Fantastic experience: The confirmation message was made to me on Friday. I didn't know the office closed at 1pm, when I called back to confirm. I called at 1:04pm. I left message on answering machine. When I arrived for my 11am appt, I was told it was canceled because I had not confirmed my appt. Apparently, no one checked for messages. I believe the matter was discussed with the office manager. She took me back to the exam station. She made me feel validated and like a valued patient. My hygienist was excellent. She gave my teeth special attention for stain removal. This had never been done prior. She was thorough and kind. Everyone was patient and concerned. I'm glad to be a Stonehaven patient.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! From the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist, the entire staff is focused on you as a patient and as an individual. Recently, I had an implant performed following a tooth extraction and I experienced no pain. None. During the process the staff was wonderful about keeping me advised as to what they were doing and why and checking with me as to my comfort levels, etc. it was a first class experience. They offer a multitude of payment plans and are affiliated with numerous insurance companies.

Fantastic experience: Stonehaven is the best dental office I've ever been to since we've moved from American Samoa. Not only do they make you feel welcome but they treat you like family. Both my daughters had root canals done with Dr. Bowcutt.and his staff. They were amazing treating them with kindness and cautious to avoid any pain throughout the process. I truly trust everyone in this office with my dental care. In addition to that they were always calling to check on them. Before I use to dread going to the Dentist but since I've been with Stonehaven I always look forward to seeing Dr. Bowcutt and Lauren my Hygienist because the are amazing at their jobs!

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist, very anxious and scared after having a horrible experience years ago at another dentist office. My tooth and face was killing me. Called Stonehaven that was able to get me in same day for emergency extraction. This was my first extraction with Stonehaven Dental and this was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and reassured by the staff that everything will be fine. The staff and the dentist was very caring and made sure my extraction was painless as possible. I found my new dental office and a dentist that truly cares about the concerns and comfort of his patient.

Negative experience: Saw a new Dentist. Not my regular one. Did not introduce himself just stuck the instruments in my mouth and started talking to the assistant. Assistant did the same. Did not introduce herself. Just came in stuck the x ray films in my mouth. No explanation. Nothing. Hygienist was pleasant and noticed I had a loose crown. She had to bring that to the attention of the Dentist who hadn’t noticed because the assistant was too busy trying to tell the Dr what to do. I want my old Team back!!! Not a pleasant experience at all!

Positive experience: When you are actually able to attend your appt and not get it cancelled or rescheduled they are great. I always schedule myself and 3 kids together and almost every time they try and reschedule just 1 of my children which cause us all to be rescheduled. This has happened several times. As for orthodontic care they are okay. Maybe a little pricey. The ortho team is only there a few times a month so if you have a bracket break expect to wait a week or 2 to get in to fix it.. Then today they had made us a retainer follow up 2 months after having my son’s braces removed they bring us back asking do you have braces on? When I informed them that we were here for a retainer check she asked if we were having problems and we stated no. She then left and came back saying, “ you are good to go.” No one even looked at him. Why did I rush to get there after working a 12 hr night shift and waste my gas to attend an appt that YOU MADE US COME TO. I did not request the appointment you made it as a follow up from the braces. All in all they are a hit and miss.

Fantastic experience: Stone Haven is the best dental facility there is. I have been with them since 2007 and they continue to serve my family. They are very professional and the staff is amazing. They have updated advanced technology to assure accurate observations. I recommend them anytime any day‼️

Another dental tech took a full scan of pictures / x-rays to check on any degradation of my teeth. Luckily all was well this time. Stonehaven dental is one of the best dentists that I have ever been to.

Always superior professional friendly service and they are absolutely the best in the dental service industry. From front desk personnel, to dental assistants and hygienists, and of course Dr. Bowcutt all go above and beyond and give the best care in this area. On this occasion, I called in and needed immediate care and they got me in within 30 minutes same day of the call. At this location, I have had general & advanced dentistry, orthodontic work and other dental care that drastically improved quality of life. I highly recommend this Stonehaven Dental location to all, it's absolutely the best in Killeen, Harker Heights and overall Central Texas.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted as I walked through the door. I came in for a chipped tooth. Decided to get a crown to replace it. My temporary look better than my real tooth. I was told that the crown will look better. I am happy and looking forward to my permanent crown. Oh, did i mentioned that i chipped my tooth on Sunday, called on Monday, got an appointment on Tuesday. My next appointment was scheduled before I left. If you need a dentist, this is the best.

Professionalism, courteous staff and service, experience from the moment you enter, sit in the chair and after your appointment. Great place!! They say 'first impression last' and I definitely can say that the minute you walk through the door you feel right at home and that you are a valued 'family member'. I went in with a picture of 'needles and clutching the chair :)' and by the time my apt ended, my visit to Stonehaven Dental and Orthodontic was worth it. Fantastic experience: Dr Haws he took great care of my crown that I got with my root canal when he noticed I had a hole in it he took care of it. He didn’t just let it be like most dentists he fixed it. The assistant Roder was very kind and took their time with me as a patient. 10/10 would go again.

Fantastic experience: Dr Haws, to me, is God sent. Dr. Haws is the absolute best. He’s the 2nd Dentist in my lifetime that I would give a 100 score. He’s very honest and compassionate and full of knowledge and the best quality is that he takes his time with you. He treats you like family. He absolutely has the best bedside manner. Astrid, Julia and the entire staff are just wonderful. Always service with a smile. Astrid took time to explain my insurance and the front office always greets me with a smile. My last dentist told me that I had to get use to the pain from a partial that he made. Well, I walked out the door and never looked back.

