Positive experience: At my appointment, I was not told my dentist left 3 weeks earlier. Also, my hygienist was out and I was given to another hygienist. I would have liked to be rescheduled with my hygienist, but I guess that wasn’t important.

Fantastic experience: On vacation and broke my front tooth crown. Moultrie was recommended by local friend. Called at 7pm and was able to make appointment for 10 am the next morning. Was in and out in an hour and have a temporary front tooth that matches perfect and will last til I can get home to make arrangements with my dentist. Thank you for your emergency help and I highly recommend your services...very efficient and professional!

Negative experience: I’m 88 years old on a fixed income and have a full denture. A tooth broke and I took the denture and tooth to MD on Thursday and didn’t get it back until the following Wednesday. The lab charge to attach the tooth was $70. MD charged me $211. My wife took the denture that MD and picked it up (I wasn’t in their chair). To me that is price gouging!

Fantastic experience: I called the first time and received an appointment to come in the next day for a check up from the receptionist, after that I was greeted by two polite dental assistance that took me to a room and informed me of the procedure to be done. When the doctor came in she told me everything that needed to be done after her assistances did an Xray of my teeth, she farther explained the rest of the procedure and what to expect and if I had any questions. They are very professional staff at Moultrie Dental .They all remember my name when I returned.

And I also don’t using certain things like fluoride and they had stuff fluoride free to use in my mouth which is and was awesome because other dentist try to convince you that you need it when in fact you don’t at all. Negative experience: Finding a new dentist. It’s takes months to get in to get a cleaning because they are so short staffed in dental hygienists and it’s been this way since Covid. I’ve been working the last two days and I got another reminder call for my appointment tomorrow. I called to confirm as soon as I got out of work and they already gave away my spot. This is the second time this has happened. Listen I understand you’re trying to maximize your patients, but it’s completely unprofessional to just reassign an appointment out of nowhere just because I didn’t confirm fast enough for you. I’m pretty sure I remember signing a paper saying you all charge no-show fees so I can bet you dollars to donuts you would have still charged me a fee if I didn’t call or show and still gave away my spot anyway. I’m out of town the next two weeks and I wouldn’t be able to get back in for quite some time. I’m done, and I’m switching to another provider after 6 years with you all. It’s shame because you are close and I’ve always had excellent service during my appointments but it’s just too difficult to get into see you all. Hopefully me finding a new dentist will make it easier for some other poor soul to get an appointment now.

Negative experience: I called again Thursday morning due to a filling falling out of a tooth. I indicated that I was having pain I had the feeling and could they possibly work me in late Thursday or Friday I know they must have been very concerned because I never heard back Thursday or friday. I see that they get good reviews I really don't know why maybe I'm just unlucky. So I've changed to parkland dental

Fantastic experience: I have a good experience every time I get my teeth cleaned!! Very nice, polite, caring professionals!! I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Negative experience: They won't take X-rays from other dentist offices and they'll try and make you buy them there. So I said no since cleanings are covered by my insurance for free. But since they make you buy them whether insurance covers it or not, i left with no service being rendered.

From the moment I walk in, the staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The front desk makes check-in quick and easy, and I am seen right on time. My hygienist is gentle but thorough, explaining everything as she goes and makes sure I am comfortable throughout. Both doctors are outstanding—knowledgeable, personable, and truly invested in patient care. They always take the time to answer all my questions, give clear recommendations, and never make me feel rushed. The office itself is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which really gives me confidence in the care I receive. I usually dread going to the dentist, but this experience completely changed that. I leave feeling well cared for and confident about my dental health. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care.

Negative experience: They tried to balance bill me, and would not talk to the insurance company when I had my insurance company on the phone to tell them the correct cost for me. Also the office staff I spoke about the money/insurance issue with were unwilling to believe me when I was giving direct information from the insurance company. Definitely would not recommend.

Negative experience: They try to make you pay for services you don’t need just to charge you extra. I always request a regular cleaning, but they insist on doing a deep one just so they can charge me $165, even though I have excellent insurance that covers two FREE cleanings a year. I’m so frustrated with this service! Thank you for your response. I did call the office, but unfortunately, I didn’t feel that my concerns were taken seriously. When I visited in person, I was also pressured into getting a cleaning I didn’t ask for — even after clearly requesting a regular cleaning. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it affects patient trust and experience.

They accommodated my mini emergency, she stuck to the job until it was done (my gums kept bleeding which created challenges), and I believe she was very thorough with her work. Negative experience: I’m debating on switching dentist. I came as a new patient a few months ago and I just felt very mistreated. The dental hygienist spent more time insulting me than cleaning my teeth, I seriously never felt so attacked at a dentist before it was appalling. Then when the “dentist” came in he was there for less than 60 seconds, and I felt very brushed off. I don’t think I can give it a second chance, I value my mental health and won’t stand for treatment like this.

