From the friendly and welcoming front desk staff and assistants to the attentive and caring Christie, my hygienist. Dr. Reid Marshall was also exceptional. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, super caring, and pays close attention to every detail. He explained the process thoroughly and listened to my concerns. I felt completely valued and confident in his expertise. The waiting room was clean and well-maintained, which made it a pleasant and comfortable place to wait. Overall, the entire staff had a genuine and caring spirit. They were all very proficient and kind, which made me feel at ease. I highly recommend Marshall Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful with my insurance paperwork. On a scale of 1-5 ,they get a 10 from me!

All of the lights were off and the room was so dark you couldn't read. I realize that staff were at lunch. Surely there is a better way to communicate this than making the room so inhospitable.

As an update I still use this office and recently had a broken tooth, they were not only able to get me in that day they did their best to ensure I was comfortable during the process and didn't rush anything.
