Negative experience: Went in for a cleaning and was literally told “shhh” by my hygienist as I was telling her about recent concerns. I’m older with difficulty hearing and naturally speak louder, but felt that she treated me like a little child. That’s not okay!

Fantastic experience: I am happy with the results of my Invisalign treatment by Dr. Chaudhari’s dental. The entire experience has been fantastic, with Dr. C and the staff, particularly Jordan, being incredibly friendly and supportive throughout the process.

Negative experience: Where do I begin? My mother-in-law went in for some dental work, and she saw Dr. Chaudhari. The doctor was very unwelcoming, didn’t smile. She was cold and extremely rude. It made her very uncomfortable to have this doctor working on her: I’m very upset. As a doctor, the most important aspect is how you engage with your patients and making sure they are happy and comfortable. Also, the office manager, you were rude to my mother in law and not very helpful at all. I want to say not all the employees were bad. I really hope it was a different out come because their are some lovely employees that work there.

Dr. Chaudhari is knowledgeable, gentle, and really takes the time to explain everything so you feel comfortable and informed. Ann, the hygienist, did a fantastic job—thorough but gentle, and made the whole cleaning feel easy. The entire staff is warm, professional, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They truly make going to the dentist a positive experience. I’m so glad I found this office and highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Dr Awad was not only aggressive and mean, but when I flinched he began mocking me saying his instrument was incapable of hurting me. He then jammed the metal tool into my front tooth to “prove it” to me. I shot out of the chair in pain. I was then dismissed from the office. I’m going to go with a ZERO star review and I am absolutely not done with this situation.

Negative experience: Not worth the 6 month wait for an initial appointment. They incessantly attempt to upsell you during your appointment (braces, retainers, Invisalign, etc). They’ll even call you between appointments to try to convince you to purchase their extra services. Overall just not a professional environment and not one I’d recommend.

Negative experience: Worst Dental Visit I have ever had. I would rather Drive across town to my old Dentist then to ever go back here again. They don't listen to your concerns. I have a Broken tooth and they said they could round it off to help me and stop it from contently not hitting my tongue bother me every time I move it. I didn't have $5000.00 to save the Tooth and was contemplating just having it pulled. They then said If I wont save the tooth they wont round it off, sending me home to suffer. I would leave a 0 Star review but It has to be a minimum of 1 Star.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a dentist in a very long time! I guess the delay became worse out of fear of how bad the feedback or shame would be. Due to some pain in a tooth and all the positive feedback from my Wife and Daughter I scheduled an appointment and went. The experience was amazing!! From digital communications and the best bedside manner I have experienced to lastly the full breakdown of what my insurance would pay and what my responsibility out of pocket would be. Unbeknownst To the practice but for the last 20 years I have observed and optimized medical practices as a career and this was by far the greatest observation I have ever made. Hats off to the leadership and team here and they now have a patient for life.

Negative experience: Beware & Avoid this dental office if you’re are looking for a respectable dental office. Started treatment here and everything was going swell. Got a chipped tooth fixed and declined without being pressured into wisdom teeth surgery. I write this review because i had 2 instances where this office used deceptive tactics to secure me as an Invisalign customer. - 1st the dentist told me that moving to another city after starting Invisalign here would be fine, and that It’s a possibility that we can do virtual check-ins after enough rapport and compliance has been built. However as soon as I moved, they held my Invisalign hostage and even worse conducted the lousiest transfer which i will get into on the 2nd instance. So i mentioned I will be visiting frequently to the area after I move as an act of good faith that i will be able to build the rapport and trust. The dentist then switches the script and begins to say I can only see you Monday - Thursday and without coming in you will not be receiving any more trays. So i brought up the virtual thing she mentioned and the front lady (who is extra rude - no sense of customer service; this is not your daddy’s business) explained that the doctor never said that, and how she’s only available to talk via appointment, she can’t pass messages to the doctor from the patient etcetera. -2 So after trying to work with them, i decided to transfer closer to my new location and they same front desk lady person stated she had no idea where to even start looking up companies that are under the umbrella parent company that would take my case in the area. SHE PLAYED THE GATEKEEPER like come on ma’am. Anyway when i pushed the envelope that a customer not an employee could use online resources to find out what sister companies were in my area, she then gives me a print out of a few offices. I asked her about the process of transferring, and being in the medical field myself, I thoroughly enjoy informed consent. I kid you not a whole month a half later after I try to transfer, i get a call from the same lady after hawking both offices for WEEKS that this thing is a process and started to get furious with me instead of give me the information i specifically requested (i.e.: estimated wait times, who is currently in possession of all my trays, normal procedure for transferring a case, different approaches that different dentists or orthodontists may take, different approaches that different offices may take, etc.) Now with all that being said, I’m still very loving and careful but these people are not compatible with the meticulous and would likely prefer the 1st time customer. The office did an overall poor job of communicating treatment and making me feel like $5000 was well spent. This new office i hope can make up for where you slacked. Definitely do some communication/ customer service trainings. I worked many jobs and I take pride in knowing that when my job is done, I’ve Done EVERYTHING that I can do to provide for the patient’s/customer’s request. This place takes pride in other things it seems like. Not my cup of tea, and just an honest review. God I wish people were more honest these days. Sorry for the long review my fellow people, however to those that it seemed helpful trust me I wish i had someone to keep it as real with me. May not be a big deal for some to get their medical procedure explained to the T, however it is for me and for $5000 i think it should be for them as well.

