Fantastic experience: I went in for my cleaning with Mercedes, and as always, she did an amazing job! I did have a little issue with a tooth and was nervous since my usual dentist wasn’t in. I saw Dr. Westby instead, and I have to say—5/5! He did a full jaw, neck, and tongue exam, which no other dentist has ever done for me. He made me feel very comfortable, and the numbing shot was completely painless. Erica, his assistant, was also super nice and kept checking on me throughout the filling. Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic dentist. They found a crack in my tooth that two other dentists could not see. They did an amazing job on my cap for the tooth that had a crack in it. This is the first cap that I didn't have to have adjusted many different times. The customer service is fantastic, from the front desk to the doctor.

Fantastic experience: Had a NP appt to establish care. The Office is very nice & modern. The Office staff are very nice & welcoming. I saw Jessica Villalobos, DDS and she was very nice, professional & took time to fully explain concerns she had for my dental health and answered all my questions. The checkout staff provided detailed cost of procedures I needed to have & breakdown of my insurance coverage which was nice knowing or amount expected ahead of time that I would be responsible for prior to scheduling next appt & they do offer payment plan options if needed. I was very pleased with my visit here & totally recommend this dental practice for all your dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I entered my consultation appt one whole month earlier than what was actually booked and the office was so incredibly kind and squeezed me in for an appt when I showed up. They were so efficient and helpful and I couldn’t have been more thankful to the entire staff for being such a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic experience: Every time I come to the office, I am very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of everybody in the place. The folks always make you feel comfortable and welcome and I really have never had that with any other dentist before.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere was very calm, the rooms feel open and clean . I felt heard and appreciated the effort made to combat my natural anxious state. The service was well done( I got a crown, they make them there, very convenient don’t have to wait to get a permanent). The price for me was reasonable (I’m sure this varies with insurances) . They are very communicative , before , after and during the process. They have care card opportunities, but they don’t have a payment plan option, that’s probably the only downfall. Now to see the longevity of it.

Fantastic experience: This is the office you want! This is hands down the most friendly and welcoming office I have ever been in. That experience is only 2nd to the quality of care they provide. I have had cleanings, chip repairs and a more extensive work done and it was the best experience I have ever had. While getting cavities drilled is an unpleasant experience they made me feel very comfortable and I have had no extenuating issues from work they have done. 15/10!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth fall out approximately 8:05 AM this morning. I called Desert dentistry and the young lady who answered the phone, told me she could get me in to see Dr. V at 10 AM. Upon examination, Dr. V determined it was an extremely old crown that would need replacement. I expected that she would patch me up and get me out of there and I would have to come back to complete the procedure later date and time. To my pleasant surprise, she said that she would continue forward, however it would take an another 1.5 or so hours to get it done. To which I said absolutely, let’s move forward. She had me out of there by 12:30, and that included allowing me to step outside for a 30 minute teams call, for work. I can’t see enough about Dr. V (Villalobos) and Dr. Mayorga. They are always so personable, professional, and very accommodating throughout the years I have been going there

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rewan Zineldine was great. She was gentle, caring and really took care of my procedure. Her assistant for the day also really took care of me. Really happy and grateful. Staff are always welcoming with their greeting and smiles.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing, friendly and efficient team! Desert Dentistry is the place to go If you need urgent or ongoing care for your teeth. Dr. Keagan Westby is pleasant, informative and most importantly a perfectionist when it comes your care. Had two badly cracked molars, called the office 7am the next morning, was onboarded and in a chair by 8:30. Dr. Westby saved both molars and I was out of the office by 11 with two temporary crowns and no discomfort. Tina, you were amazing too! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This provider holds a higher standard of elite service and care; based on restorative procedure to eliminate pain. Dr. Villalobos is certainly a proven specialist is her DDS field. Works proficiently showing regards to the patient throughout the procedure. Dr. Villalobos models high standards in every process she is extremely tenaciously detailed towards the best outcome for the patient while striving for perfection in the interests of the patients. This was the first time I’ve had care from a dental association where there is absolutely no pain during the procedure. The staff of doctors and supporting staff are all specialist in the area of service they provide. Everyone is very uplifting, positive, supportive with high standards with attention to detail creating an atmosphere of comfort and trust to the patient.

