Fantastic experience: I recently got my wisdom teeth removed, and honestly I had a great experience from start to finish. It was a good experience (as good as that can be lol) thanks to the professional staff. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and handled the procedure smoothly, turning something I expected to be stressful into a positive experience.

Negative experience: The surgery went great, the surgeon did a great job. 1st day we went in for a treatment plan and to schedule the surgery and the surgeon was very nice. Come the next day when my daughter went on the table and they started the IV she had what looked to be either a small seizure or she fainted I was concerned and this concern was met with stupid looks from surgical nurses (as well as rude comments I can hear coming from the hall), the surgeon himself, they told me they see all kinds of stuff okay that's great but I would like to know what just happened there and never really received an exact answer. The whole time I was there the only people that treated me like I was a paying customer was the front desk people. I will never recommend this place to anyone simply due to the way I was treated when I was concerned about my 13-year-old daughter being put under sedation for the first time. Please keep in mind that they kept emailing me asking me for feedback I was just going to leave it alone but since they keep emailing I will tell the truth

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at this office in Summerwood. The staff treated me so nicely and were great at explaining everything and helping me stay calm. The doctor was just as great and kept me at ease about everything. Even better it was fast and I was out of there before I knew it. Thank all of you so much!

Positive experience: The office staff is very pleasant and helpful from the front office staff to the financial advisor and Dr. Thang, who has an excellent bed side manner. He is thoughtful and takes the time to explain why procedures are needed or suggested. Not only has my daughter had surgery here also myself and my husband. I would highly recommend Elite Oral Surgery. My only qualm is the wait time. Our appointment was for 8am. We arrived on time however, she wasn't seen for her surgery until 11am. So we sat for several hours waiting for the surgery to start. Otherwise, great staff/ team.

Fantastic experience: I had been dealing with a lot of mouth pain from inflamed wisdom teeth that I had put off for far too long. From the start, the staff was incredibly helpful and patient. Laura took the time to assist me with understanding my insurance coverage. I needed all four wisdom teeth removed—two were completely impacted and two were partially impacted. On the day of surgery, I was extremely anxious, but both the surgeon and nurse helped ease my worries. Dr. Sader carefully explained every step of the procedure and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The nurse even offered to play my favorite music to help me relax. The procedure itself was surprisingly quick—about 40 minutes from when I went to sleep to when I woke up. I'm now on day 7 of recovery, and the staff has continued to be incredibly supportive. They’ve been kind and responsive, answering all my follow-up questions. The clinic also uses a messaging system that provides helpful videos and resources during the healing process, which has really reassured me and helped me feel more confident in my recovery. I’m so grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care throughout this entire experience. Highly recommend!

When faced with needing oral surgery I picked Elite Oral based on 1) them being in my network and then 2) based on Google reviews. The office staff reached out to make sure I understood the process with easy and quick communication via text or phone calls. When they discovered my initial assigned dentist was out of network they reached and we rescheduled with Dr, Chris. I was so please with his bedside manner. He took time to show me what was wrong and gave me different options to fix it. They were also able to extract the tooth immediately so I didn't have to come back for another appointment. Negative experience: I don’t know where these people get their 5 star review from. I came here because my son was referred by his orthodontist. A few things to start off with, when I scheduled my appointment they asked me to come in at 10:45(original time) then on the morning of his appt I get a call @7:59 saying NO your appt is at 8am but get here by 8:30 because we need time to do surgery. The girl insisted that my appt was at 8 & I have their confirmation text to prove it also I put it in my calendar for 10:45. So instead of her apologizing she kept saying it was for 8 and it was an automated service blah blah…. So I get there at 8:11 checked in, they never sent a text to fill out forms now I’m here getting it done. I was done by 8:30 and my son was brought back for X-rays at 8:40. They had my son watch a short video and now we’ve been sitting in this cold room for almost 40mins!!! Why did we come early??? The Hispanic assistant was unfriendly didn’t offer a blanket NOTHING, it was extremely cold in there.. she was training a new guy and she was rushing through consents!! Horrible customer service!!!!! Dr.finally came in at 9:40 it’s been 1.5 hours, now I have to wait for financial for someone to go over financial treatment and wait again!!! This appointment was made a month ago!!!! Why am I waiting this long Here’s the cherry on the cake, So I get home and got a call, from Laura, oh “I checked your insurance and your out of pocket is $2500!!! For what??? I’m in dental and I verified insurance before scheduling his appointment a month in advance and it was supposed to cover at 100 percent before he turns 14!!! Per Laura: “Oh wait… we will reverify and let you know!! Sure enough it was a covered benefit!!! WATCH OUT if you don’t know anything these people will take your money!!! I expect to pay $200-300 for anesthesia but 2,500!!!! I’m speechless at how people are so careless and don’t go out of their way to help, at the end of the day we have insurance for a reason!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted this morning. The entire staff was caring and helpful with all questions I had. This is the 4th surgery where i have had anesthesia (all previous surgeries were medical issues, not dental, and completely unrelated) this is the only operation I have woke up from and was not groggy for hours, or even felt sick to my stomach like other procedures in the past. As of tonight, I still haven't even had to take pain meds. Elite Oral Surgery seems to really excel at what they do and has exceeded all of my expectations with this procedure.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience and surgery with Dr.Alkola. Had one tooth taken out under local,N20 with bone graft. He was very informed during the whole procedure and explained everything during the procedure. Not even the shot hurts. Everything was pain free even after the procedure have only taken ibuprofen nothing else. My assistant Grecia was so nice and very helpful. Would recommend this place to EVERYONE. Fantastic experience: My dentist referred me here for wisdom tooth. Came Wednesday afternoon and after evaluation I ended up setting up appointment for two wisdom teeth extraction. Set appointment next day (Thursday) for 9am. All paperwork, x-rays and documents needed was done online before day of appointment made the whole process simple and easy. Went in at 8:45 am and was out by 930. Dr. and staff are awesome as they took good care of me, even took me on a wheelchair to my car in the parking lot that was unexpected. I definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and cordial when addressing patient’s needs and concerns. For my procedure I was over the top nervous. The day of my procedure the staff performed at a level 10 to help me feel at ease. My procedure was a major success.

