I had one extraction and a temporary cap. Didn’t feel any pain at all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dental work done.

Positive experience: The experience was great. They did a good job with x rays and cleaning. But I needed a root canal to which they gave me an estimate for. They wanted 3k! I then went to my childhood dentist and he charged me like $600.

Negative experience: IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! DO NOT GO HERE. I scheduled new patient appointments and cleanings for my husband and I back in February. My appointment was first and I had set another appointment for 2 hours out elsewhere thinking I would have enough time. But as it was almost two hours into my appointment I had not even begun to be seen by the dentist I had to schedule my cleaning for a later date. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to call and reschedule a week before that date. The only date available was about 6 months out. My husband was willing to give me his appointment time if allowed, but when I asked they had said his appointment was already canceled due to overbooking. (No one had even called us. Here I am around 6 months outI am in pain and I get a call 2 weeks before my appointment that they have to reschedule me. The earliest date? ANOTHER 6 MONTHS OUT.

Negative experience: Horrible place! The people don’t know if they coming or going! They couldn’t even tell me what procedures I had pre paid for already no one had a clue smh terrible experience and will not be returning back

Positive experience: I visited this office on Free Dentistry Day. On that day, I probably would have given more stars. However now that there have been a few days since, rating reduced. I called the office a couple of times, as recommended in the after care instructions for severe pain or other symptoms. I was told I would get a call back and haven't heard back from anyone. I would say a cleaning would be the only thing to get on Free Dentistry day, because there is no aftercare despite what the instructions said.

Negative experience: Incredibly dissatisfied. Liars. Had to take off from work to give them money for a cleaning which apparently I wasn’t scheduled for despite the numerous documents sent to me to fill out

Fantastic experience: Thank you for giving me a quick appointment for the pain I was having with tooth #10. We're in the process of implant replacement. After the extraction and implant placement, x-ray check took 3 tries rather than one.

Negative experience: I was over charged. It was supposed to be a $99 deal with everything included. Then turned on to be almost $500 for half of the job.

Fantastic experience: Electric City was the most pleasant dental office I've visited. I've lived out of the area 10yrs. when I returned to the area my former dentist had retired. It took me about a year of research to make my decision. Everyone at Electric City are wonderful and make you feel very welcome. The service I recieved was superb. Each technician that performed the procedures I needed always made sure I was comfortable. The thing that impressed me the most was the concern they had for my husband. My husband has high blood pressure and has suffered a stroke. During his exam and x-rays his blood pressure was a bit high and they were concerned and decided not to proceed with the cleaning. That special care meant alot to me. If you're looking for the a wonderful team look no further. Make Electric City Dental Care your Dental Office. Once Again Thank you everyone.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit and Rosa was very kind and took lots of x-rays. They checked my gums and were very thorough and even checked my mouth for signs of cancer.. Then the doctor came and checked me out and he was great and very personable. Then Allie clean my teeth and I think they are the cleanest they have ever been. I was very pleased

Negative experience: This dental practice is rigid and the hygienist was downright aggressive , did not listen to me, talked over me. Rolled her eyes, behaved in a very unprofessional way. I was taken back by the lack of understanding and professionalism. I wouldn't let them clean my dog's teeth going forward.

Fantastic experience: Electric City Denest Clinc , in Anderson SC . Is the most up to date facility I have ever been to ! Vary Professional , warm carrying Group of people I have ever been in contact with. I am 83 had to have work on my heart Cardo reversion, to watch man installed. Do to going off blood thinners and then on to Plave X , for 6 mo (Aug; ) 2025. They the Cardoligy dept , required all my teeth be removed, due to Plave X fo 6 months! Elec City Dental performed removal and put on hold my next steps to receiving my dentures. A vary caring and compassionate group of processional’s To day is April ,17 and they just mapped my mouth. Two more visits and I should have my new dentures . . So far so good ! Could not have been a better experience ! Let you all know how the final finished product turns out! Negative experience: It's horrible place , they send bill from 2020-2024 , I was paying timely some paid by cash some paid by card ，they said when filling insurance,it can take months and sometimes years to process! They said they try to pursue every avenue before closing claims and billing the patient! But not true I called insurance and they mailed all documents to me and they paid timely also ! And I checked my account found out I was paying $589.90 on 07/10/20 $183.6 on 03/16/22 ,but the bill didn’t show me what I paid .i emailed them and send my bank statement.but they were no response yet. Hope they don’t joke with me anymore,that is big mistake!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Almeda was wonderful! All I did was tell her my needs and she took care of me so well. Best experience of a cleaning ever for me! Now I don’t dread my next cleaning! Met Dr. Hoveida and he was super nice and very thorough with my check up. My husband has had work done by him twice and says he’s really good. Very gentle. So glad we found them.

Negative experience: It's bad u get a partial and problems start happening with it and u get blamed for it cracking u get blamed for a tooth coming off ridiculous no it's how they are made cheaply. Now another tooth has popped out of it. And I have been calling and leaving message after message to get an appointment for the adjustment I paid for when I got this piece of crap partial and now one of the back tooth fell out that I almost swallowed. These people don't give a crap about their patients I have told them over and over this partial isn't fitting right they never have called back to set my appointment up. How sorry is this. Now I will half to find another dentist to make another partial after they already gotten over $4,000 just for a partial absolutely ridiculous and then they don't want to make this right. DONT NOT RECOMMEND ELECTRIC CITY DENTAL FOR ANYTHING.