Positive experience: Sadly Fridays crown work was not very good experience. Crown broke without eating just closing teeth right after I left office. Went back and they were gone so spent weekend with broken crown. I was very happy with initial treatment and cleaning maybe was just the crown material.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first visit becoming an established patient. Dr. Jack Ryan had an extensive plan to go over due to the negligent care I was provided with elsewhere during 2024. At last, I left with peace of mind that I have now found a provider who is sincerely looking out for my best interest! Furthermore, this practice is not price gouging and gives the highest level of customer service to their patients. Maria went above and beyond for me to assist me with estimates, additional financing options, etc. Even the manager called me to offer her assistance. It is a team approach and everybody has such a positive attitude. It is so refreshing! Meagan did all of my imaging and she will be my hygienist. She was phenomenal! I look forward to being a patient and interacting with all of these wonderful individuals for a long time to come!

Negative experience: This dentist office signed me up for a reoccuring subscription for $99.00. The program is called Vantage One. I was never informed this was a reoccuring subscription. The company they contract to do this program extremely shady. I strongly recommend you do not do business with this Dentist's office.

Fantastic experience: I have never had such a thorough exam everyone was very professional and made you feel very comfortable the doctor was very knowledgeable

Negative experience: I was originally referred to the newer Dentist at this office by a family friend who is his wife. When I called to try to scheudle with him they told me he was booked out for several months. I said fine and they scheudeld my appointment. The week of they called me and told me I could have to reschedule to see a different dentist because the one I schdudle with originally was on vacation. If he was going to be on vacation why was I able to scheudle with him in the first place or wouldn't you have known to call and reschedule me more than a week in advance? The day of my rescheduled appointment even they gave me a mountain of redundant paperwork to complete before they would take me back. I spent something like 20min filling out most of it. Never been given so much paperwork for a dentist before. Eventually they stopped me and said okay just come back.. the dental hygienist took photos of my teeth and jaw and confirmed my complaints that since my retainer broke my teeth and my bite are off and it's hurting my jaw. She said the dentist would talk me through solutions but that invisilign might be my best option. I continue to recieve one of the most uncomfortable/painful cleanings. Then the dentist comes in (obvious egomaniac) and proceeds to talk FOREVER about how he "knows the guy who wrote the book on orthodontics" and yea I could get invisilign or braces again after 15 years but there is no garuntee it will fix my teeth so not worth it, and I don't need retainers or some fancy custom night gaurd just go buy a cheep $20 self molding one from the drug store and that should do the trick. That appointment was almost 2.5 hours long and I had to keep texting my boss to let him know I was running late coming back to work.. RED FLAG #2! ( btw I got the night gaurd he recommended and it didn't mold or fit right and was completely unusable and did not help with anything) Then 6 months later I've been so busy I haven't taken the time to find a different dentist but I had an appointment scheudeld with this office to see the original dentist I had requested to see so thought maybe this experience will be different.. what happens? They call me a couple days before my appointment that I have had scheudeld for 6 months to say "the dentist won't be available at that time we need to change your appointment time". Now I have a different job but I work 7 days a week and if I have to reschedule a personal appointment I have to reschedule my own clients or miss a working opportunity and I don't get paid if I don't work it's not salaried so this inconsistency from their office is a problem for someone with a job like mine. I called them and they said actual the othe times they offered me that day are not available and I need to reschedule for the following week. Me being flexible just said okay fine we will reschedule for next week. They said thank you and we hung up. Then the next week I get a call and missed it they text me saying because I didn't confirm yhe appointment I need to reschedule again! I let them know thay I just spoke with theor office less than a week ago. Why is that not confirmation enough that I will be there and to keep my appointment? They said they needed insurance information form me and I never called and gave them that. But when I spoke with their office that Friday no one asked me for any insurance information so I feel like that's BS. needless to say this policy of canceling or rescheduleing someone's apooappointment just because they don't respond and constantly moving people's appointments around is SIGNIFICANTLY inconsiderate and lacks compassion for people's busy lives. I have worked in customer service and reception jobs on and off for 13 years and know that just because someone doesn't confirm an appointment doesn't mean they don't have every intention of showing up to said appointment, they may just be very busy and don't get the opportunity to respond to a voicemail. And I never did get to meet the dentist I originally wanted to see, and never got help with the issues I'm having with my teeth and jaw.

Fantastic experience: I had a chipped tooth which happened your before going to my grandma funeral and of course all my family didn’t know what to do or if I could get it fixed, happened on Sunday got me in on Tuesday and fixed Wednesday in time for me to leave Thursday to my grandma funeral great staff and know what they are doing !!

