Fantastic experience: The staff are wonderful and caring people! They listen to what you say and do their best to please you. The dentist cares if you experience any pain while he is pulling your teeth and always stops if you are and makes sure that you are completely numb before he proceeds again. I love them all there! I couldn't ask for better people!

I had not been to a dentist in years and they could have easily just did a once over or blown me off onto a periodontist, but they didn't. Instead the hygienist worked her buns off to get my mouth in good shape. She did a great job and so did everyone else!.

Negative experience: Update: I finally got my dentures—and they don’t fit. The back teeth don’t touch at all, so I can’t chew food. The top denture has no suction or seal, and saliva collects under it, making it feel squishy. These were made at a different place than my first dentures, and I was hopeful at first because they did things differently—like taking a bite registration and doing wax try-ins, which I hadn’t done before and they cost a few thousand more than my first pair of dentures from affordable dentures and implants. At the wax try-in, the teeth looked decent and didn’t bulge out my lip or give me “monkey mouth” like my first set did, which I had told the dentist was my biggest concern. I was glad they listened to that. But the wax try-ins felt very loose in my mouth, and I didn’t realize that was a red flag. I thought the try-in was just to see how the teeth looked, not how they’d fit. I have a very different schedule than most people, so I go to appointments right after I wake up. I already feel anxious and uncomfortable when I get there, and on top of that, I felt rushed every single time. The dentist kept repeating how great the dentures looked, saying they “turned out so well,” which started to feel like gaslighting. It made me feel trapped and unable to speak up. I did point out during the try-in that my teeth weren’t meeting properly and that some of the front teeth were hitting too early. Instead of checking or explaining, the dentist seemed to blame the muscle in my bottom lip and took the dentures out to make a cut—without showing me anything or explaining and he eyeballed the cut. When I got home, I saw a huge chip taken out of the bottom denture that doesn’t even line up with the lip muscle. I have no idea why that was done, and it makes no sense. As for the top denture, there’s no seal. I told them it felt very loose, but they still sent me home. Once I got home and actually tried to eat, I realized I couldn’t chew at all—the back teeth don’t touch in any spot. I hadn’t noticed it at the office because the dentist kept insisting they were perfect, and I wasn’t guided on what to look for. Instead of asking me specific questions or helping me check how they functioned, they just kept telling me how “good” they were. These dentures cost $5,000. I was so excited and hopeful because I thought paying more meant getting something better. But I ended up with dentures that are non-functional, and I can’t even wear them. The arch feels way too narrow—like my tongue doesn’t even fit. Within minutes of wearing them, my tongue starts hurting. I remember the dentist going back and forth between a small and medium tray for the mold. I think he picked the wrong size. Now I’m stuck with dentures that are too narrow, don’t seal, and don’t chew. Meanwhile, my old dentures from Affordable Dentures & Implants were cheaper, don’t even need glue, and they fit better—even though they gave me monkey mouth. I was honestly better off with those than with these that cost thousands more. What’s even more frustrating is that I didn’t know I was allowed to do multiple wax try-ins or ask for changes until they were right. No one explained anything. I didn’t know what to look for or what to expect, and I feel like I was misled, rushed, and gaslit just so they could get me out the door and not have to deal with me coming back. Just because I have WellPoint insurance doesn’t mean I deserve less. These dentures were paid for—maybe not out of my own pocket, but they were still paid for, and they were supposed to be functional teeth, not just teeth that “look good.” I don’t feel like this office is the kind of place that will fix them, but I’m going to try contacting my insurance. I was given non-functional dentures, and I hope someone holds this office accountable. I just want this to be made right.

Positive experience: This was my first visit and I found it to be a good visit. My dental tech was great and they were very efficient. They have new technology that I had not seen before. My only suggestion for improvement would be to the building itself. It could use some paint and updating.

