woman who helped me throughout the process was extremely kind and informative too. Wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: Routine check up. Was trying to get in for a sooner appointment and they called to offer me sooner which worked with my schedule. They took some x-rays which are quick and easy. Love the strawberry tooth paste and the watermelon fluoride. Dr Collins did my exam and the hygienist Ali did my cleaning. Great duo. They used a cool camera to check on my teeth.

When I voiced my concern, he responded with defensiveness rather than professionalism. As an aspiring dental professional, the experience left a lasting impression. Fantastic experience: I had been looking for a dentist for over a year and an emergency brought me to Klement Family Dental. One of my teeth started bleeding at the gum line and I started looking around for a dentist who could see me on short notice. I called them late morning and by mid afternoon was in a dental chair. Fantastic experience: Klement Family Dental is the absolute best dental practice around! I had been up most of the night in excruciating pain with a tooth ache. They open 7, and they immediately worked me into the schedule for an emergency root canal and crown. The whole experience from start to finish was flawless. Every sweet person I came in contact with was kind, well informed and professional. Dr Geraghty was kind and knowledgeable. Paige was by my side the whole way through and Dr Stephen Klement, he stole the show! He preformed my root canal and I was shocked at his tenderness and care. He was gentle and thorough. A quiet man focused solely on his patient. If I ever need another emergency root canal I will be calling on Dr Stephen Klement and Klement Family Dental. If you are in need of a dentist RUN don’t walk to Klement Family Dental. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Today’s dental visit at Klement was as exceptional as the first. The office staff was so friendly, inviting and reassuring. Caroline, hygienist, was fantastic. Positive experience: We like Klement because they have evening and weekend hours and they have a lot of stuff. However, it’s annoying that not only do you need to review every form, every visit but that the input devices don’t work.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommend this fine establishment to anyone who needs dental services. No better dental staff in the city. Caroline the RDH is such a joy. Friendly, efficient, and very skilled. Dr Klement is friendly, funny, and professional. As someone with no dental insurance, I have been hesitant to get anything done. Klement is affordable for those who are cash pay, they even have an in house plan to cover bi-annual cleaning and exams at a very affordable price.