Positive experience: I really wanted to love this office. The hygienists and dentists are so great that I convinced my husband to switch, but now I’M the one who will be switching. In May of 2024 I set up a new patient appointment in person for my husband for 10/10/24. Hurricane Milton was set to make landfall around this time, and caused the business to close for a day or so; totally understandable. He got a phone call on 10/8/24 stating they were unsure how long they would be closed for, but they will reschedule him once they reopen. No one ever reached back out, so I called on 10/21/25 at 10:00 am and left a voicemail asking for an update. I finally got a call back from the office on 10/24/24, three days later, at 2 pm. First I am told they cannot find him in the system, which was confusing because they had him in there to call and say they will be closed. Regardless, I ask for the next appointment and I am told March of 2025 - five months later. I was understandably upset, but I DO understand how even one day of closure can truly throw off an entire month of scheduling. Five months seemed excessive for THEIR mistake (never calling back, not having him on a list to reschedule, not finding him in the system suddenly, etc). I went ahead and locked him in for March 6, 2025 at 2:30. I was told that if ANY openings come up I will be called. The woman on the phone apologized and ASSURED ME that we would be on her “personal list” of calls backs if ANY openings came up. Today, 11/14/24 I had an appointment for myself. Since I haven’t heard of any last minute openings, I asked while I was there if there were any changes. Lo and behold, they once again cannot “find” him in the system. Not by his name, birthday, phone number they called him at, previous appointment date OR the new date we set! After five minutes of looking at the schedule and determining that the March 6 appointment was NOT scheduled, it was also NO LONGER available. At this point I am flat out mad and I decide it was time to leave before I let my TRUE frustration out. I cannot understand how this has slipped through so many hands. I did ask who does the scheduling and was told “all of us”, so that may be part of the problem. I also asked if we’re accepting new patients and they said they are…. But based on this experience, I don’t really think they are OR they just don’t want us to be patients there anymore. It didn’t seem like anyone cared that we were pushed aside three times and never truly scheduled for an appointment. I will say - every hygentist and Dr Ryan are FANTASTIC. The office itself is clean, updated and comforting. That is the reason for 3 of the 5 stars. It is unfortunate that the front office doesn’t seem to care enough to try and make this right and are losing an existing and potential new patient because of it.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience at this dental office. I made two appointments, and the first one was canceled because they didn’t have a doctor available. I rescheduled for four months later, and I received a text confirming my appointment. The next day, I received three calls within four hours, and when I didn’t answer, they canceled my appointment for not answering. Not only did they not give a typical 24 hour notice but they didn’t even send another text. I've now taken off work for nothing and still haven’t been able to get any dental care. This has been a complete waste of my time. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. Maybe they are great if you can keep an appointment, but I question what else they mess up being this disorganized.

Fantastic experience: I had an extraction the other day. Dr Jarrell (Dr.J), which I will affectionately call him in my head was the most honest /thorough with explaining my options. I'm so pleased with Dr. Jarrell,/assistants & with the entire staff.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist, who doesn't, but Moultrie Dental is only the second dental practice that I look forward to my appointments. I feel fortunate to have found them after moving to this area. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. They worked with me when I had to cancel an appointment due to a family emergency. This is a busy practice but they were able to accommodate my needs. The hygienists are very knowledgeable and skilled. I've left cleanings, at other dentists, where the hygienists left me feeling like I had every tooth drilled on without anesthetic. My regular hygienists at Moultrie is so good I have zero pain. I've seen two dentist at Moultrie. I wish I could remember their names, but I can barely remember mine. Both dentists are friendly, engaging, and have never left me feeling like they are in a rush. Fortunately I have strong teeth and haven't had a need for any procedures, except cleanings, but I'm confident any procedures they perform will be done with skill and, more importantly, concern for my well being.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jarrell & staff are very professional. He explains everything as he does it and makes sure you are not in any discomfort during the procedure. I would highly recommend this practice for dental treatments

Positive experience: I found this office on my insurance website and I’m so happy I did! It’s a beautiful office, ultra modern equipment, super nice staff especially my hygienist, Crystal. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was given a quote for future work, and ONE DAY LATER the quote changed, the original quote was no longer valid, and to my detriment there’s a large increase in price. I hope somehow we can work this out because I love this office.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant experience from beginning to end. My first visit after being with my previous dentist for over 30 years. I was made to feel very comfortable and felt I was on the hands of very capable people. Totally comfortable with our new dental choice. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The staff was so kind! They offered same day care for me at a fraction of the price of other dentists in the area. They were quick, clean and very attentive. 10/10 would go back again and again.