Fantastic experience: Erika and Dr.Z did an amazing job taking care of me and making sure I was comfortable. Nothing but good things to say about Desert Dentistry and all of the people that work there!

Negative experience: I have had most good experiences coming here for maybe around 6/7 years now. I really like all of the staff, very friendly and kind. I really like April she is very delicate and good as a hygienist, the way i prefer the experience to be. My appts are always pretty quick whether i’m going for a cleaning or fillings etc .. This particular day I came in for an appt due to severe tooth pain, was advised good X-rays were not able to be completed and also was not too clear on how I should approach how to fix my tooth issue. More details could have been provided around what could or couldn't happen depending on the type of service I decided to go with to repair my tooth. I also was not pleased with the assistant that helped me this day and she also gave different advice than the Dr I seen and brushed it off like it didn't matter INSTEAD of going to further clarify the discrepancy. I was referred to a specialist based on what I decided to move forward at the time with the little info given to me. Specialist actually gave a pretty different perspective that my Dr. and more details around what suggestions I can go with and the possible outcome for each. This specialist office was also able to perform X-rays and was able to capture with more current technology device, which made things much easier and wayyy less painful for me! This specialist was not the person who would be performing my tooth repair, but still went above and beyond to give his opinion and options and beyond. I am not pleased with Desert Dentist after going for somewhere around 6/7 years to say the least!!!!

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with these people on October 24 2023 ,I had been going there for years before pandemic. I waited months for this appointment on February 1, 2024, mind you I live 45 miles away and braved an hour and a half traffic. I get to my appointment 15 minutes early check in and the First Lady is having issues so another takes over and states that I don’t have an appointment.I show her the email confirmation saying it was setup and the she stated that it was cancelled because I have a balance. I said what I pay in full every time and ask is this the full amount and they would always say yes.I made sure to pay I specifically get an FSA card for all my medical bill payments . I said I didn’t get the calls when did they call she couldn’t give me any dates times just stated that they called. I said when is the bill from I haven’t been here in 4 years she said right and we tried to collect last year. I stated that I would pay the 60 now but they would need to figure out my appointment, it shouldn’t have been cancelled and I should have been told about the balance at the time . I asked why didn’t they tell me she says oh they may missed a pop up. This is priceless I told her I would pay the money she says they don’t have it anymore as they sent it to collections. Also that the Doctor i assume the one I only came here to see jessica Villalobos said I can never be a patient again because of the bill I was not aware of .so if you are ever looking for a dentist office this is not the one. Ruthless and shameless with horrendous customer service skills.

For my appointment on 11/13, I arrived 5 minutes early, checked in and was called for my appointment exactly on time. Although this was a routine cleaning and check up, the hygienist was friendly and went right to work. The doctor did a quick review and I was out in less than an hour. I recommend Desert Dentistry for your dental needs.

Even when the staff was short, due to sickness, they still kept my appointment, and the dentist herself did my hygiene work. The facility is clean, comfortable, and as bright as the smiles that work there. Location is convenient as well right off the 10 on Chandler rd. We just moved to Phoenix, and can truly say we found our dentist office.

Negative experience: Greedy greedy dentist. I had an appointment for cleaning but I am a single mom and my toddler has been sick and sent to a specialist. So I called that day and rescheduled I thought the appointment would work but my son had an outbreak in hives and I had to go get him from daycare. They dentist called me and I apologized and said I forgot. They said I can reschedule but it would be a $50 charged. I said never mind I will go somewhere else. They then bill me for $50 today. When I called the receptionist said “well you didn’t tell us what was going on just that you forgot” well I didn’t realize I need to share my life business it was my first actual “missed” appointment. She’s like well you will have to talk to my manager about this. Just a greedy company. So apparently I will have to show documentation for a missed dentist appointment or pay a fee.

