Fantastic experience: Great customer service..I thought I was gone be late. They made it their business to still see us. From the receptionist all the way to the back no problems oh and they actually CARE! I waited less than 3 mins to go in the back and waited less than 2 mins to be seen! This was awesome to me we was in and out! He perfomed 2 fillings less than 20 mins. I’m not going to nobody but them..they also come to Wiggins and I didn’t even know that so u know I made that switch. I strongly recommend them!

My daughter was nervous about getting a root canal, but the staff made her feel so comfortable. Dr. Nichols was very thorough, and performed the procedure with confidence and attention to detail. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was giving some time to think on rather or not I wanted a root canal or tooth extraction without feeling pressured to do one or the other. Fantastic experience: I was in desperate and in need of a dentist to restore my 2 front teeth which were temporary. I hoped it would last until my permanent partial, but it didn’t!! I bit down on a soft tart and the 2 front temporary teeth came out, my bad. I called the Hattiesburg dental office and explained my dilemma. Dr Nichols had one opening at 10am and I took it. I left as soon as I could as I live 98 miles from the office. I was 15 minutes late. They called me right back to one of the rooms and I waited only a few minutes before Dr Nichols came back to see me, I explained my dilemma. She replaced the 2 temporary teeth….they look great! Thank you Dr Nichols that I can smile again. I recommend her, Dr Garner and the entire staff to any and everyone ! Dot Autrey

Fantastic experience: After having a pretty bad experience at another dentist in town I was hesitant and nervous to go back to the dentist. Thankfully I had a great experience at Garner Nichols. They were efficient, kind and honest. I got a regular cleaning (after being told previously by someone else that i needed a full deep cleaning - which I didn’t) and I left with my teeth feeling great and they even look whiter! I’m really happy to not be anxious to go back to the dentist anymore.

Fantastic experience: Garner Nichols staff was absolutely wonderful from the initial phone call all the way to scheduling the procedure after consultation. Dr. Nichols was very compassionate towards my teenager and was very thorough in developing a treatment plan and explanation of fees. She made sure to cover everything, answered questions and made him feel at ease. Her kindness, wealth of knowledge and professionalism is top tier! I truly believe we've found THE perfect match!

Fantastic experience: The office is very pretty and clean and Dr. Burke is always very friendly and always asks how you’re doing when you’re in the chair. I have high anxiety but he made me very comfortable. I will of course be going there again and I will refer others as well. Overall, great experience!

Fantastic experience: I called around 8am this morning because I was having extreme pain in my tooth. They quickly got me in for an appointment at 9:30 and I honestly wasn't expecting that. It was a great experience from start to finish. I received the best care and it didn't take forever. I ended up needing my wisdom tooth removed after xrays. Dr. Garner did an amazing job even though my tooth gave him a little trouble. He was very pleasant and all the staff was as well. Would definitely recommend!

It’s was a painless and quick experience and they went ahead and filled my tooth at the same appointment! You couldn’t even tell anything was ever wrong with the tooth. My dentist was Dr. Burke. All staff were very friendly, and I definitely recommend this place.

Even though I’d never been there, I stopped in for advice and the dentist saw me and took care of the problem for me, I was surprised, but very pleased with their prompt attention to my needs. They have always been able to accommodate my ever-changing schedule and have never had to wait long to for an appointment availability or have to wait to be seen. I am in and out under 30 minutes every time I have had a scheduled bi-annual teeth cleaning. Great service and an amazing staff. While Dr Nichols my dentist, I have also seen both of her partners, Dr. Ellzey and Dr Garner and have always enjoyed them as well.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing staff! My son who is 16 had been having pain with wisdom teeth coming it for about 3 days! This dentistry was able to get him in within a day to see him and help him! Others were not able to get him in soon enough for our issue with his pain level! Thank you for helping us and him!
