Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about the team at TDA. They have helped me overcome a severe dental phobia through their consistent kindness over the years. Nicole was my hygienist today, and she was quick, thorough, and delightful. Dr. Nahata came by to check in and we laughed about how far we've come in our dentist-patient relationship. This office is dedicated to staying at the forefront of dental technology (loved the flouride treatment's new formula!) and to the humane treatment of even the most terrified patient!

Fantastic experience: Love going here for my regular cleanings! Maryellen is my hygienist I see and she is always so attentive and gives helpful hygiene tips!

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 stars I would. Constantly trying to sell you something. I was in for a cleaning, thought the hygienist was offering me a toothpaste but no another 25 bucks added at the end. They don’t listen to their patients. I’ve been in pain for weeks told them I have something stuck in my teeth. They did a deep clean with two different hygienist. I don’t even think they did right because there’s still things in my teeth and they’re claiming there is nothing in my teeth, but trying to sell me another $800 treatment for something else before taking care of the issue and pain treatment that they just charged me $300 in co-Pays for this week not even getting to what they charged the insurance. Not another dime. They wanna leave you in pain so they can try and sell you stuff And collect as many co-pays as they want. No one in pain wants to sit with the doctor for 30 minutes and pay $200 for it and then come back weeks later.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Goldman now for over a year for extensive dental work. Multiple root canals and significant work to get my teeth to a point that I can go into Invisalign. We have a few more appointments before the Invisalign but we are at the one yard line. I couldn’t be happier with the results and care I’ve been given from Dr Goldman and Tewksbury Dental. They are professional and the best at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone and they’ve become our trusted family dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Updated: Dr. Goldman (and previously Dr. Spiller) and the team at Tewks Dental have been great. I have had a number of procedures and cleanings, and they are always extremely skilled and pleasant to deal with. They work with you on what you need and can afford, and do not push unnecessary procedures. I have been happy with multiple hygienists there, they do a great and thorough job, and with a pleasant 'chair-side' manner. All of the staff I have interacted with have been professional and friendly. Cannot find a better dental office (and I looked long and hard before I found them). My son goes here as well. The best dental practice...top top skills, thorough, and easy to work with.

Fantastic experience: It’s hard to believe that one can have a “wonderful” experience at a dental office, but that’s what happened to me at my (first) visit to Tewksbury Dental Associates. My wisdom tooth broke on Sunday evening and I called Tewksbury Dental Associates on the following Monday afternoon and had an extraction appointment scheduled for Wednesday morning. Kerry was my hygienist and Dr. Cenami was my dentist for the procedure and both were fabulous. Every detail of the procedure was outlined and thoroughly explained to me, I was made to feel comfortable/at ease, and the extraction went smoothly despite my wisdom tooth not wanting to leave its home. At my departure I made an appointment for an overall exam/x-rays and can honestly say that I’m looking forward to returning to the office.

As always the atmosphere in the office is upbeat, with everyone seeming to enjoy being there, and helping patients. Highly recommend this dental care facility.. They seemed light hearted and personable which is frankly what I want in a dentist. I went today for the first time and was more than happy with everyone I encountered on my visit. Friendly, helpful, and the polar opposites of my visits to dentists as a kid. I had an immediate issue which is why I was looking for a dentist in the first place, but also have some major dental issues I want the RIGHT dentist and dental office to take care of for me. I know it was only one visit, but I am already comfortable I have found a great dentist surrounded by the right people to address my issues. Ben R.

Negative experience: I had a gum graft performed by Dr. Epstein at Tewksbury Dental Associates, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. There was a clear miscommunication on their end regarding which tooth was supposed to receive the graft. Ten days post-op, my packing fell out, and I was shocked to see that the tooth with the recession had not been treated. I called the office, and while the doctor reassured me that he had never made a mistake with a graft before, I still felt uneasy. I expressed my concern about the miscommunication, but it didn’t feel fully acknowledged. At my follow-up appointment, I expected to be seen by the doctor, but he never checked in. Instead, an assistant removed my stitches—without even knowing where the graft had been taken from. I had to point it out myself. This left me uncertain about whether my mouth had healed properly. To make matters worse, the assistant used a dull pair of scissors to remove the stitches, which he admitted weren’t cutting well. The process was painful, yet he didn’t consider switching to a better tool. I paid $400 out of pocket for this procedure and expected a higher standard of care. I chose this office based on its many positive reviews, but my experience did not reflect that reputation. I’m extremely disappointed and will be seeking care elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Tewksbury Dental Associates for decades. I have always received excellent care over the years. The staff are so caring and friendly that I can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr Nahata's care and concern is genuine. He has always offered sound advice and, in my humble opinion, is probably one of the most skilled doctors I have ever visited. Do yourself a favor and look no further.