Dr Zineldine took the time to talk to me about the risks of the procedure and encouraged me to get a second opinion before going through with it. Fantastic experience: Very caring and thoughtful. I was able to consult with Dr Villalobos and we both came up with a plan. It felt more like a partnership which made me feel comfortable. Dr Villalobos is very gentle and skilled. You can tell she takes pride in her work. The front office was also very kind and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Back when the pandemic hit I decided to make a lot of changes and tackle some major insecurities I had. My smile being one of the biggest ones. I went "boot camp" and started everything back at 0. A co-worker of mine goes here, so I decided to give it a shot. I hadn't went to a dentist in years due to lack of income/insurance plus bad experiences at previous ones. To start, amazingly friendly staff. I never had any issues the 2+ years I've gone here. Extremely clean and organized. Given the amount of dental work I needed, I'm pretty sure I had work done with every Dr there too and they are all great! I've had wisdom teeth pulled, gum procedures, root canal, crowns, fillings, veneers, other cosmetics, etc. Every procedure was a breeze and extremely comfortable. Near the end of the journey, my last stop before finishing my Invisalign to get my retainers, was a redo of an old crown and a couple of veneers. They understood that I didn't have deep pockets to commit to a lot of veneers and I told them I didn't care about a perfect Hollywood smile, I just wanted something I could be happy with. Let me tell you though, the final results EXCEEDED my expectations. I never thought I would have a smile like I have now and it was totally worth the journey so far. They all have been amazing and worked with me every step of the way, even financially. I'm forever grateful to all the staff there and of course will be still going for cleanings, etc! Fantastic experience: Brooke was absolutely amazing! She took her time while cleaning my teeth and gave me several tips to help keep my teeth healthy. She also advocated my needs, making me feel seen and heard. I would absolutely recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I love going to this dentist office. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone! All of the staff is very kind, competent, and professional. There is never a long wait which is so rare these days in a doctor/dentist office. Their customer service is unmatched. I am very glad I found desert dentistry.

Fantastic experience: No one likes going to the Dentist but this one is the best I've found. Everyone is upbeat and accommodating. Have recommended many people who needed better service to Desert Dentistry and they are all satisfied and still with them. I've been loyal customer since 2005, when they were in a different location about a half mile away, and will continue with them for as long as they'll have me. :)

Negative experience: My first experience was great they made me feel so welcomed. Unfortunately afterwards it kept going downhill. I’d schedule my next appointment 6 months in advance every time and every time the week of my appointment they’d reschedule me. I rescheduled a few times hoping it was the only time and to not have to deal with finding a new dentist. Next 6 months roll around and same thing. I understand stuff come up but when I scheduled an appointment 6 months ago for September and the new appointment you want to give me is in November that’s a little much. I let them know I was disappointed in this and felt like I should just look for another dentist now; in return I got Zero sympathy I was told okay that sounds good. Felt so un valued.

Fantastic experience: I love my dentist and all the staff at Dessert Dentistry. I have never been waiting longer than 5 minutes for any cleaning or any dental work. Appointment times always work for with my schedule. Everyone is helpful, efficient, and very friendly. Highly recommend all there but especially Dr. V!

Front office staff were super friendly, the dental tech let me know everything they were going to do, and the dentist was friendly and efficient providing me with great options! I love this place (if you can say that about a dentist)!!! 3/15/22 - I’ve changed my mind on dental visits and no longer dread them! The front office staff was awesome as always, especially Adrienne! The hygienist Sian was awesome an Vanessa took great care getting me prepped and ready for Dr Villalobos who, ask always, was awesome! The dentist is a great place to be if you listen and follow the treatment plan they have! I trust the team at DD and trust is everything

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing unlike any dental office I have been to. You can definitely tell it's coming from top. The staffff always treats you warmly and welcomes you in. No matter who passes you they smile and ask how you are feeling. The hygienist are knowledgeable and gentle. I have had horrible experiences in the past with pain and carelessness. This never happens here. I actually had my first time where numbing itself was painless. I am 50 this has never happened before coming here. If you are looking for a place that actually cares about you then you need to visit here. This is forward looking operation that is investing in new and improved technology not stuck in the way things are always done.

Fantastic experience: Again the Desert Dentistry, had a comfortable environment and good spirited people. This is very important in sustaining a desirable feeling in returning. It eliminates the fear of going to the dentist. Kudos, to the dental hygienist who took care of me, very thorough, and appears to be passionate of her work, as well as considerate to the patient.
