I came in as a traveler out of town and was able to get the care and treatment from staff and dentist who treated me like I had been there for years. I needed an emergency root canal and they got me scheduled same day. Utilized their resources and found me the help I needed. If you are traveling or looking to establish primary care I would absolutely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I received friendly, professional care from TruDental. Dr. Davis is skilled regarding the administration of anesthetic with minimal discomfort while receiving injections. Dental treatment was exceptional. Dr. Davis and all of staff were personable and caring.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth that was giving me quite a bit of pain today. I called True Dental and told them my problem. They were able to get me in within an hour. The tooth in question needs to be evaluated for possible re-treatment of root canal. They set up the appointment for me Monday. This was my first time seeing Dr Sanford. She was awesome. It seems everyone at this office if fantastic. Thank you for caring so much.

Fantastic experience: Came in dreading the appointment, left wondering why I hadn’t scheduled sooner. They took their time, made sure I was relaxed, and before I knew it, I was enjoying myself. 10/10, would absolutely let them drill me again.

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency dental appointment and they were able to squeeze me in, and see me, but unfortunately needed a bigger job done but that did not stop them from going out their way to help me get set for my appointments! Fantastic experience: We were visiting Chattanooga 6 weeks ago when out of the blue, half of one of my husband's front teeth chipped right off! At extremely short notice the staff worked him in. Everyone in the office was so very kind and welcoming, and the dental treatment was quick and yet extremely thorough. The filling was so well done that it is impossible to see that half the tooth has been reconstructed. My husband has had no problems since then, but is just a little wary of biting into corn on the cob! Thank you so much, everyone at True Dental.

Negative experience: Everyone was so nice. Taylor the receptionist was so sweet and helpful. The woman who cleaned my teeth was very thorough . I have TMJ & the dentist said he would prescribe me an antiinflammatory. I forgot about it and called and they basically said no. I don't appreciate being lied to. I really liked everything until this! I thought I found my dentist but I guess not. Very disappointed.

I love the tv on the ceiling, the blanket and pillow they provided. And the most important parts is that I left feeling good and not riddled with stress! From someone that has PTSD from the dentist, they now have a patient for life! Trista is amazing as well as the rest of the team! All are 10/10!!!

If you are looking for a dental office with knowledgeable and caring staff members, this is the office for you. 2/13/25 True Dental employees are responsible for dental appointments for my husband and myself. We have been satisfied with the information about dental hygiene which they share with us and the dental treatments they provide. The staff is very professional and responsive. 5/29/25. Brenda did an excellent job explaining the methods she was using today during my appointment. I have sensitive gums and she treats them with the utmost care. She is professional and great at explaining each step. I feel confident that I am getting excellent care during every appointment.

Overall, if you are clear about what you are seeking from a dentist they can & will provide it. The office offers several add-on services for additional costs that insurance may not cover so be willing to learn about the options for the benefits they provide but clear with them if it's not in your budget. They will be respectful of your preferences but will always do their best to educate you on what's available.

Fantastic experience: True Dental has met my expectations. The staff is friendly, the office is nice, charges and estimates on needed dental work are provided upfront. My hygienist, Pam is great. She does a thorough job cleaning my teeth. I told Pam that bitewing x-rays bother me and she made sure that I was ok each time she had to take a picture. The first time I visited the office, Dr. Davis introduced himself along with other associates and I was impressed. He took the time to get to know his customer. I like going to True Dental because they make you feel comfortable like home.

What stood out was that she was very thorough and very kind - the best hygienist I have ever had in over 40 years. She was very attentive and answered all my questions.