Dr. Awad and Dr. Sousou have both been outstanding. The support staff, particularly Dawn and Michelle are, in my opinion, peerless in their care, concern and customer Service. They aren’t the only ones, their names are the ones I can easily recall. Top notch, A-1 service there always!! Update: I just went in for my semi-annual check up and everything good about Dental Care At Eagle Landing has remained the same. I had the pleasure of having Chrissy as my hygienist on my most recent visit. She was absolutely wonderful!! I’ve never had a negative experience here. Thank you to the entire staff for all that you do!!

Negative experience: On my most recent visit I was disappointed after waiting 45 minutes and never saw the Dentist. A Dental Assistant explained a course of treatment after the X-Rays were looked at and I did not think all the recommend treatments were needed. They always seem to opt for the most expensive treatments. I contacted another Dentist for a second opinion and will decide my options after the consultation. At this time I’m skeptical of their suggested treatment.

Positive experience: I really love this dentist and love the staff. The issue is - they change or cancel your appointments a lot. I’ve never had an appointment scheduled and it not be changed and or canceled without me doing so. I’ve been coming here for a decent time now and it gets very frustrating. Outside of this I have no complaints, if they could fix the scheduling issue this place would be top tier.

Everyone in there was so hospitable. It's like they actually enjoy their job. Lol. They let you know everything that they are doing in detail, what your insurance covers and just well explained to someone who does not review well when signing up for insurance. Several things I did not know. Most places will not tell you unless you ask. Additionally, I went back the next day to get a cleaning. And oh my gosh, I smiled so big and bright leaving out. This is no exaggeration. Thanks to all the staff who took care of me. Felt so personal. When you walk in, greetings with a smile. Keep up the great work. It's bragged about.

The dental hygienist took very good care of me after all the x-rays and the and the cleaning I had to wait for the doctor to come and examine me. The only negative that I have is that I waited 45 minutes to see a doctor so an appointment that was supposed to be an hour and a half lasted two hours and a half. But all in all, I had a very positive visit.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had my six month Dental cleaning at the Eagle Landing dental And I had a great experience. The Dentist hygienist and the Dentist were very understanding of each of My questions and concerns. They were very gentle and professional.

Negative experience: I’m so glad I decided to visit the Eagle Landing Dental in OakLeaf. I received courtesy calls prior to my appointment (which I love!) not a lot of the dental offices do that. When I got there I was greeted by Dawn & Sabrina they were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely made my first visit painless and comfortable. Edit: My updated review got removed because they wronged me. They were suppose to remove my wisdom teeth and ended up breaking a neighbor tooth, then they are charging me $500 to fix it. As if it was my fault. They denied taking any responsibility. During the procedure I was told that if they break a tooth they’re not responsible for it. If I would’ve known that I would’ve went to the real experts to get the job done. This place is a joke and they’re super rude.

Negative experience: Took a day to go get my teeth cleaned. I started by doing x-rays and then proceeded to do everything except clean my teeth and said they didn't have time to do that. The one thing I took a day off for and paid money for they didn't do I really should give it a one star

Positive experience: Still trying to decide if I will remain with this dental office. They ask that you arrive several minutes before your appointment time which I did. But despite this I waited nearly 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Other patients came in several minutes after me and were seen within minutes. No one at the front desk kept me informed as to why I was still waiting. I can understand being a few minutes behind but not thirty minutes. I was on verge of walking out when the front deck must have realized I was still waiting after several others had been called before me. It almost felt as they had forgotten I was there. After waiting nearly forty minutes I was finally seen. Once I was seen it seemed as though the hygienist was rushing in order to get back on schedule. I will chalk this one up to an “oops” situation. But if it occurs again I may be moving on. Why have appointments if patients cannot be seen within a reasonable time of their appointment. If I showed up 30 minutes late my appointment would have undoubtedly been cancelled or given to someone else. Bottom line, if things are running behind, take the to inform the patients waiting as to why and give them an estimated time rather than having them sitting there waiting wondering what is happening.

Fantastic experience: The doctors and the entire staff at Dental Care at Eagle Landing are extremely efficient and SO SWEET! They make you feel right at home and are extremely accommodating. The wait to get a new patient appointment is about 6 months, but it is clear why everyone wants to go there!

I am now doing a treatment plan for my mom who has dementia and is only Creole speaking. Everything has been going smoothly. I was worried that she would not let nobody touch her mouth. Shout-out to Chrissy! She has been an angel to us! As she also speaks creole and is so gentle, we have been able to go through everything just fine. My mom now recognizes her and it feels like she is coming to see an old friend. Thank you so much for such great care!

Positive experience: I would recommend this place if you don’t like scheduled appointment times. The staff and the doctors are actually great but their scheduling system is horrible and I decided to find a new dentist. You think you have an appointment for a certain date and time, but they’ll move it the week before 3 times and then cancel on you the morning of your new agreed upon time. If this was a one time thing, I’d be more accommodating and understanding. It isn’t. It is every single time. I have been going to this practice for almost two years and I have yet to have an appointment not get moved. Even after talking with the office manager and asking them to mark my account as no appointments changes or ASAP list because it’s not as easy for me to move appointments around. It doesn’t matter.

I had a lot of sensitivity on one of my teeth and even though I had no appointment they did schedule me to be seen the very next day because they understood what I was going through. They had too many patients to take good care of the ones they currently have. Just care about having more and more patients and you cannot get in . Would not recommend

Last Dentist I went to I picked up Mersa and never went back and was very reluctant to go again. You took away my fear and pain and I am better for it and would not go to another. I historically do not like going to the dentist however I am not cringing at the thought of all the visits I will need to make in the short future.

Negative experience: Will not return. Unsanitary practices, and not so clean treatment rooms. Front staff was pleasant as always, so that's a plus. Practice has changed drastically over the years. Do not recommend.
