Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic for an orthodontic consultation for my son. I was very impressed with the design and decoration of their spaces as well as the hygiene. The attention was wonderful both from the doctor and his assistant Dunia who was there to assist us at all times. The evaluation was free of charge. We will be back in the future for the next evaluation according to the doctor's advice.

Negative experience: Fast foward 3 years later my daughter got beautiful straight teeth for $4000 did not need to pay the $7000 you guys quoted me. I went to Castle Dental on 290 and between Skinner and Spring Cypress. I made a review on them too. This place is very overpriced. Awful experience. I went to the Cypress location for a consultation in December and was quoted a price I couldn't afford, so I never followed up with them. Camila from their office contacts me in January offering a "discount" on the treatment quoted in December; I told her I would get back to her to see if I could proceed. This week, I called and asked for Camila, and Megan said she wasn't available but that she could help me. I told her about my conversation with Camila and what I was able to pay. She accepted it and emailed me the treatment plan along with the new discount quote, and I paid a $1500 down payment. Two days later, I informed them that I was unaware we had dental insurance and wanted to see if using dental made a difference. That is when they began to claim that they had not quoted the entire treatment and that the price quoted was only for braces. According to the invoice, the total amount billed to me was $7000, and the discount offer was $3000, bringing the balance to $4000. They now informed me that $7000 was the total treatment and that the dental would only cover $1500, leaving me with a balance of $5500. What I don't understand is why they would contact me in January to offer me a discount and then tell me that the discount did not cover the entire treatment. I believe they were attempting to defraud me, but only to obtain a portion of the treatment; Megan is the founder and owner of Nudenistry, and she has not admitted to what she clearly signed the new quoted treatment plan. I will remove this review once the owner explains why and how this employee is allowed to treat me as a scammer or thief. This woman owes my daughter and me an apology and acknowledgement for her actions. I don't care if she's the boss; if you went to college, you should have been taught to be ethical.

Negative experience: While everyone was friendly and the dentist very knowledgeable, the $1499 implant found on Facebook was no where to be seen. I have a broken tooth, that needed an implant. The extraction and prep was $1500 and the implant $4600. About double of my other implants. With no insurance. Shop around.

Negative experience: Got some work done here, went over all of the finances before the work was done to make sure everything was paid for (I paid over $1200 out of pocket after insurance ) A week later they called me saying I owe over $2k but I told them they must have made a mistake. For 6 months they called me asking for that money and then they finally gave me a call saying they made a mistake and I don’t owe anything. If I paid that 2k they never would’ve said a thing, watch out for these cons. Also they beg for good reviews before you leave

Positive experience: I had to edit this to be fair and compare apples to apples. This place is very nice and clean. However, they did very little examination before they provided a very lengthy price quote. Cleaning is covered by insurance, yet we still had fees on the quote. The extra cleaning that wasn't covered by insurance was hundreds of dollars. Got a 2nd opinion, and the cost was a little cheaper in some areas. Maybe we came on a busy day, we felt like there could have been more explained.. I called to get my x-rays, and they were very prompt to provide. Thank you

Negative experience: Told me I had cavities then had me waiting 45 mins to start my routine cleaning. I left before the cleaning. They weren’t even busy and I didn’t like the energy I felt from the dentist. I went to 2 different dental offices that same week and they both told me I had zero cavities. Nu Dentistry is still calling me every month trying to start a treatment plan for non existent cavities.

Fantastic experience: First time visitor to Nu Dentistry. Walking in definitely made an impression on me as it was very clean and modern with obvious advanced features. Of course there are digital sign in tablet, but the x-ray and imaging equipment are unlike anything I’ve seen before. In the seating area there is a TV and beverages available which are a nice touch. The private rooms have TVs nicely mounted in the walls and ceiling for entertainment while getting procedures done. My doctor was very professional and personable which is always a big part for me knowing the quality of service I’d be receiving. He conducted a thorough examination and also covered things I hadn’t been made aware of over all the years I’ve been going to the dentist. Afterwards Alessandra (if I remember correctly) came in and went over all the details of pricing for my recommended treatments and answered any questions I had. She was very personable as well making me feel comfortable and welcome even during my first visit. After my cleaning, the cherry on top was a warm cloth to use for my face. That was a small touch I hadn’t had previously either. I’m absolutely looking forward to my next appointment which I’m sure, will not disappoint. Thank you to the staff and have a Happy New Year.

Negative experience: Buyer be aware. I went here for a tooth cleaning with hopes to find a dentist I could trust closer to my house. The team at this location will tell you anything to get paid. I had a staff tell me I needed to use my dental benefits or I would lose them. I kept having her explain hoping she would see that it’s more that they wanted money - that it was a loss to them, not me. She just thought I was dumb. So if they bill me $1400, my insurance would pay $700 and I pay $700. If they did not bill me, I pay 0. They get 0. So why would I feel like I’m loosing money?? I pay for the insurance only for when I need it. It’s true with all health insurance that if you don’t use it, you lose it - but does that mean go get some random surgery just because you can? She wanted me to think I HAD to get some work done now. A dentist is supposed to complete work on your teeth only if it’s necessary. Like, only replace a crown if it’s broken or comes off. Not because there are benefits THEY would lose out on. I had a brand new crown. No issues with it, I asked the dentist that installed it whether how it looked would cause issues (it had an imperfection), he said no. I had no issues. The dentist at this location kept telling me it was going to cause issues, (because of the imperfection - he used that to claim there was an issue, and the woman at the front kept saying - “use the ins or lose it”)…they even went as far as to claim that their Endodontist recommend a replacement… because of the imperfection. But instead of saying it did not look pretty, he made something up about it needing to be redone. They claimed I would need a root canal if I did not get it redone. I spoke to my regular dentist about it and he and his team told me what I was advised was false. On top of that, my insurance would not allow me to have another crown on the same tooth in less than 2 years. So they would have to lie to insurance to get it to covered or approved. The only benefit going here is the dentist actually cleans your teeth, not some staff member in their office. But even that is not worth the snake oil they selling.

Fantastic experience: I waited for 35 years to get the smile I wanted. I came for my appointment and met Dr Ehab and he was able to accomplish the smile I was always wanted. I’m thankful for all his hard work and the amazing team he has. I will highly recommend Nu Dentistry to all. Thank you for everything Dr Ehab. You are the best

Negative experience: Pros: the office is aesthetically pleasing. Modern equipment, fresh paint. Cons: get ready to spend the day there. Get ready for a hard sell on "what you need to have done" along with a list of extras sprinkled in. I spent 1.5 hours there for a cleaning and was still waiting. I walked out and rescheduled for another day. I was already going to be spending 2.5 hours there if they started the cleaning right away...and I'm doubtful that was going to happen. The only reason I rescheduled with them is to keep me from needing to coordinate sending x-rays to another office.

Fantastic experience: When I left my former dentist I was so nervous about finding a dentist that was just as good. Well Nu Dentistry - Cypress has completely exceeded my expectations! The facility is clean, stocked with refreshments, and the ladies at the reception/check in desk are so personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Ehab is excellent! He completed my dental implant and has done a few fill ins which are incredible! If you are looking for excellent service, care, and follow up this is the place!
