Fantastic experience: Dr. Vikram Gandhi is very well respected and excellent dental surgeon. Everyone on his team is very well trained and respects everyone. Dr. Gandhi listened to my dental problem and concerns very calmly and did excellent treatment. He listened to all my questions and answered every single question. I highly recommend Dr. Vikram Gandhi for Dental implants and Periodontics. Office reception area is very clean and pleasant. Reception staff is also very nice and courteous. Treatment rooms are very neat, clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone needing dental work.

Negative experience: To begin with, I was talked rudely to by some young disrespectful girl. While trying to explain myself about an earlier call from someone representing the Firewheel Dental Implant business, Taylor commenced to talking over me and threatened to hang up on me when I spoke up and told her to stop talking over me. I would never give thousands of dollars to a business who allows their employees to be rude to potential clients. And when I brought this to the office manager Ariel’s attention, she attempted to just brush it off as a misunderstanding and asked that we just move forward. This just let me know that Taylor will be allowed to keep being rude to potential and established clients. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Positive experience: I think Diana or Stephanie was the receptionist who helped me do my paperwork fast and she was awesome! Great energy! Aisha was my dental assistant she was very kind and reassuring! Made me forget my tooth was hurting. Dr. Harvey reminded me my tooth hurt and his attitude was a little annoying but in his defense I was a last minute appointment and I think my unfamiliarity with what a periodontist was could have been a big part of it. But in the future I do suggest you don't walk away from patients trying to explain something to you.. some people can consider that to be rude. Try to avoid being dismissive or condescending when you talk. And do a little better job of making sure your patients feel heard or understood. I'm sure that will improve your business success substantially! And be very grateful to the support staff they are the only reason I'm not giving a bad rating. Thank you...

Negative experience: First, I want to acknowledge that the staff has been very kind. I recently had a consultation that led to the recommendation of a couple of procedures. Upon leaving, I was informed that I needed to pay a $200 deposit??? Why is a deposit required for a service that has not yet been provided or billed to my insurance? I reluctantly paid it. Today I took a call labeled as a "pre-op" discussion. To clarify, this is a minor procedure and should not be categorized as "pre-op." During the call, I was given "pre-op" instructions, followed by a request for payment of my $228.80 balance. I will not be making this payment, as the services have not yet been rendered and insurance has not been processed. What is going on? Why is payment being aggressively collected a week in advance, with calls beginning as early as Monday to collect this balance? This approach feels excessive and unnecessary. Although the staff is kind, I will NOT be coming back. So now, we wait for the $200 to be refunded. Can't wait to see how long that takes.

Negative experience: Awful experience with these guys. First, they did not do good treatment for my wife wisdom tooth extraction. My wife is suffering from more than five years. Now they come up with $86 balance from somewhere very ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Over the last 20 years, I’ve probably had six oral surgeries naturally none have been pleasant and some have been nightmares However, last Friday, Dr. Harvey performed an oral surgery on me and gave me a moderate conscious sedation through an IV. It was the most pleasant surgical experience I’ve ever had. Positive experience: I enjoyed interacting with Dr. Gandhi & his excellent level of knowledge. But was disappointed with the tech the filed my retainer down too low which left a gap. Plus, I was infuriated with the financing process because it should’ve been billed before the first surgery instead of two separate charges that caused my monthly payment to be more than what I could afford or even agreed to.

Fantastic experience: A great staff makes for a great business! Appointment setting- Olga at the front desk is very sweet. She is responsive and made each appointment setting great. Every appointment I have had has worked with my schedule. Initial Consultation Natalie Dental Assistant - I’m a nervous wreck when it comes to coming to the dentist. Some childhood trauma with dentist professionals bring out the worst. Natalie took great care and was very reassuring. Day of surgery Natalie met me with reassurance everything was going to be okay! She set me up in the operation room and stayed until after the procedure was done. Great bedside manners. Dr. G. came in the room and asked if I was nervous. I told him yes lol! Some magic happened and when I woke up I was walking to the car ! Post op- All paperwork was provided on how to care for the area. The pain/discomfort lasted about a week. Day 2-3 were the worst. I’m a popcorn eater and I use the side the surgery took place the most. So utilizing the alternate side to eat was sad lol! Natalie called to check in on me which was a great touch! Post appointment- ALL IS WELL!

I was experiencing so much pain and visited three dental office before finding their office. Diana let me know she would try and get Dr. Gandhi to look at my X-rays as soon as he got back from the holidays from the previous office I went to. Booked me the first available appointment she had and assured me she'll take care of. She did just that. I came for my appointment and waited a short time before seeing the doctor and he walked me through everything I would be experiencing and told me I might have to wait a bit since he fit me in between patients. I didn't even wait long at all. The procedure was fast and I didn't remember a thing. I had no bruising or swelling. They called to check on me twice after.
