Negative experience: I had one good experience but then they called and hit me with you missed an appointment that I never got called or knew of and that there charging me 75 bucks this is the second time I am leaving due to this issue. Guess if you got time for silly ness with the front ladies go for it the dentist is good just can’t get the front staff figured out. I won’t be back again.

Negative experience: I loved it here. I believe her name was Nisha & my Dr and hygienist were great! However, after an appointment for an immense pain I was treated as if I they cared only long enough for me to sign a payment contract that I only had “24 hours to cancel”. I left around 1 that afternoon and the next morning BEFORE & AS SOON AS THEY OPENED at 8:15/9AM- I tried and successfully contacted them to let them know I needed to cancel that contract because I couldn’t afford a 5K bill. However the office manager called me 26 hours later and refused to cancel it stating to them 24 hours means next day not exactly 24 hours. I’ve gotten in contact with the financing company and have let them know I do not feel comfortable going back to this clinic as the office manager continued to make me uncomfortable on that call and pressured me knowing I was clearly in a lot of pain with my teeth and used that to her advantage when persuading me to try the financing option. They (HFD) said that the clinic continues to refuse to cancel my payment contract and that they will continue to reach out to get it cancelled for me. I have been going to this clinic for years and loved it here until this situation. To the hillside owner who replied, I have been told by HFD you all have not cancelled my payment contract- if you are in the process of making this right please do so since I am no longer a patient at your clinic nor did I receive any procedure.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this dental office. The dentist had very bad bedside manner—she was dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable instead of cared for. On top of that, I was promised a refund that was never returned despite multiple follow-ups. Poor communication and lack of professionalism. Very disappointing experience

Fantastic experience: I google to see the best dentist in El Paso and Hillside Dental come up. I set my appointment online. And the next day, I was in the dentist's office. My visit was excellent, and the staff was very polite and helpful. This will be my new dentist from now.

Negative experience: I had so many problems with them on a crown. Work was never completed as they kept making errors on the mold and the crown never fit correctly. I just canceled and asked for a refund. The process is long to have them fix an issue. Lots of phone messages and unreturned calls. You have to be consistent if you are having problems. I asked to speak to the dentist and never was able to get a hold of her. Reviews are also solicited in exchange for free services. This is how they have so many good reviews on Google. Really disappointed with Hillside that I moved my whole family out.

Fantastic experience: My wife had a minor dental emergency while in ElPaso. She was able to get in at Hillside Dental on the same day. The staff were amazing! Everyone we met was super friendly. The dental assistant was kind, knowledgeable, and very good at her job. The dentist was amazing as well. She took her time and carefully examined the concerns my wife had. It turned out to be nothing serious, but she wanted to get it checked out right away. The price was great also! I dont think we could have picked a better dental office.

Negative experience: Hi I’m changing my review I went with them a while ago to find out my root canal failed reason due to them not cleaning it very well I went to another dentist and they cleaned and fixed their mess right away

Negative experience: Very unhappy with my implants, you can actually see where the gum meets the implant, and it's Gray, and I'm trying to get my bill. Reduced, right now, but no one's getting back to me. I've talked to the office manager. They build my insurance company for a lot of work. I stopped at the implants, and they're Avoiding my phone calls and I'm not very happy right now. Add all of what their services! They also billed my insurance company for several other treatments that I stopped after the implants, and never continue with the other services due to the fact that the implants were done so poorly. I'm trying to get them to adjust the bill down to the right amount for the services that have already been rendered that are fare at best and no one's getting back with me. I will get my insurance involved.If I have to The implants look terrible!!!

Negative experience: What a waste of time. I was told I needed my insurance to be verified the DAY OF my appointment when I had scheduled it on the first of July, as well as already given them my insurance information when I scheduled. I wait for an hour for the insurance to be verified and then was told by the man at the desk that the consultation is free since I'm a new patient. I'm taken to the back and wait longer, get the exams done and my teeth measured then I'm told that with that and a deep cleaning its $99. After nearly 3 hours of being in that building, I leave and they still charged me $55. Waste of time, don't come here.

Negative experience: I called to get an appointment for a cleaning I specified I needed a cleaning. They said yes we will take care of it. I gave them my insurance information they verified said come on in. I go in of course they do everything else which is your x-rays and exam they let me know that I need a bunch of work done which mind you I go to the dentist every four months for my cleaning then of course you know they made their money because they bill everything else that they feel I needed, even though all I want was a cleaning tell me they can’t do it and then that there’s a certain amount of money they’re gonna charge and it was a waste of time no cleaning, but a bunch of other charges don’t waste your time here

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this place. They charged me for a procedure that was supposed to happen, but then they changed their minds and said it couldn’t be done. Their only solution was to pull my teeth instead of doing the crown they originally suggested.( which in a different dental office they did fix The crown) I paid in advance for the plan, and now, even though nothing was done, they won’t refund me. They keep saying it's up to the finance office, but when I contacted them, they emailed me back saying the dental office hadn't reached out to them about my refund. It feels like they’re just not being honest. It's been a month, and I still haven’t heard anything about it.

Fantastic experience: Hillside Dental is the only place I go to. The hospitality and way Niesha helped me out today was outstanding. She made me feel very comfortable and safe. As someone who has anxiety of needles, this is the dental office I needed.

Negative experience: TOO EXPENSIVE!! I had a tooth that was dangling by a root and went to the new Hillside Dental in Northeast El Paso. It was coded as D7140 a simple extraction. I was charged $389! I thought at the time that this was very high but obviously need immediate attention. When I returned home I began researching the national average for this procedure and discovered the cost of a tooth extraction ranges from $75 to $300 with the national average being just $177. I called to ask for an explanation and was given an email address of the manager who never responded to my email asking for an explanation. I was a self pay and one can only wonder the prices they charge insurance companies. Unless you’ve got money to waste steer clear of this business!!

Negative experience: Recent visited with bad experience that one of my implant was done here. Two years later got loose than came back to see dentist again. They sent me to other office where the doctor at. 6 and half years later encountered same implant loose issue. They sent me to other doctor got fixed temporary because this doctor told me that the reason of implant got loose due to screw threads were stripped out. The previous fixed acutely put larger screw and this time as well. It will become loose any time. I’m looking for permanent fix .Now Hill side dental doesn’t want to take responsibility of it said I didn’t go to visit their office regularly so without warranty. This seems not related to regular visitation or not. It was bad job. No matter how I care of it still can’t control it. It will loose sooner or later . The answer I got is so wrong. Hope other patients get better care.

Amy, was and is super sweet, and Leal is so professional, and really sweet and patient too! I’ve been going here for 5 years now. I love this staff.