Fantastic experience: The staff is the BEST! They were able to get me in earlier due to a cancellation and then rendered the quickest most efficient permanent crown plus small filling service I have ever received. New doc is great but the staff is the firm’s greatest assest hands down.

Positive experience: My 17-year-old daughter went to her appointment today for a teeth cleaning. I had to work today and could not take off so her friend took her. Apparently she needed a guardian with her to sign some paperwork. The 2 women at the front desk was very rude to my daughter. It's not my daughter's fault that I wasn't there. I expect my daughter to be treated better than that. However she did report that the woman who cleaned her teeth and the Doctor that she spoke with were very nice and polite and did a good job on her teeth.

Fantastic experience: Just had major extractions, and 24 hrs later virtually no pain, just sore! Also, the procedure was very quick and efficient, the dentist most definitely knows what he's doing, and all staff were supportive and professional! If I could give 10 stars I would, and recommend cloudland dental crossville to anyone!

She was not at all friendly and had a loud conflict with another patient at the counter which was definitely not professional. I'm sorry but she is not the kind of person I would want greeting the customers.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown come off, so I called and went in. Everyone was kind and professional from the beginning to the end. I had a couple other concerns and the doctor and assistant addressed those for me. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Cloudland Dental!

Negative experience: Would leave no stars if it was an option. Another business that allows only one parent to be with the child during the appointment. Guess dads that want to be present fathers are 2nd class citizens to cloudland dental.

Negative experience: Cloudland dental is a joke. I thought they were great in the beginning. But it soon changed. Now Everytime we call to have X-rays/files sent to a new dentist they hang up on us. Would not recommend this business at all.

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience there today! We were there for my oldest routine cleaning and I had my 4 year old with us and they let him be the dental assistant! They were so great with him and so patient. It totally made his day. Cameron and RuthAnne were the 2 ladies that took care of my boys and they were absolutely wonderful with them. They were very nice, respectful, and super friendly. I really appreciate how wonderful they both were. They went out of their way to make my little one feel so special and they also made my oldest feel more comfortable about being at the dentist. Thank you both so much!

The staff was very warm and welcoming aside from the receptionist, she was a tad unfriendly. The dentist and hygienist were absolutely fantastic though, very quick, very kind. I'm extremely embarrassed about my teeth and they did not even remotely make me feel uncomfortable and one of the very first things that asked was if I was in pain currently. Fantastic experience: Cloudland dental is amazing! I’ve noticed it’s mostly women, if not all women. Easily the best dental work and cleanings I’ve ever received. My past dental experiences especially in Tennessee were rough. They would be violent with flossing but the gals at Cloudland are incredible. They listen, they CARE and they take their time never rushing you. Yet with taking their time they’re still always on time for appointments (or have been with me.) 5 stars all around. I’ve worked with Kelly most recently and forgot the other women’s names I’ve had work on me but they were all great. I also love to ask questions about everything, they’re always more than happy to explain! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fantastic experience: I had another thorough cleaning today by my excellent hygienist. This time I had a tooth that had loosened a little and she was careful cleaning near it. Dr. Johnson did a great job examining my teeth after the cleaning and took time to explain my treatment options if/when my tooth gets worse. Very informative. Quite happy with the care I received from the Cloudland Dental team and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Well I've just been one time but the staff was really nice and the lady that done my ex rays was really sweet and helped make sure I understood everything since I'm not brightest pumpkin in the patch lol I went and got all my top teeth pulled and was told to take ibp well I've took 800 MG for years over arthritis and back issues but I think they should gave a few pain pills not like a bunch but 10 probably won't have hurt I sure did first three days lol so maybe I'll half to take half star lol or 5 I don't know how many it takes lol

Positive experience: Everything went very well. My only complaint about Cloudland is your nagging appointment conformations. Emails and texts!!! And if you don't reply, Cloudland threatens to cancel your appointment!!! Not exactly patient friendly. I understand from a business aspect that a no-show is bad for business, but I feel Cloudland has over compensated.