Negative experience: My son's appt. 8/27/24 at 1pm, my wife an son arrived at 12:30 to do paper work because it's there first time at this clinic. Only one receptionist at that time, started paper work. Then three other receptionist / nurses came in to the office around 1pm and they were very rude. My wife was very upset an asked for a refund and left. So much for first impression. The next day my son is still talking about the incident. They never seen the DR. Will Not Recommend.

Fantastic experience: Today, I went in for my first consultation on possible wisdom extraction. It all started with patient information forms sent online prior to my appointment, so I didn't have to do all that there. Then, on consultation day, I had my x-rays taken. After, Dr. Sader, consulted with me, went over previous health info, and was very through. He then offered his expert advice and attentively listened to my feedback. After a decision was made, I met with Laura, who handles billing. She was amazing. She took the time to explain my options and was friendly. Afterward, the doctor's assistants, Claudia and Kathleen, began to prep me for my extraction. They offered me a blanket since I was feeling cold. The entire staff showed genuine empathy and professionalism throughout my entire visit. I have anxiety, so it meant so much to me that everyone put me at ease. After the procedure, I really had no pain! I was provided a cute office tote with my post instructions, a pen, a cute ice pack, a rinsing packet, and a lip balm! WOW!!!! I was beyond impressed and grateful for such an AMAZING experience at a time when I was so nervous. THANK YOU, Dr. Sader, Claudia, Kathleen, and Laura!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Fantastic experience: Dr. Christopher Thang was awesome. I didn't feel any pain while having my oral surgery. When I woke up lol i thought we never even started. I would recommend 10 out 10 times. Thank you Dr. Thang!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend them! I went in sooo nervous about a wisdom tooth that was bothering me, not only was that one removed but 2 others I had as well. The staff was very helpful and the doctor was very informative. They calmed my anxiousness about being sedated. Did not feel anything during the procedure. It’s been a few hours since the surgery and there is some discomfort but it’s bearable. Thank you sooo much!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff here at the Summerwood location was absolutely amazing! Coming from down the street as an employee with Quentel Orthodontics, they were nothing less than excellent. My original surgeon was not able to be there the day of the surgery but the staff explained that in detail and made me feel so comfortable. The new surgeon working on me, Dr. Bachoura was amazing! My consultation with Dr. Sader was also very thorough as well. Overall the best experience and a very smooth surgery and recovery. Thank you to Elite Oral surgeons and the amazing staff of women who work along side them for making this such a great experience!

After three extractions, I was sent home with detailed instructions and a kit to aid my healing. The level of care and attention they provided was exceptional, and I highly recommend them for any dental work. You won’t regret choosing them!

I went to Summer Creek dental in Humble And Dr. Price recommended me to have my teeth surgically removed. On Monday, I called. They set up a consultation for Tuesday morning. I was able to have surgery this morning which went very well. All the staff made me feel comfortable before during and after the surgery. Thank you to all the staff!!! Fantastic experience: I came in to get my wisdom teeth removed, and all the staff were very friendly and professional. Their office is very clean and tidy as well, which is a big plus. I had minimal pain after the procedure and they gave clear instructions for aftercare. Recovery has been seamless.