Negative experience: Call this office trying to get in for dental care. Astrid was rude, unprofessional and had 0 answers to simple questions someone working the phone should really know. Personally fine looking for another dentist but who you have answering the phones really matters especially for new patients. 2 minute phone conversation with her lost business, it would really make me wonder how many times a week this happens for this clinic. Yikes. Yall should hire someone else to answer phones.

Fantastic experience: I’m new to the area and decide to use Stonehaven Dental & Orthodontics for my new dental clinic. I loved it from walking in the front door until I left. The clinic was clean and welcoming. Everybody was nice and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Stonehaven Dental has been amazing! The staff are friendly and professional. The Doctor is fabulous and my treatments have been pleasant from start to finish. I was terrified to get my implants and they have made this whole process painless. I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Got a filing and a cap on 12 December, on 8 January had to call and ask where the cap is. The staff member told me the cat came in over the break. I really don't care about that as soon as the cat came in the customer should have been notified and scheduled. The holiday break at the dental clinic isn't that long especially since I've been driving by there and see cars there on a regular. So now I have a temporary cap in my mouth that hurts like because it's sensitive to everything and you want me to wait until 21 January to put it in. Since I only received 50% of the service I should have only paid 50% of the bill. I liked this place because The dentist is excellent and doesn't pressure you to get anything done. customer service has really taken a dive. It's not the hygienist it's the people at the front counter. I will no longer visit this clinic.

Negative experience: I am sharing this review to warn others not to be misled by what may seem like a positive first visit experience. As your treatment progresses, so too does the frustration and poor service. I deeply regret continuing my care at this facility and encourage anyone seeking dental care to think twice before making the same mistake I did. I wish I could give this dental facility negative stars if that was an option. While the doctors and dental staff are truly outstanding, my experience with the front desk and the individuals responsible for handling insurance claims has been nothing short of a nightmare. I’ve been a patient here for over three years, and unfortunately, I can no longer overlook the ongoing issues. Despite having two dental insurance plans that should have covered the entire cost of my orthodontic treatment, I was forced to pay out of pocket. Once the treatment was completed, the claims were never filed. I repeatedly followed up with both the office and my insurance providers, only to be told that no claim had been submitted. The front desk staff and the insurance representatives were unhelpful, evasive, and consistently made excuses. At no point did I feel my concerns were addressed in a timely or professional manner. I ended up having to spend countless hours contacting both the office and the insurance company, with no resolution in sight. To add insult to injury, the staff acted strangely and seemed more concerned with deflecting responsibility than resolving the issue. After numerous attempts to resolve the matter, I have had no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and I am now considering legal action to address the poor handling of my case.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so friendly. Dr Haws and his assistant were so caring and both understood when I told him I had a prognostic mandible And gave me a chance to catch my breath. I would recommend Sunhaven Dental to anyone in a heartbeat!

Positive experience: The service I received from the back is great. I be having trouble with the front desk as they filed my insurance for my braces incorrectly in the first place. I have to constantly go to them to get the claimed fixed, sometimes I am met with a little attitude either over the phone or in person. Just recently, I have to go submit a new claim as my insurance said they never received one from the dentist office. I have not received any news yet which I understand the holidays are happening. I’ll try to be patient. I’m just frustrating as this has been going on throughout my whole 2 year braces journey.

Fantastic experience: I have had excellent care since I started going here. The entire staff here are warm, welcoming, friendly and caring, and they strive to make my visit as comfortable as possible. I look forward to my visits here. Dr. Haws is my dentist and he is exceptionally knowledgeable and gentle. Before coming I was terrified of dental visits because the dentist I went to in the past in another state was unable to get me numb to do a filling, and I had to have it done without being completely numb. That dentist also hit a nerve in my face when they put the needle in. It was one of the most painful things I’ve ever been through. I’ve had several procedures done here, and Dr. Haws has never had a problem getting me to go numb. Stonehaven Dental is the place to come if you want excellent care without a lot of pain.

Positive experience: Reason for the 3 stars is Astrid is extremely rude! She doesn't seem to like her job. Very unprofessional attitude towards patients and any question I've asked her on several visits I've had to the clinic, seem to be such a burden to answer. I have friends who also go to Stonehaven, that have the same complaint! Julia is great and she is the only one like to deal with. She is very thorough in explaining out of pocket costs, insurance coverages and options regarding payments and is professional. Astrid hands the paper to me and calls it a day. One person will make a difference whether a person chooses to return for your services. I'm in healtcare and would never let a client feel this way. Dr. Haws is the absolute best and the only reason why I continue to return. I've never met a very honest and compassionate dentist as I have in Dr. Haws. The absolute best bedside manner and he has great hair lol! Dr. Haws work with veneers and overall, dental work is impeccable, very natural looking. Julia, Dr. Haws and Rodell are the only reasons I come back. If I encounter this rudeness again from Astrid, I'm done! She just simply needs to be kind!

Positive experience: I have only been using stonehaven for a few months now and they are an average dentist office. I did get an attitude from reception over insurance questions but I was able to call my insurance and prove to the office that my insurance was in fact up to date. I was also scheduled for an procedure and was called 3 times to reschedule and when I questioned if I should find another office I was told that my appointment would be marked as *do not reschedule*. The dentists are nice. I just don’t feel like my business matters.

Fantastic experience: I was traveling and my crown fell out. First they said just put toothpaste and wait lol! But they were quick to take me in and Staff and Dr. Bowcut fixed me up .. Wonderful!

Negative experience: The worst place ever when it comes to scheduling, checking in process and checking out. I walked out after my appointment, it started 20 mins late, and still after 1hour and a half of being there no one to check me out. They wanted me to continue to wait.