Fantastic experience: 16 years ago(or so); I had really an amazing General Dentist & the Practice was a package- dental services & staff were great but that practice was sold or taken over by somebody at least 4 or more years ago- worst experience I ever had since- didn’t like the new dentist- not friendly, won’t listen to the patient, appeared not so knowledgeable; hygienist cleans my teeth for 15 minutes(ridiculous! I can clean my teeth better), so w/in those years, w/ dissatisfaction; I had to follow my former dentist in Norwood(just sad that I have to drive 45-60 minutes). Then, I was praying, wishing, & hoping I can find a new really good one, luckily, I found TEWKSBURY DENTAL ASSOCIATES- with my experience today(after my Initial Appointment), I definitely had a big SMILE. From Front Desk w/ Tracey, to meeting SIOBHAN, Dr. Cenami. & Molly- wow! Great experience! I have been lucky w/ my Periodontist’s office’s Hygienist because she is sweet & great of what she does but meeting SIOBHAN today- I said to myself- thank God, I finally found the person or hygienist or place I have been looking for for my dental care. She was pleasing & welcoming, & knew exactly what she is doing, Was impressed of the utilization of advanced technology of dental equipments or devices, never see some of the images. She did a lot today for my 1st visit. Looking forward for more encounters with her & Dr. Cenami. I would 101% recommend this dental practice to anyone; I might bring my husband myself. Fantastic experience: My 9 year old son had a broken front tooth , I called in as an emergency, they got us in same day, it was horrible, missing more then half of his front tooth. Dr Zackary Goldman Is a top professional at that facility and our family doctor for years. He had such an amazing approach to reduce the fear and prepare my son trough every detail he is about to proceed. He took his time to do it perfectly, making sure the color and shape matches with the rest of his teeth. We could never tell that that tooth was ever broken in half. We always feel safe and trust him, and I think that is the most important thing when it comes to patients. In general the whole staff was welcoming and friendly as always. Highly recommending Dr Zackary Goldman to kids and adults.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Tewksbury Dental Associates, from walking into the door with a warm welcome, to leaving with that same warmth was an amazing experience. I worked with Natalie today. She took me on a tour and then with such kindnesse and patience we went through the process of updating all my health information, we took x-rays, she listed all my concerns, we did a cancer screening and then we set up appointments for my next procedures. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist office. I left feeling confident they would take care of all my concerns and then some. I highly recommend them, if you are looking for a dentist. One other thing as I was standing at the front desk, as each person walked,the staff knew everyone by name as they walked. It was a very homey and unforgettable experience. I look forward to go back.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: 2/17/25 After posting this review Tewksbury dental called and was able to fit me in at a time that worked for my schedule. I am so thankful that they were able to do this. Another reason I love this office. While everyone is fantastic. It is difficult and frustrating to work around the doctors schedule specifically when the work is done by the assistant. Having a 3 hour mid morning window two days a week that the doctor offers makes it impossible for working people to schedule to only see the dr for less than a minute.

My hygienist, Siobhan Blanchette, was great in explaining the results. She also educated me on proper flossing to avoid gum recession. I highly recommend TDA for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience having my front teeth bonded. The dentist and the dental assistant were pleasant and worked well together. They made me feel relaxed and explained the whole process as they went along. I thought my teeth were perfect, but, Dr. Goldman made a slight adjustment that made them look and feel even better.

Fantastic experience: Tewksbury Dental was quick on giving me an appointment. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Although they couldn’t accommodate my need they did make every effort to do so. Would recommend.

Negative experience: We have been bringing our kids here for a few years with pleasant experiences save for our last visit. Our son has a very sensitive gag reflex and anxiety with dentist visits in general. He struggled through the x-rays but he did it, The nurse and staff could see how negatively he was affected by the procedure and how emotional he was. They recommended sealant for his back teeth and we were told that it was not an uncomfortable procedure, and it would not take long. After quite a bit of convincing, he trusted them to do it. After seeing how he was with the x-rays, we thought that it wouldn't be as bad, otherwise we would have been warned, or so we thought. After just a few moments he began to have a panic attack due to how uncomfortable and scary as the procedure was. It was not as simple and easy as we were led to believe, and I could hear his screaming from the other side of the office. Despite his crying to stop, the nurse continued, while my wife was telling her she needed to stop. We finally left with my son in tears and the sealants not completed. He was scared to go for anything other than a cleaning before, and now his axiety going back has only increased. Had they stopped the procedure when he cried for them to stop, we could have tried to revisit but that was not the case.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Tewksbury Dental and everyone I met was amazing! From the front office staff, Adam in particular to Didi and Dr. Brooks the whole experience was wonderful and who says that about a dental visit?!? Fantastic experience: Dr Goldman is fun and personable dentist and the assistants are all so friendly. They take great pains to make sure I’m comfortable and explain everything very carefully. This nervous Nellie actually looks forward to going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here since they opened at this beautiful, clean and convenient location. The staff is always so pleasant, punctual, knowledgeable and accommodating. I appreciate and adore Tewksbury Dental Associates hard working team. Have not had a bad experience yet!!! 5 stars!! Stephanie was my Dental Hygienist today and honestly, everyone is just top notch. I am grateful to have such a fantastic Dentistry Team.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning and they found a cracked tooth - which I did know hurt sometimes when I ate - and some gum issues. In the course of about 6 weeks and multiple appointments, I had a deep cleaning, a root canal, and a crown to fix my cracked tooth. I would like to say that everyone who worked on me was very personable and listened to my concerns. The equipment was new so they were able to show me what was going on every step of the way. As an example of how calming and professional they were, I actually fell asleep during my root canal with Dr. Goldman! I can highly recommend this practice if you are concerned about going to the dentist or just want top tier care. : )
